Today was my first day coming to The Trove, I came for a drag brunch and overall my experience here has been amazing. The service I got here was exceptional. The staff was friendly and welcoming and even the food was good, I had the chilaquiles, they were amazing. The entertainment of the drag brunch was amazing!! I will be back and will recommend it to others!!! Thanks Trove!!

Amazing brunch. Absolutely loved all the performances and the staff. A bit heavy on the fog machine, bring a fan and some eye drops if you’re sensitive to it. But overall amazing afternoon!

Came for drinks on a Saturday night. Bartenders are fast, drinks are good. DJ was pretty good too. Atmosphere is cute just not enough seating. I'd be back :)

OMG...I had a BLAST!!! The food and drinks here are top-tier. I highly recommend this drink that is $25.00. I can't think of the name of it, but it's the most expensive drink on the menu and well worth it! Now the QUEENS...prepare to be wowed and amazed and I'm not a rookie when it comes to going to drag shows BTW! Please be prepared to tip them when you come to show your appreciation for their talent!

Soup good drinks and atmosphere! Malachi really made it fun and inviting and really had great knowledge on what was good and what wasn’t. And he made the best “surprise me” drink I’ve had!

Came for the weekend brunch drag show and I loved it! Overall it was a 5 star experience because of the show, but there were a few cons. The show did start a little late and did end a little early, so that was a bummer. We arrived early--maybe about 20 minutes before show time--but we could not be seated at a table since there was no one there who had access to the table set up. The bartenders were all amazing and the drinks were great as well, but they were pricey too, on average about 15$ for a drink. When we were finally able to sit down, we were asked to move to another table for another party that had more people in their group, which is fine, but we had already started to order drinks and were settled, so it was a hassle. The table we were seated at was tight and one seat was blocked by a wall, so when the performers walked from directly in front of us, we had to bend our necks to see around the wall or miss parts of the show. The best place to sit would be in front of the bar, that only has high top tables or the couches that I think are VIP and costs a pretty penny to sit there. There is an intermission for bathroom breaks and another round of drinks. You can also bring cash to tip the performers during the show and there was some fun games played with the audience and the host. I am going to come back and bring more friends, this was such a treat and it costs $15 for a inside seat ($10 for outside).

It was my first time here the food is good but they can do it better the plates need better presentations. Service is good also they were very kind and helpful. My favorite thing is the atmosphere. We went in Dia de Los Muertos and we love the decorations.

Went to the trove for drinks and it was great! They have a wide selection of tequila, but you can't go wrong with one of their drinks. I had the pisco sour, amethyst crystal, and treasure of the day. My favorite was the amethyst crystal. They also had a dj and he was playing really good music. It would shift depending on the crowd, but it was always good. The place is a little small, but it wasn't crowded when we went. We had a whole couch section to ourselves. Will definitely visit again!

Hot dog, just simply, that damn hot dog. This juicy, succulent dog, covered in the most wonderful selection of Mexicano toppings; is to die for!!!!!! Yes, the music is too noch! Yes de drink game is on. But dem hot dogs, GO HARD!!!!

Went on a Sunday for drag brunch. The service and the drinks were really great! My server recommended that I order The Royalty Baby since i'm a fruity drink type of girl. The food however, was just ok. I ordered the tacos for $14, and it came with 3 tiny street tacos that looked like the ones you can get from a taco truck for a $1.50. It came with some rice and beans however i was still really hungry by the end of my meal. My friend ordered the avocado toast and it was a bit sorry too. Didn't get to take pictures since we were enjoying the show. In conclusion, come ready for the good vibes and the beautiful drinks, but don't expect to be satisfied if you're hungry...

Me and my friends came here for a light bite and it was pretty decent! Servers were attentive and nice and the dim lights gave this place a fancy feel. We just grabbed a Paloma ($14) and the cheeseboard ($30). The Paloma was good- nothing too special and slightly overpriced. The cheeseboard however was a little underwhelming. It took 30 mins for it to come out and it looked like someone just tossed everything on the plate. The meats were warm and the cheese wasn't really chilled. For $30 I'd recommend someone to go to standard pour or another spot for a better board (both presentation and amount size) at the same price. Maybe we ordered the wrong items but this place is overpriced and average- however, if it's a special occasion/event I can see it being worth it.

