If you’re looking for a cool vibe with a super welcoming/warm staff and amazing food , look no further - Tipsy Bar is the spot . I’ve spent about a week in siqujour and tipsy bar has grown on me tremendously. The staff is so friendly and hospitable that they will make you feel right at home. I recommend tipsy bar to all demographics. Whether you’re looking for nice dinner, a fancy crafty cocktail whipped up by some of their talented bartenders , or just quick stop for coffee and good conversation- check out tipsy bar you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been a regular at this spot for some time now because of the vibe, but one thing I can’t ignore is the consistently off-putting attitude from one particular bartender- Ricky. While I always show up respectful and supportive, I’ve noticed that he often responds with unnecessary sarcasm or a dismissive tone—even when unprovoked. As a loyal and easygoing customer, it’s disappointing to feel like basic courtesy is too much to ask. Great service is about more than just pouring drinks—it’s about creating an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. I genuinely hope this feedback encourages a shift, because this kind of energy chips away at what would otherwise be a solid experience.

I went with a couple of friends and overall had a good time, people were laughing dancing, and it was definitely lively great weekend vibes. I gave it four instead of five stars because they need a little more space in there to accommodate more people sitting down comfortably wearing heels, but overall great experience. You can bring food in the spot because they don’t serve any, but I know of.

I came for drinks with some friends and had a very nice time. Staff was attentive. Service with hookahs and drinks were quick and easy. The bartenders were terrific! I would highly recommend this spot to any looking for a night on time with some great music. DJ was a lady which made it even better! I would absolutely come back.

I visited Tipsy Lounge last night with some friends and as I was standing at the bar, I noticed a young lady sitting at the bar (almost sleep) and clearly had reached her drinking limit. A few minutes later a guy walked up to the bar and tried to order her another drink. Immediately, the bartender (Unique) told him no, she could not have another drink. I was amazed and applauded her for how she handled the situation so professionally. I spoke with her afterwards and gave her a heads up that I was going to do a review based off of what I saw during that interaction. She explained to me how much she cares about the customers, the business (Tipsy Lounge), and also herself, considering she has a bartending license that allows her to work and take care of herself. This was so commendable to me because I am a bar owner and this showed me that a lot of bartenders do have integrity and that there are more important things in life than money because clearly, she could've continued serving that young lady and made more money for herself and the business. "All money ain't good money." In that moment I was just thinking to myself wow, she could've just potentially saved that young lady from either getting into an accident (if she was driving) or potentially getting taken advantage of by a guy who clearly knew she didn't need another drink but was trying to get her one anyway. I was glad to see that shortly after some of her girlfriends came and got her from the bar and took her home. On top of all that, Unique is a very good bartender. Even though she was busy most of the time I was there, she made sure we didn't have to wait long for our drinks, she brought them to our table, and she had a nice, friendly attitude the entire time.

A Sidecar is $23 … why!!! No drink should cost $23!!!! No way! I just had a happy hour sidecar at Taste Bar for $6 and pappadeaux peach sidecar is less than $20 daily!!! $23 for a sidecar is absolutely ridiculous!! Black establishments have to do better!!!!!

Very solid place for drinks! We walked here after our meal From Turkey leg and had some tasty, strong drinks. My wife and I like strong drinks! Place was empty but slowly started to fill as time went on. Music was bumping and set a good tone at the bar. Bartender Ricky, served up some nice drinks. They don’t have a drink menu but tell them what you want and they will craft it. Hookah is available.

Kat is an awesome bartender! She’s friendly, attentive, and has a great conversation. I’m glad Houston was able to whisk her away from the fake Hollywood streets of ATL! ;) Make sure y’all def pull up on her on a Thursday. Awesome throwback playlist and all the vibes. Thanks for everything, Kat!

Too crowded and wasn't my vibe. But I'm sure cool for others. Men were literally rubbing on you on purpose and using the fact that it's crowded as an excuse.

SCAM ALERT UPDATE: DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD THEY WILL CHARGE IT AND THEN SAY YOU AGEED TO THE CHARGES OR YOU WERE TIPSY or DRUNK! DON'T DO IT THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS IT COST ME $728.71 They are praying on unsuspecting customers, SCAM ALERT!!!!! SCAM ALERT!!!!!!! I spoke with Sederia Bradford today, who mentioned that bottles start at $250. She also claims the bartender said I agreed to pay and that I was very tipsy when I arrived. Even if that were true, they (Tipsy's and the bartender) still proceeded to sell me a bottle. The story doesn't add up, but the truth will come out. STAY AWAY or BRING CASH! Things are about to heat up! My people are going to dig deeper & shed some light into this situation and uncover what's really going on. It's going to get HOT in here. We gone look under that skirt & see. STAY AWAY!! This establishment double-charged both my card and my friend's card during our visit for PV Homecoming. We were each charged the same amount--slightly over $600--which seems far too coincidental and makes me suspect foul play, possibly involving the bartender and the manager. I wouldn't have noticed this at first, but my boy called from Chi and asked if I had multiple charges on my card, which prompted me to check my statement. The most frustrating part is that my card was charged fraudulently two times! My charges mirrored my friend's, but the bartender also tried to hit me with an additional tip for the bottle of Don Julio. When we tried to resolve this and called the spot, the so-called "manager" refused to provide her first name and handled the situation unprofessionally. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable but acceptable at this spot. STAY AWAY, especially if you are from out of town! If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs. I only gave 1 star because I had to, they get nothing from me These people the owner & the manager are a bunch of thieves sucking off hard-working individuals, scum of the earth. Stop me if If lying or give me my money back. I have more respect for the man with a gun, at least he will risk his life to steal my money. TIPSY wants to be slick & sneak & steal your money with FRADULENT CHARGES!

The customer service can be approved. Overall the staff is rude with attitudes. They are not accommodating and they don't make u happy that u spent your money at their place of business.

The customer service is poor! All of the bartenders have attitudes like they don't want to be at work! The energy is off in that place. They need to do a fire of all staff & rehire. The workers are making the business a horrible place & experience.

Unprofessional, the owner down to the bar manager both lack compassion but expect the customer who was wrongfully charged to have compassion! Don't spend your money here if you do pay in cash!!!
