Randy and the staff at Tattoo Lounge are simply the best. There is nowhere else I even consider going. Randy did a sleeve on my right arm and will be starting on the left arm in the fall. His talent is remarkable and he truly cares about your experience. He took the time to find out exactly what I wanted, find good examples to use, and created his own when necessary. He also provided expert advice for when what I wanted might not produce the best tattoo but always deferred to what I wanted. Thank you so much Randy for everything you do your work is simply beautiful. I get compliments everywhere I go and people are always asking where I got it done.

Omg Lucas is an amazing artist for sure! My arm got mauled by a pitbull two years ago and all I had was scars to look at and I wanted something that would give me peace and draw away from the scars so he did my dragonfly tattoo and I love it!♥️ The place is clean and cozy get very professional. I had a great experience at this tattoo shop! The entire place was very clean and well-kept, which instantly made me feel comfortable. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and helpful, creating a really welcoming atmosphere. My artist Brayden did an amazing job—he really took his time, paid close attention to detail, and made sure I was happy with everything every step of the way. I couldn’t be more pleased with how my tattoo turned out, and I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work in a professional and relaxed environment.

This tattoo shop is superior! Top shelf in terms of customer service, quality, cleanliness, friendliness, adaptability, willingness to change/learn, understanding and of course customer satisfaction! I’ve returned to this shop for 4 separate tattoos, 3 of which took multiple sessions and yet I’ve had zero bad experiences! The artists are fun, sharing, knowledgeable and just incredible! The own of the shop (Randy) has personally addressed me and took time out of his own schedule to continue to mentor and guild my personal artist, Cris! I have done nothing but recommend this tattoo shop to everyone I know, that appreciates the art of tattooing of course. 10/10 I’d go back in a heartbeat! I’m attaching my most recent piece!

I came to get a tattoo with my recently deceased son's name (American Native language) I received a beautiful tattoo on my right arm & got to know the workers. I felt calm and welcomed. I also got a greeting in my Oneida language on my left hand. Great job, great quality & great service.

My experience here was completely disappointing. I called the shop to ask if any artists were available to cover a nickel sized tattoo. They confirmed that they are available and I told them "I'm on my way". 15 minutes later I arrive at the shop to learn that no one is available and that I'd have to return 3 hours later. Not only that, but they would charge $120 for a nickel sized cover up but that they could do it for $100. I was pretty shocked by the price but even more shocked that they lied and said someone was available when in fact they were not. I would have paid the $100 if someone was available! If you plan on going here, don't expect them to honor what they tell you on the phone or you'll end up disappointed just like me. I suggest that you don't even deal with them if they can't honor their word to potential customers. The situation was completely unnecessary and avoidable. Don't say you have time to provide a service when you don't, it's simple.

Absolutely blown away by the Last Supper tattoo Randy did for me--it's a true masterpiece. The detail, and shading captured are next-level. I constantly get compliments on it, and I'm proud to say who did it. Can't recommend enough--seriously the best!

This is a very chill, clean, welcoming tattoo shop which is hard to find. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Jared did mine and my sister's tattoos and he was very funny, nice, and inviting. We loved the vibes here. If you're looking for something small or a big piece of art this is the place to go. 10/10!

got my first tattoo with Pricilla and she did a job amazing job and helped my girlfriend fix a tattoo, and Anthony did my sisters and her boyfriends tattoos great to. They were both such great people i would definitely comeback if i didnt live in Colorado

**PLEASE READ** Okay so most of their 5 star reviews are for the piercings. This shop seriously lacks skill in tattoo artists. No one there can handle big pieces and most of their line work is terrible. Kim seems the best and she's been there the least amount of time. Went there to start a sleeve and they have no idea how to manage getting that done. Now im working with an artist at I.F. studio up the road. Don't let the good vibes there fool you. That is not what makes a good shop. Randy was the worst contestant on ink master and tries to use it as marketing. DO NOT GO THERE! Sooo many better shops/studios in the valley. Don't make the same mistake I did! **Started sleeve with Cris, big mistake**

Originally when I wrote my review, I was already debating to just put 3/5 stars, however, I gave the benefit of the doubt that they were professionals and they knew what they were doing. I loved my piercer, he was sweet and very nice. They did not have many jewelry options. Ok that's fine. They told me I could switch out my 2 month old nose piercing for a hoop- I went to another tattoo shop (along with simply googling it after wards), this was not the truth. The hoop on my nose that I selected (btw I selected the smallest one) was HUGE. I got my helix pierced with a BIG jewelry (they never told me the cons of having a big vs small jewelry, never informed me about anything). However, this is something I can put aside because of my piercer and the overall experience. But what finally made me absolutely lose it, was when I woke up and I found my ear to be sore and the piercing to be gone. Ok! That's fine! It probably just Undid itself... right? NO. The back of the jewelry was NOT big enough and the jewelry was not LONG enough to handle my swelling! So when I found my jewelry, it was freaking intact! That means that my entire STUD went through my ear! The quality of knowledge, the quality of their jewelry, and the quality of good judgement is not there! I will never go back (though I'm sure they don't care), but I advise anyone to be weary of getting their helix done, as you can also wake up and find your ear stud gone, intact, your ear sore, and blood!!! (Oh and by the way, I sleep on my back, I never sleep on my ear!!!)

