Google
I loooove their cashew nut stir fry! The water chestnuts are delightful and it’s packed full of veggies —a true flavor explosion in a wonderful way! This cart is consistently great in flavor and has a nice range of spice for every palate. The portions are big and the service fast.

Google
Thai panther food ordered chicken garlic pepper with broccoli. Was not expecting the broccoli to be uncooked but the sauce was good and edible. The pot stickers are frozen and ok. The staff is nice and the location is great.

It’s fresh - I like that part. But this is not proper Thai. In a town full of excellent Thai, this is highly forgettable. Pad kee mao is repurposed pad see ew and the two dishes share little in common. No spice. Missing some key ingredients. Wish them well but they need someone to come in and overhaul the flavors.

We got the tofu Pad Thai, beef Pad See Ew and spring rolls (not pictured). Everything was fresh, love that they put a lot of veg in their dishes. Their chili oil is also great, you can get it on the side. Very fast service, nice people. The food cart area has a lot of seating and a bar next door!

Google
Ordered the Pad see ew and Basil fried rice via Uber...the noodles is overcooked and the fried rice is under cooked...Not gonna order here again.

Google
Refused to take my order, instead he made me tap on an iPad while he stood and watched. Still prompted for a tip. I would rather learn every spoken language on the planet than ever have such a dehumanizingly antisocial interaction ever again. Food was great tho 🤷🏼

Google
We love hinterland carts and I’ve eaten at Panther Thai about 4-5 times. Unfortunately last evening I got suddenly ill after eating the yakisoba noodles with tofu. I’ll spare the details but it was food poisoning.

Google
Normally I like this place…. Today I ordered and the cashew chicken. There was four cashews that I could find. Normally, they ask how spicy. Today, they didn’t and I assumed it’s because they recognized me…. Not true, it was so sweet that I have it to a friend. I like this place and the only reason I’m posting is because this is the 3rd time in a row that it wasn’t at the level it set for itself the previous 20 times.

Yelp
It was my first time at this cart. I ended up getting the larb. It was super tasty overall. I wouldn't have minded a touch more acidity and maybe 20% fewer red onions, as they seemed to make up quite a bit of the plate. I'd rather have a bit more cilantro. Note that it does not come with any rice and that medium is not spicy at all really. Would totally come back and try other things!

Yelp
I'm sorry y'all but do better. Food quite bad. Bring your own salt, bring your own fish sauce, bring your own limes, bring your own herbs, or don't come.

Yelp
I had such high hopes for this place. I work just down the way, and my favorite comfort food is Tom Kha. I ordered my teammate Pad Thai, an absolute staple in Thai food. the Tom Kha should be creamy and made with coconut milk or better yet coconut cream! it was a soup... it was spicy... it was edible. it wasn't Tom Kha. The Pad Thai was pale, and the flavor wasn't peanutty or rich... again it was noodles, it was edible... it wasn't Pad Thai. All and all it is a decent place to eat, but let me down as Thai food.

Yelp
I've never been disappointed, great food, fair prices. Just they aren't friendly. Food is always hot and fresh.

Yelp
The Spring rolls were delicious. Service was really quick and friendly. I liked it better than my tacos next door

Yelp
I got the Larb Salad. It was very plain and was missing alot of components typically in it. Any lime juice isn't noticeable in it, same goes for the lemongrass and thai chili's. They also put cabbage in it which made for a strange dish all together. $11 for a salad made of primarily cabbage and onion is outrageous. Service wasn't poor but also great either. The surrounding ambiance is what earns it a 2nd star which isn't really deserved since the ambiance comes from the bar and Matt's Tacos.

Yelp
Just went for lunch yesterday. So yummy! I've been craving Thai food for a while. My go to restaurant closed. I'm so glad my friend recommended you!
