The Toku Truck

It is amazing!! We had smoothies, avocado toast, and fry taco bread. I would come back again and again

had the southwest salad with blackened shrimp — so good! even better than i imagined, and the shrimp was truly perfect. (brought mine around the corner to argenta)

Loved it, definitely recommend for a quick brunch! My partner and I stopped by on our vacation & it was everything we wanted! The chocolate PB shake was so nourishing and yummy! The Maine RX smoothie was fruity and energizing for a hot summer day. We always seek smoothies made from fresh, whole ingredients (without all the added sugar like too many chains do) SO we were super happy with Toku Truck's. Our B.Y.O. breakfast sandwich was delicious with soft ciabatta bread, surf sauce, avocado and arugula. & the breakfast hash burrito was unique and top notch with a rosemary/sweet potato/veg mix. We had to try the fry bread taco with chicken tinga & it was definitely worth making extra room for. Fried bread? Yes, please. I wish we took photos before we devoured it all! & the owner was super super sweet & friendly with great recommendations!

The Toku Truck has got it going on! Everything on the menu is outstanding. The food is fresh, nourishing, and SO yummy. Everything is homemade using top notch ingredients and so flavorful. Must try, you won’t be disappointed!

So excited the Toku truck is finally open!! The fried bread tacos are incredible, and a must try. Highly recommended you stop by and try EVERYTHING.

First visit and my food was soooo good! Delicious iced chai, as well. Cannot wait to return to try other menu items.

Literally the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Obsessed.

Got the sweet potato hash burrito and cold brew for breakfast and couldn't believe how delicious they were! The burrito was generously portioned, full of fresh delicious food, and had great flavor. Felt healthy and left me feeling nourished. Staff was helpful and friendly! Cold brew was also great! Don't miss this spot!
