THE TOWER HOTEL NAGOYA

WOW! This hotel is unique, secret and magical! Location is perfect. The place itself is majestic: a former television tower! Few rooms, decor so modern and industrial at once; arty, clean, unique vibe. The welcome good & drinks are ravishing, and the Japanese breakfast, the best breakfast experience I had in a hotel for at least 10 years! Staff efficiency reached perfection! Extreme refinement in all the details. Came for the 1st time in 2023 and it was an incredible surprise, came again in July and it was even better. What can I say outside of: Absolute recommendation! Yes, just: WOW!

Style. Modern contemporary artsy boutique hotel, once Japan’s first TV tower, now turned restaurants/hotel by FHAMS design studio Setting. Nagoya Central Park. 40 min from Chubu airport or 18 min from Nagoya airport Explore. Hotel location was perfect for exploring the neighborhood shops, burgeoning local food scene, music festivals and outdoor events. I only wish I got to stay one more night Rooms. Only 15 rooms, one of which is used for art exhibitions. I was in room 3. As I had an extremely stressful week so it was super healing to have this little mini escape @ the hotel. Amazing vibe, kind staff and service, Kano Morishita and the rest of the team were delivering service really @ the level of the Aman hotels. Taxis are not allowed to stop in front of the hotel, but the staff always walked me to the taxi to make sure I got on the right one. Private sky deck access late at night and early morning via a hidden entrance, plenty of cool art work and installations including Yoshitomo Nara’s work. Food & drinks. Hotel has 3 restaurants and is very popular for special occasions, the night I was here there were two wedding parties. They are tons of food options near by and the hotel also helped book good restaurants Prices. $595 Rating. 5/5 definitely hope to revisit !

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience! The location and view was fantastic of Nagoya and the staff were all incredibly welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend staying here for the views of a beautiful city - thank you!

This hotel was one of the most unique and interesting ones we have stayed at. Loved the art installations all over the hotel. Loved the breakfast and everything about our stay! We will definitely be back.

Staying inside the Nagoya TV Tower was truly a unique experience. The room was clean, and all the staff were friendly. The breakfast is a must-try!

Absolutely exceptional accommodation. If you want to surround yourself with luxury, comfort and care, I recommend visiting this piece of paradise. Suitable for people who like privacy and quality! A completely unique approach to each individual customer. + great location unique view perfectly soundproofed access to Apple TV a small welcome treat a spectacular Japanese-style breakfast, and in complete privacy with a wonderful view and service a comfortable bed an unusually large room a minibar available a private entrance to the lookout and terrace, completely without tourists quality bathroom accessories and cosmetics - Unfortunately, when we wanted to pay for a wine, they didn't want to accept our card (MasterCard), which was normally accepted everywhere in Japan, we have no idea what exactly caused this, but it was a bit unusual for such an extremely luxurious hotel, luckily we had the last cash, I recommend foreigners to be aware of this.

[Artsy Experience] It was indeed a unique experience to stay at a tower! Other than its city view at the balcony, the room was designed to be state of the Art. Very aesthetic, and practical. I love the cylinder shelf that could hold so many things, magazines, wine bottle and such. The most amazing of all was the Lyrics Speaker, after playing around with it, I want to own 1 too! Breakfast was sumptuous! The quantity was so much that I requested for it to be reduced. Just the freshly cooked rice was so fragrant. I haven't had Traditional Japanese breakfast for a while. I liked all the dish except for the grilled fish, which I thought was kinda overcooked and dry. I almost forgot to mention the chilled tea waiting for us in the room and the beautiful spread of Okashi in a pretty see through glassbox. Every morning, the staffs bring in new biscuits and snacks, coffee capsules too. EVERYTHING in the minibar and pantry is complimentary unless you want additional. So it includes alcohol as well. I'm pretty sure travellers who are with a group of friends would seriously enjoy the food, drinks, super wide L-shape sofa and singing with the lyrics speaker. It was an awesome experience overall.