Came here with some friends after work. We arrived at around 11pm (they close at 2am). We had plans on grabbing a bite to eat and some drinks. As soon as we arrived we were informed that their kitchen was closed, but we could still order drinks. I decided to go ahead and get at least one drink which was the Crown Jewel. My drink was good, and my friends liked theirs as well. The place is super cute inside and the music is a vibe. I would have stayed for more drinks if they had served food. Drunk people get hungry.

What's on my way to the tipsy elf, stopped by to have a drink and ended up having a few and some elotes which were fantastic.

I love this place. It was my first time here. Andre the bartender was very tentative and fun. The music and atmosphere was elevated by his outgoing personality. I love seeing a Latin bar in Bishop Arts. It's something very different! I would come back and tell all my friends.

The only reason this is getting even one stars is because the performers are gorgeous and good at what they do. Saying that, paid $22 a person to get awful seats in the back where we could barely see the show. The only times we could see is when they were right by our table. But not all the performers were good about working the full room. Some queens danced in the back area where we were seated but 2 of the four didn't. We ordered drinks and it took over 30 mins to get them because they ran out of glasses?! Well we got our glasses after 30mins but they took longer still for our mimosa carafes. The waitress never came by and asked if we were ready to order, I had to flag her down and ask if I could order. At no point did she ask prior to that. Then she acted surprised later on when she asked if we were ordering entrees and a group member (who couldn't see most of the show) said no. We had no confidence that we would ever get our food if we were to order. I'm going to check out the other drag brunches in the metro but I would NEVER come back here.

We came here using our Dallasite101 passport. We got drinks and the 14k gold guac. I got the coconut drink which was one of the best drinks I have ever had! The gold guac was just guac, nothing special. The staff was friendly. The location is perfectly placed in one of the hot spots of Dallas. The decor was a bit too flashy for my taste, but overall was a Great place for a drink and appetizer!

Fancy, fun, sophisticated and EXCITING! The Trove is truly a cool and cute concept. They have interesting and amazing drinks. The inside decor is charming with blue chairs and couches. The bartender is friendly. You can drink, buy jewelry and order bites to eat all in one place. I ordered the Huichol and Crown Jewel. The Huichol comes in a bird shaped glass with a feather. It has CBD drops in it. It's costly, but worth having once. The Crown Jewel is fit for a queen. It has a nice taste and also worth trying. I liked them both equally. Me and one of my good friends truly enjoyed ourselves. The vibe and ambiance is great. The bathroom was cute and clean. I look forward to trying the drag show on a Sunday. I hope in the future they will add some new drinks. I love a good gimmick. I left happy and satisfied.

Best Jamaican Mule I've ever had! Smooth and tasty! It was quite refreshing! Yesterday was hot and muggy, and stopping in and trying, this was a delight! Nice staff and cool atmosphere!

My best friend and I checked this place out because we walked by and heard reggaeton music. Great music, delicious drinks, excellent service, and overall a wonderful time. Sure it wasn't as busy since we went on Tuesday night, but it is worth checking out after hearing live music at other bars nearby. Will definitely be back for their drag show and brunch next time I'm in town.

I went to celebrate my birthday for brunch @ 12:30pm with 3 of my friends. As we walked in, they informed us we could not sit in any of the tables due to they would have drag shows. They informed us we could stay for brunch but would have to sit at the bar. The service took forever considering the fact that we were the only ones there at the bar. No one at the bar came to check on us to see if we needed anything. There were 4 employees at the bar just talking about their plans after work cursing and being loud. I could not believe that fact that it was already going to be 2:00pm and still no drag show or any other customers coming in and yet, we still had to sit at a bar and we were uncomfortable eating our food. We really wanted to leave before our food came out, however, we had already been there a while so we just stuck it out. Best believe we did not leave a tip and we will never go back! It seems the drag show $$ money is more important than the paying customers.

Super cute place for drinks and a drag show. The show was fun but depending on your seat - you may have limited views. It's a very long and kind of narrow location but decorated nice. The drinks are pretty and very photo worthy but lacked flavor or a wow factor for taste. The same goes for the food. We came for brunch and the show and ended up having to leave half way through the show because we were starving and the food we ordered was no good. The show started a hour late which I think is the norm and not a big deal - just so you can plan your visit. They also charge a $10 pp show charge. I hope they redo the menu so I can come back and try it again.

