The Tasty Spoon Ice Cream & Hot Food

I’m a blueberry FANATIC. I came here after learning of their Blueberry Shortcake and drove an hour to try it. It’s a decent size, and I destroyed it. I ordered a Shrimp Po Boy to go, and it was a bigger size than expected. Dee-licious. Fresh food and efficient staff.

My daughter and I stopped here while visiting for the solar eclipse with the intention to grab and go, but the ladies of The Tasty Spoon offered such great hospitality, delicious treats and wonderful company that we decided to stay put and watch the eclipse from their outdoor patio area with them! They even offered each customer complimentary pairs of eclipse sunglasses. This ice cream shop is the epitome of small town hospitality. Thank you to the Tasty Spoon for being so generous and for providing a memorable solar eclipse experience!

Only thing they need is a place to put in your order then drive up and get it it would really make the line go faster

The best ice cream around! It's so smooth and delicious! Also we never have a long wait for our food and it's always amazing! Coney fries are my favorite! I love the orange and vanilla twist when they have it. I just wish they had more soft serve available but it's nice to have weekly specials so we have a reason to come and try it!

My husband and I brought our daughters to try for the first time, and it was delicious! Love the big chair, very precious memories were made, and lots of pictures taken <3 Keep up the hard work!

This is one of top stops for me during the summer months. Gotta love the classics such as the tenderloin. Super big and cooked just right. Fries or onion rings, either one is a winner. I think it's great to see restaurants such as this around here. During the summer they have novelty desserts that are definitely a go out and get now! When I'm asked on where is a good place to get food here in Harford City, one place stands out at the top of my list is the Tasty Spoon. I'm always pleased to recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal done right! Can't really complain about the decent meals on the menu. Always look forward to when I plan a meal from there

The ice cream is average and the food comes in small, overpriced portions. They are frequently closed when advertised as open so double check before you make the trip. The soft serve specials are the best thing they offer in my opinion and they are only offered occasionally/seasonally.

I went to grab some shakes for me and my boyfriend tonight and it was only 8:30 when we swung in, but the sign said closed and their drive-through was blocked off. This has happened a couple times. If you can’t staff til 9 then change your hours online and on your signs.
