Three Oaks

"An appealing, well-run pub in a rural location, comprising several different areas: dine in the brighter room overlooking the terrace and pretty garden. Cooking is tasty, satisfying and seasonal, and they offer particularly good value set lunch and dinner menus. The bright young staff are eager to please." - Michelin Inspector

Probably the best place for Sunday Brunch! The traditional Sunday roasts here are amazing especially the lamb. I tired the Barbecued Stone Bass Fillet which as you can see by the photo is incredibly well presented and I would happily order this again! Service was wonderful. Be sure to the sticky toffee pudding - I have yet to try a better one anywhere.

We were visiting from California and were at my nephews in Beaconsfield. He know that I love Pubs, and decided to take us to this elegant Pub called the Three oaks. The tables are well spaced apart,it was interesting that they had an air purifier with ultra violet light on a wall, really thoughtful . The service in-spite of us being there towards the end of service hours for lunch was excellent, attentive and helpful. The wine list was extensive and the food was delectable. All in all an excellent experience

We had lunch after our wedding at The Three Oaks last weekend and we can’t thank Wes, Tom, and the team enough. From the moment we arrived everyone was so friendly and kind. The food was absolutely fantastic and every dish was beautifully prepared and delicious. Everything was very reasonably priced for such a high level of service and quality. Thank you to the team who all went above and beyond to make the day even more special for us - we’ll remember it forever.

We had a problem with a gluten-free meal for one of our group, but the pub staff could not have responded better. They offered to waive the whole bill but the meals the rest of us had were so good we would have felt guilty accepting such a generous offer, and agreed a compromise where we paid for everything except the gluten free meal The food was absolutely fantastic, and the service excellent. Particularly good were the red curry soup and ribeye steak (go on a Wednesday for steak night discount). We will definitely by back.

TLDR: good food, lovely service, get the red thai soup. Visited for a Saturday lunch, the food was really good and reasonably priced given the quality - the best dish was probably the red Thai coconut soup starter, incredible! The sharing bread platter was also great but it was the marmite butter which took the dish to another level. The staff were also lovely and friendly. Would happily go back to try more dishes.

Yelp
This was my very favorite restaurant the entire England visit. Presentation, meal quality & originality, atmosphere - perfect. Not an inexpensive lunch, but completely worth the money & the walk from the Gerard's cross train station.