Quaint and busy location in Bishop Arts District. Our first time here and we were able to get in without a reservation. They had live music, jewelry on display and a variety of tequila, mescal and sotol beverage selections. Small appetizers where on the menu too. A cute hang out spot to grab a drink with your friends but not too large to accommodate large crowds.

Had a great first experience here! The food was great and the atmosphere was fun. They host a drag show on Sundays which is always a fun and exciting experience. The drinks here are delicious and creative! I had the Welding and the El Minero as well as a delicious coffee. The busted tacos were delicious, I only wish there were more! The verde salsa that came with the chips was definitely worth ordering.

Waited 20 minutes for a service. Asked for a 5th glass of water and our server brought out a pitcher, then took another 10 minutes to actually get a glass. Avocado toast hardly qualified as toast, it was a soggy piece of bread with a very thin layer of guacamole spread on the bottom, toppings were way too spicy. Friend and I both ordered a Michelada, took 20 minutes to come out, again, way too spicy, wouldn't have minded if they had mentioned it before hand. Had to flag down our waiter any time we needed anything, half the time he was just standing behind the bar watching the show. After asking for the checks, it took 20 minutes, he then proceeded to run the cards on the wrong tabs, and never gave us an itemized receipt. Will not be going back, extremely disappointed.

We stopped by on Saturday evening after dinner. It was definitely a vibe. Customer service is very important to me. We stood at the bar literally feet from the bartender, and he never acknowledged us. Mistake #1. The waitress came by to pick up drinks, and she helped us. We sat outside, and ordered an Old Fashioned which was absolute trash. No cherry, no orange peel, no ice cube or ball, just regular ice. Mistake #2 Oh and it was $15. The only reason they got as many stars as they did was the waitress and live music. Not sure if the live music is a regular thing. The owner needs to know that people expect good/great customer service.

The drag show was great. Girls were The service here SUCKS 5 years of bartending and serving I know what lazy service when I've got it. 35 minutes without even meeting a server. Food came out wrong, we got 3/6 peoples food and then 30 minutes later we got the rest. The spirited came out last so queso wasn't worth it... It's all horrible service..

I'm so happy my friends took me to this place for my birthday! The drinks were amazing and our bartender Crystal made the experience so memorable! Don't let these beautiful drinks trick you they are super strong and worth every penny! Can't wait to come back!

We have been coming since the soft opening Jaime one of the owners is so sweet always remembers us and makes sure we are well taken care of. We sen all our clients here bc it's a fun experience great jewelry and cocktails. The food is so great the cheese board perfection !!!!! Great music and vibe great spot

My boyfriend and I came here for happy hour and the drinks were amazing!! The bartenders were also super sweet and accommodating.

Honestly, I do go to restaurants to take pretty pictures but I need the drinks to be good too since that's the main point. I got the jewel and bird drinks and for the price, they were average to below average in quality. Just making the restaurant pretty won't cut it. They also just started serving hookah and the Manager didn't even know how to put it. The chicken tinga tacos were the only good thing.

Had a blast for the Saturday afternoon Drag Brunch !!! The drinks were so good. We got a bottle Mimosa which was a whole bottle of Prosecco and orange juice. The crown jewel was another drink that was the best! Will definitely go back. The whole Bishops Art District was a great place to shop and sight see. Everything was decorated pretty.

I enjoyed the drag show but everything else was bad. When I first got there my name wasn't on the list when I had paid previously through Eventbrite. They took their time to ask me was I ready to order then brought out my food with no silverware. My food I ordered wasn't bad. I couldn't finish it so I asked to get a to go box. I got up to go to the restroom after the show and it was gone. But the whole time my glass remained untouched after I was done drinking it. If I asked for a to go box why would I not take it with me? Was I suppose to take it to the little cramped bathroom?

The drag show was so much fun! Great host, awesome drinks, and the food was really good too.

I had greater expectations. We had 3 couples and unless you are up next to the bar area you are not really a part of the show. But frankly, the quality of the show was not great. Our group all left at intermission.

