My family has enjoyed living at the Terrace Apartments for 19&1/2 years now. We just don't like the yearly rent increases, but that seems to be the norm everywhere. Another ongoing problem is that our jacuzzi has never been completely repaired! The managers are very friendly and the maintenance staff has been great over the years. Overall it is a pretty decent place to live.

I have lived here for 9 years now, I have enjoyed it. Everyone at the office is always nice. The workers always fix things on time, if not they always give me a good estimate. The rooms are setup nice with central air, the landscapes and pool are always well kept. Definitely recommend these apartments, they are also super close to the great shopping in the area too!

I have lived here for 11 years and have enjoyed living here and the apts are setup nicely. Anytime I had a problem with maintenance or even issues with other stuff, they were there to help. The staff at the office and the workers are always very nice to me here. Definitely recommend if anyone is interested in moving in here. Also love all the seasonal events they have too!

My daughter and I moved in on April 12, 2019. When we first inquired about the apartment we met leasing agent Trish Perez. She guided us through the application process, Trish explained the rules of the complex and approved our lease. Since then she has always been there for us. We are very grateful. The maintenance crew is very knowledgeable and has been there to fix all of our household problems. We enjoy living here and look forward to a long term stay,,,