Came in today for a walk in. They got my friend and I in and ready in no time. Everyone was so friendly, the owner Randy took his time to talk to us as well. Anthony is the one who tattooed us, he was so great and made us feel comfortable. Will for sure be coming back!

My best friend and I were looking to get tattoo's and happy we chose The Tattoo Lounge. The staff was friendly, helpful and the shop was very clean. Jared was great! Not only did he do a fantastic job on our tattoos, he was very personable. I would definitely recommend the shop and seeing Jared.

This place is fantastic! Super comfy atmosphere and all the artists super nice and talkative! Got tattooed by Mystic! Such a sweet and funny gal! Definitely will be coming back for more in the future :)

Love this place! They have always been able to get my daughter in at the last minute, thank you, Jared! Fun atmosphere, friendly service, clean and sterile! My daughter has had two tattoos by Jared and I snuck in a piercing the last time. Cannot say enough good things about this place!

Moved to AZ a year ago and took my time looking for a shop. Jared listened to what I wanted and got me in a chair 30 minutes later. Great work, great shop, great environment and most important AMAZING people. Will be back for the rest of my work.

I've driven by their location many times. A huge S/O to the man holding the sign, he definitely needs a raise for standing out and reppin' the company, Anyways, I got my labret piercing.. Let me tell you, I was NERVOUS, but Jared was calming and such a professional at keeping things smooth. Thank you man. I look forward to entrusting you to tat my precious arm.

I came from The Bay Area in California to get a tatto with my best friend who lives near Mesa, AZ. Her husband picked the shop and the artist. Randy did an amazing job and he made us feel super comfortable. And the shop is very clean and cool! We love our tattoos.

The Tattoo Lounge is a very clean and professional shop. I really enjoyed the customer service from the staff and artists. Randy did my work and he did a great job! He does not run a heavy hand and his details are spot on! Randy is fun to talk with and he is a straight shooter. I trusted The Tattoo Lounge and they did not let me down. My piece was a few hours and healed up clean. I am planning to get another piece from Randy. I strongly recommend this gem of a studio. I have been getting tattoos for years and know I'm in good hands. Note: The Tattoo Lounge used text message and emails to set up and remind you of your appointments. Very cool use of technology.

So I am not one to blast people EVER but what happened was I went in and was on a budget and say down with one of the artists and told him what I wanted and the main thing was after the first session I wanted it to be where you would not be able to see the name that I was trying to cover up. He told me he would block me out an hour and that during that time he would do the outline and he would do some shading with white to help make the tattoo that I was covering lighter but said he would make sure that the name was less visible as possible and then we would let it heal and I would come back in a month to finish, I said that was fine, I didn't really want the rose but he said that was the best flower to use as a cover up and then the flowers that I chose originally we would go ahead and take those up for a sleeve, I said fine I just needed it covered. I had to pay a $100 deposit which was fine and was scheduled for the next week. When I went in I had already spoke to the gentleman in the front about how I had been there before but he said since they had moved I needed to fill out the paperwork again which is fine but I said I wish I would have known that cause I would have come in earlier instead of 5 min before my appointment time. I filled out the papers and was brought back to sit down, the artist was getting things ready and our start time was supposed to be 1130 but we didn't start till I would say 10-15 min after that, he started the tattoo, he was nice and we talked and then it was 1230 and he was done, I didn't get the full hour but I didn't complain because my really god friend referred me to this place and I figure he would make it up the next time, I was charged $50 before I left and then I left a tip. The artist did tell me that the tattoo would probably start to look like a burn but not to worry that was normal, I said okay, I kept up on the tattoo making sure it was being taken care of and then all of a sudden I saw this huge bruise, I didn't know what it was and just let it go but then it was bothering me because I have a lot of tattoos and I have never bruised, this is a picture of it after it was starting to heal a little and then I looked at another picture which was when the tattoo was being done and I could see his hand was right in that spot; it didn't hurt at the time but I did have to wear long sleeves not only because of the bruise but also because I didn't like how the tattoo looked being not even half done and the fact that you can still see the name plain as day and then as the days went on I started noticing in a certain area of the tattoo it had scarred and you can maybe not see it too well in the pictures but you can feel it for sure and it's raised and it's white just like a scar and I showed some other people and they agreed. I was going to talk to the artist about it when I went back in because I have never bruised nor have I ever got a scar from a tattoo. Anyways I was scheduled to go in today and when he blocked my session time he did it for 2 hours which he charges $150/hr so I would be looking at $300 more on top of the $150 I already paid, which for a rose that is not that big made me realize $459 is a lot of money and I had just ran into some more financial problems so I reached out to the shop via email and just told them I was going to need to cancel and explained why and then I just expressed my concerns about my experience there and what had happened, I was not asking for anything I was just specifically being informative and I did add in there that I felt that for this piece I was getting I felt that I was getting taken advantage of as far as how much it was going to end up costing me in the end so I was more than likely going to have to take my business elsewhere. I got upset is when I got a response back from the owner Randy, only met him once and he was not anywhere around when I had my initial consult and he literally was super disrespectful on his response, super defensive like I was trying to get something from his shop or bad mouth him. Super rude and unprofessional

This place was great from the time I walked in!!! Randy was super helpful and they were able to take me the same day. If you're looking for a legit spot to get some ink stop by this place and check them out! I'll be back for sure.