You know..? This is a really cute spot. I like it a lot. Good drinks, food and music-all on point.. A1. The service could definitely use a little bit of work although Eduardo was great. What's really funny is, the bartender told us that the owners were sitting literally a few seats away which was cool.. but we felt as though they weren't inviting in any way.. it seemed like they were just sitting there judging who walked in.. trying to figure out if you were the right type of customer they were looking for. But, we will come back thanks to Eduardo

First let me start by saying the food was surprisingly good. Usually u don't expect this level of quality from bar food but the nachos where so good. Along with my waiter her name was kait. She was so helpful and quick to get my party refills and bring out our food. All in all it was a great night thanks to the staff and food. WILL be returning soon

The Charcuterie board is all we ever get to go with the amazing drinks. Until recently, the drinks were great but are now watered down due to them losing so much money on over pouring the alcohol. Per management. I understood because I too am a business owner so we still bought drinks but they weren't good anymore. The ambiance is great

This was my first time coming here & I really enjoyed everything! From the food & service was amazing. Kim was our girl while we were & she has been great to us so friendly & helpful. Everyone here is so nice. Can't wait to come back. The chicken Tinga tacos I had were fire. The inside is so clean & beautiful how they have it set up. Must come you'll love it here you won't regret it

New FAVORITE COCKTAIL BAR IN DALLAS!! Was lucky to attend the soft opening for a birthday. Their guacamole and elote are amazing with very unique taste. The drinks were beyond my expectations had bunch of drinks from their speciality menu and none was disappointing. All cocktails were AMAZINGG!!!! Try their crown and Elizabeth taylor drink

Lovely. As I was browsing around bishop I came across this beautiful place. Such a unique concept, I fell in love. They have gorgeous drag shows going on (I went on a Friday night). So fun, the vibe is just unique. My service was exceptional, Rubi has a way with costumers, I went by myself and she made sure I didn't felt alone. My drinks were *cheff kisses* I was captivated by the presentation and the taste was just right. Definitely coming back for a brunch weekend and I so recommend this place!

Went there for drag brunch Sunday. The show was great. Anastasia Diamond Doll was the best. Loved her performance. However she was the only saving grace to this place. We were a group of six so they felt the best place to sit us was right in front of the DJ and his speakers. The table were two cocktail tables pushed together. Not big enough to handle drinks and food for a group of six. Perhaps if we had a waitress that actually wanted to be there the table size would have been a problem. We barely saw her and when we did she was put out by having to deal with us. We ordered food before the show started but didn't get it until intermission only after we asked about it. I kinda felt like I was at Dick's Last Resort. Bottom line, go to The Trove for the drag show not for the service.

This place is gorgeous!!!!!! The live music made the place so lively! The bartenders are attentive and amazing! We went here for drinks and were not disappointed. They drinks were super tasty and very elegant with the presentation! If you're looking for a cute spot with an excellent drink presentation with some live music- this is your place! I had a great time.

The staff and bartenders are amazing here. Some girl came in talking shit to everyone. They booted her ass out fast. It was awesome to see. Love this place and will continue to give them business!

I came on a Brunch Sunday/ Drag show. Service was slow. We had to remind our server 4 times for our shots. My appetizer and entree came out at the same time. I order chips and dip for my appetizer and my chips were burnt; each bite I could taste the burnt taste. If you come for the drag show EAT BEFORE YOU COME! Food was blah! But show was great!

They sat our party and then made us get up and leave bc they "had a reservation". This should not happen. I've never had this happen to me anywhere else.. bizarre.

