PLEASE READ.. This is more than review it is about experiencing the most incredibly AMAZING service ever! We returned to The Tower Hotel Nagoya this week after having a memorable stay last year. We departed yesterday, on arrival at Fukuoka (4 hours from Nagoya on a Shinkansen) we realised we had left valuable items in the safe in our room. We immediately tried calling, however the hotel is closed once a month on a Wednesday for maintenance. We desperately sent an email, it was answered by the Manager who had returned to the hotel unlocked the safe & retrieved our valuables, he attached a picture of the items. We informed him we had booked return tickets to Nagoya early next morning. He asked what Shinkansen, time, car & seat numbers as he would meet us on the station when the train arrived! REALLY! (The Tower Hotel is 2 subway stops from Nagoya station) .. We arrived back at Nagoya. Yasunori OGUSHI, Manager of The Tower Hotel, was there at our car waiting for us! Not only did he return our items, packed safely in a bag but handed us another bag full of goodies to enjoy on our return trip… Champagne on ice, cups, water, cheese, cabanossi, crackers, nuts, chips, sweets!! This is without doubt the most incredible, kind, amazing service ever!! What a Fantastic Manager! Thank you Yasunori.
Now the hotel… location excellent! Staff incredible, thank you also Kano for your warm welcome back, your message in our room was beautiful!
The Breakfast, has to be up there with the BEST breakfast & service ever! whether you choose the Japanese or Western, ingredients are all local fresh produce, impeccably served!
Overall this is our 5th trip to Japan, stayed in some incredible Hotels, 5 star Ryokan in Tokyo however the experience & stay at The Tower Hotel Nagoya is the BEST!