Randy Vollink is wonderful. He turned a bad tattoo, and horrifying experience around for me. I'm so grateful for his professionalism and artistry. Thank you Randy for fixing something I didn't think could be fixed.

Very friendly staff, we walked in for piercings and they took great care of us. Only complaint is that the cleaner the guy recommended for my piercing (Bactine) completely worsened the healing process. My ears are red and raw.... I have a rash all down my neck. When you look at Bactine's website it specifically says do NOT use on puncture wounds.... Wish I would have looked that up before taking the piercers advice. Not sure why they would recommend something so harsh and not intended for piercings... haven't slept in days from the pain and itching from the raw rash I now have. Do NOT use Bactine!!!

Randy is a very talented artist. My first experience with tattoo lounge was getting my eyebrows done. Randy spent so much time calculating and drawing the correct shape for my face. He walked me through the whole process and really put me at ease. I was so impressed with my first experience there I decided to get a full tattoo done with Randy. He was very patient with me and understanding when I needed a break. He drew exactly what I had in mind and really impressed me. I love my tattoo and get so many compliments on it.

I had such a fantastic experience today at The Tattoo Lounge! Ian was extremely proficient and personable. He took my inspiration piece and created a beautiful tattoo that completely encompasses what I wanted. I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into it. I will definitely be coming back again.

Finally a tattoo shop that breaks the mold. No flash tattoos on the wall, No dark walls No dirty bathrooms Glad someone has taken 'tattoo shops" out of the mold of being dark, dirty and seedy. This place is awesome inside, Randy has done an incredible job with this place. Bright and white, beautifully decorated and clean. Instantly makes you comfortable when you walk in. Also all the up to date form signing on a computer is awesome as well, AND will take a debit card to pay for your tattoo instead of cash. Don't know what you want tattoo'd on yourself, (you should) computer with ideas and script to look through. Nice job Tattoo Lounge.

I got a my first tattoo with Christian after seeing his profile. Although it was just a simple font tattoo, he really worked with me to get it perfect. And did come out perfect. It was amazing experience, especially for my first time. Highly Highly recommend

Me my sisters and my nieces came here for heartbeat tattoos for my mom with her signature. The whole thing is all around perfect!! So happy with my experience with this shop. My wife and I both got tattoos from Randy about 2 weeks ago and they both came out amazing! Shop was bright, clean and well kept. Could not imagine going anywhere else!

Artist Cristhian created beautiful tattoos for us, working with us on the design we had in mind until perfect! I have been a client of Randy's for years, by far the most talented artist I have ever gotten ink from. His new location is exactly what I would expect from him. The Lounge has a modern and professional design while maintaing a comfortable relaxed feel. The tattoo chairs/beds are incredible, as comfortable a lazy boy recliner! If you are looking for the best to give you a unique piece of art that will be a part of you the rest of your life then look no further!

I went to Randy to set up six simultaneous tattoo appointments, and he was exceptionally helpful. He was friendly, his service was competitively priced, and his shop was the cleanest one I've ever been to. On top of that, everyone loved their tattoos, and I was beyond happy with mine. Randy is definitely my tattoo artist for life!

The new shop location is awesome. Very calm and comfortable while your getting art added to your collection or a new piercing. And just next door is an awesome sandwhich shop.. in case you get mid session hunger. This shop is all about customer service, and the work is top notch... My location of choice for all future work without question. And I am way over in NW Valley. Worth the trip.

Saw Randy yesterday for an American eagle tattoo and I can't be more pleased with how it turned out. I would recommend the Tattoo Lounge for anyone. My mother and my friend both got tattoos and they are just as awesome! I'll be seeing Randy again for sure.

Let's start from the beginning. I just moved to Arizona and needed a new shop to get another tattoo at. I drove to a lot of decent places that I had heard good things about. I did my research. Then I happened upon The Tattoo Lounge by total accident and after Googling them a bit, I chose to stop in. No other shop I walked into made me feel as comfortable as I did from the second I walked in. First of all, the first thing you notice is how clean the place is. That and great artistry is what I need for me to have a great tattoo experience because it makes me feel comfortable. Then I met the owner, Randy, while making my appointment. Again, he was able to make me feel comfortable with my decision in choosing them right off the bat. When it came time to doing my tattoo, my appointment was with the amazingly talented Seth Fyffe. He listened to my concerns about the size and placement of my work and we went with the best decision for myself and my needs but something that will still look great many years from now. Throughout the entire process, everyone in the shop was wonderful. I had my tattoo done and right after my best friend did as well. Because of this, we were in there for a bit of time. All the guys were really chill and amazing to sit and talk with, never once making us feel like we were a bother. The entire experience was probably the best I've had while being tattooed and I hope to never have to find a different shop for work in the future.