We were at their weekend drag brunch yesterday - oh Trove, Trove, Trove - where do I begin? I guess I will start with the positive (yes, just one): The drag queens really do go all-out in getting decked out in outlandishly wild (and appropriate) outfits and, when they perform, they give it their all. Now for the negatives: $20 per person charge to just walk in the door could be considered reasonable UNTIL one realizes that, it would seem, the minimum price for ANY liquor-based drink is $14. Ok, you say, well maybe they really pour on the booze. NOT. Pfizer and Moderna scientists probably didn't measure the stuff they used to develop their COVID vaccines as accurately as the bartenders measured that 1 oz (or maybe 1.25 oz or maybe 1.5 oz) pour. Again $14 for a screwdriver (vodka and orange juice)- granted, it was Tito's but still - we buy a 1.75 liter bottle of Tito's for $27 - that's enough to make 39 $14 screwdrivers with the standard jigger pour (1.5 oz). One person in our party ordered a plain OJ. When one of the bartenders (apparently in training) filled a glass the manager (or we assume it was the manager) told him "that's too much juice - pour some out". Not sure how much my friend paid the for the OJ - I would guess at least $8. Another person in our party stuck with coffee - he had 4 cups. Refills free, you say? NOT. $5 per standard 6 oz cup. Now I know you are thinking perhaps they make it up on the food. NOT. For starters, the food selection is very limited (granted they don't bill themselves as a full-service restaurant) especially when they adverise that they are serving weekend brunch. $14 for a guac which was tasty but was, at most, made with one average avocado (it did come with 8 or 10 chips). $15 or $16 for a shrimp cocktail: the sauce was good and the shrimp were not tiny - the problem: clearly the shrimp were just tossed into the sauce shortly before the cocktail was brought to the table (rather than allowing time for the shrimp to marinate) and, thus, all they tasted like was cold boiled shrimp. A pancake breakfast plate where the pancakes were clearly tasted as if they were from frozen. Finally, to add insult to injury when I got the bill this $38 charge for some high-falooting tequila was on the bill. The waitress looked confused when I questioned the item until she understood that I had not ordered any such tequila - indeed, any tequila at all. They did take it off. Word to the wise: check your bill VERY CLOSELY. One other thing they do is take and keep your credit card while the tab is open. I've had my card information ripped off that way once before. Management needs to put in procedures (such as pre-authorizing a pre-set amount per person initially - they have wireless CC readers so this is readily feasible) ensuring that the card would never leave the customer's hands.

What an experience! About a month ago, I made reservations for me and my girlfriends to come here as it looked like an entire vibe. They told me to get there early, but I did not listen. Now I understand why! Our reservation was at 1:30pm, the drag show starts at 2:30pm. I figured that'd be early enough, WRONG! When I arrived, valet in the near parking lot was full, and I had to drive around 2 or 3 times to find parking. It was 3 of us and they ended up seating us on the patio. It was about 90 degrees yesterday, but they had fans with mists -- so that helped. Our server was Mikey, and he was just the sweetest guy! He was prompt, on top of our orders, had good recommendations, and just took really good care of us. The drag show probably didn't start until 3pm or so, and when they did start they would stop at the door frame and didn't actually come outside. I was sooo disappointed, because I had seen videos where they came out further. We told told 2 waiters that we came from the drag show but seemed to be missing it due to our seating. They both mentioned they'd request them to come outside. Still, nothing. We ended up talking to TJ, who we thought was the manager. He was super cool, relaxed and kind. He also asked them to come outside, which seemed to do the job. After speaking with him more, we learned he was actually the owner. For the second half of the show, he actually ended up moving us inside so we could get the full experience. It literally saved our entire experience. Also, the FOOD was amazing! *Chefs Kiss* I did the quesadilla wrap with shrimp. It was little as hell, but it was still so good. The drinks were extremely watered down, no liquor or flavor. Idk if it's because we were outside but yeah. Nonetheless, this was a great time. If you're deciding if you want to go, just do it!

This place is really cool but it's super expensive to the point I can't give it 5 stars. It's incredibly Instagramable, we got the crown drink, genie lamp drink, CBD drink and mule with golf stars. I got the chips and salsa to start, didn't really like them. The shrimp tacos were maybe the best shrimp I've had in my life. The bill was honestly huge.

This place is amazing!! I went today with a party of 8. You can actually have amazing foods and drinks while you shop for amazing mexican jewelry! Its a place you must try, plus the owners were very friendly and careful for us to enjoy our time here!

5+ stars for this place!! Great show and food. Recommend for any birthdays or girls days.

You are only going for the show. The food is horrendous. My French toast were HARD. When they asked us to clap I could make noise hitting the knife on it. 17$ was the meal. And the hash brown was a frozen one. The show was amazing though! Drinks are good too. Also expect the fajita to taste like tumeric/curry. Idk why they went with that
