Hotel Tide Phuket

Wonderful stay! My experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. Fem and Ball went above and beyond with their service — always attentive, warm, and ready to assist with genuine smiles. Their hospitality made my stay extra special and left a lasting impression. The property itself was clean, cozy, and very well taken care of. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again in the future and highly recommend it to others!

Staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a little limited with no cheese or dairy. But lunch and dinner were excellent. The room was spacious especially my triple bedroom. Cleaness was good. Room facilities were nice. The swimming pool and the beach were exceptional being isolated and peaceful. I think it was a relaxing getaway that I will not forget.

I recently stayed at Tide Hotel Beachfront, and It is absolutely fantastic! The customer service was top-notch. Belinda and Nat at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She even recommended some fantastic local spots to check out! The beach view from our room was breathtaking, and the staff treated us like family. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, this is the place to be! 🌴✨

I got to check in early because my room was ready and I helped by Belinda. What a sweetheart 🥹. The room was clean, and fortunately I was upgraded to a pool access room for my birthday and I give it a 10/10. They clean the pool every morning. They have a live band that plays for a bit and games night on Friday which is nice, I like the vibe. Pookky brought me cake and sang for me so the staff is really friendly (even at the restaurants). The drinks aren’t that great but the food is.

We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Ride Phuket! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Special thanks to Nat, Sea, Fifa, and Ball — each of them was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile and assisting with anything we needed.
