Third Place for Kids has been such a wonderful experience for our family. It’s more than just a gym—it’s a safe, welcoming space where kids of all abilities can play, explore, and regulate in a way that works for them. The staff is incredibly understanding and supportive, and they really take the time to meet each child where they’re at. The equipment is thoughtfully chosen for sensory needs, and the environment is clean, calm, and full of joy. We’ve seen real growth in our child’s confidence and regulation since coming here. So grateful this place exists!

My 3 year old loved our first visit here! It's easy to tell that every detail is thoughtfully curated from the play equipment to the decor. It's an extremely welcoming environment with wonderful accommodations for all kids. They also have a sensory room filled with toys that my toddler enjoyed. We will definitely be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Third Place is absolutely fantastic! It’s truly all-inclusive and feels like a home away from home. Unlike many play spaces, you don’t leave overstimulated—everything here is calming, welcoming, and enjoyable for all. My girls absolutely love it and ask to come back every single day! Not to mention, the owners are so kind and full of fantastic resources! We ended up getting memberships because it’s the perfect place for them to play, explore, and have every sensory need met in such a thoughtful way. Another huge bonus is that we can bring our OT here, which makes it even more valuable for our family. I can’t recommend The Third Place enough—it’s a gem for kids and parents alike!

Great new space with tons of different options for kids! Very clean and organized. Two different rooms if a change of scenery is needed with a little snack area outside both. Very intentionally designed and beautifully created! Would love to see a punch card option or a 10 pack since it’s a little expensive with multiple kids. We will be back!

We are SO grateful for The Third Place for Kids. From the moment we walked in, we knew this place was something special. It’s clean, thoughtfully designed, and never overwhelming thanks to their limit on the number of kids allowed at a time. That alone makes such a huge difference for our son. He absolutely loves the sensory room- it’s his favorite spot, and it’s so clear that everything in it was created with care and intention. Casey, the owner, is incredible. She’s so kind and clearly has such a deep understanding of neurodivergent kids and their families. She’s created something really special here, a place where our whole family can exhale. We feel safe here. Our son feels safe here. And that kind of peace is priceless. We can’t recommend The Third Place for Kids enough. If you have a child with sensory needs or who just doesn’t fit into typical play spaces, this is the place you’ve been looking for.

The Third Place for Kids is a fantastic place to throw a birthday party! On the weekends they close early so you can have a private party. The main gym is huge with plenty of space for adults to sit down and relax.

Such a quiet cozy sensory filled place to play! I have twins on the spectrum and it was a great way to get out of the house and play in a comfortable place!

We loved our time here! I have 3 kids of all needs and abilities ages 7-12. We spent hours here and they all loved it! It was a calming, beautiful place that felt inclusive and inviting. Judgment free zone that thought through every aspect of this incredible space for kids and parents alike- true community! The kids can’t wait to go back. Let’s support this locally owned space … it’s so important to neurotypical and neurodiverse to have a calming and safe space to enjoy together. This is it!

Yelp
The Third Place for Kids is an exceptional indoor play destination for families in the Parker area. It combines child-centered design, sensory awareness, and community connection in a way that feels rare and right. Whether you're neurotypical, neurodivergent, or somewhere in between, your whole family will feel supported--children get to explore, and parents get to breathe, chat, and belong. It's a refreshingly intentional, joy‑filled, and inclusive experience that deserves all the praise. Five stars--highly recommended for any family seeking more than "just play."
