This is a terrible place to live as the landlord(s) are apathetic about repairs, the management is replete with discourteous and vile staff and the facilities are woefully lacking. This is a very old building and since it is barely maintained by the invisible superintendent, there are a plethora of problems. I can't speak for everyone but in my specific unit structural and noise insulation are ostensibly big problems. I can, however, speak for my neighbors in saying there have been many plumbing issues in the building. Also beware especially if you don't move into a unit on the top floor, the noise between floors/walls are quite bothersome. It is way overpriced for what you get; I wish someone would have warned me before I moved here as this has easily been the absolute worst apartment I've ever resided; there has been a significant flux of tenants vacating their apartments in the past few years (can't speak to cause [whether they too were disgruntled or left for innocuous reasons] but it is some food for thought).
