The Tasty Spoon Ice Cream & Hot Food

I’m a blueberry FANATIC. I came here after learning of their Blueberry Shortcake and drove an hour to try it. It’s a decent size, and I destroyed it. I ordered a Shrimp Po Boy to go, and it was a bigger size than expected. Dee-licious. Fresh food and efficient staff.

My daughter and I stopped here while visiting for the solar eclipse with the intention to grab and go, but the ladies of The Tasty Spoon offered such great hospitality, delicious treats and wonderful company that we decided to stay put and watch the eclipse from their outdoor patio area with them! They even offered each customer complimentary pairs of eclipse sunglasses. This ice cream shop is the epitome of small town hospitality. Thank you to the Tasty Spoon for being so generous and for providing a memorable solar eclipse experience!

The best ice cream around! It's so smooth and delicious! Also we never have a long wait for our food and it's always amazing! Coney fries are my favorite! I love the orange and vanilla twist when they have it. I just wish they had more soft serve available but it's nice to have weekly specials so we have a reason to come and try it!

My husband and I brought our daughters to try for the first time, and it was delicious! Love the big chair, very precious memories were made, and lots of pictures taken <3 Keep up the hard work!

This is one of top stops for me during the summer months. Gotta love the classics such as the tenderloin. Super big and cooked just right. Fries or onion rings, either one is a winner. I think it's great to see restaurants such as this around here. During the summer they have novelty desserts that are definitely a go out and get now! When I'm asked on where is a good place to get food here in Harford City, one place stands out at the top of my list is the Tasty Spoon. I'm always pleased to recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal done right! Can't really complain about the decent meals on the menu. Always look forward to when I plan a meal from there

Only thing they need is a place to put in your order then drive up and get it it would really make the line go faster

The ice cream is average and the food comes in small, overpriced portions. They are frequently closed when advertised as open so double check before you make the trip. The soft serve specials are the best thing they offer in my opinion and they are only offered occasionally/seasonally.

Never know what their flavor of the day ice cream will be. Today i ordered soft serve vanilla and rootbeer float in a waffle cone. Yummy. Great service but sometimes too many vehicles in line in front of me. LOL

We have always enjoyed açaí bowls when we have travelled. We were excited to learn that we can have one of our favorite treats in Hartford City without making it ourselves. The fruit is always fresh and the local honey is a nice touch. The service is always excellent and everything is served with a smile. Well done Tasty Spoon! Keep up the great work.

Tasty food, great employees, love their Dole Whip flavor of the week! They make a mean tenderloin too.

I LOVED this place!! It was super cute and a great little space. They had so many options, and it was reasonably priced. I got a parfait with chocolate ice cream, sprinkles, and oreos. She even added whip cream on top which was nice. :) Definitely recommend!

Small town ice cream! Can't beat that!! Good fast service!! They have seating for all!!

This place is sooo good! I have never been here before. Was driving around and was looking for a place I could get a milkshake. When I got my milkshake I was praying it was going to be a real milkshake...and it was! It was even better then I was expecting it to be! It's to bad they close during the winter or I would be going a lot more often! 5 Star for sure! And good pricing as well.

i got the reese's cup blast and also the two chili dog combo with fries. it wasn't busy when i arrived and we got our food quickly. the ice cream here is pretty good, and they definitely don't skimp on the toppings. i've never actually had a chili dog before, and i can't say that i liked it. it wasn't my taste, but if that's something you like i recommend trying theirs. their fries were about the same as any other ice cream places fries, basic but good. overall i recommend coming here if you're around the area!
