The neon‑lit East End icon returned under new local ownership in January 2025 and still serves over‑the‑top, knife‑and‑napkin burgers, including a filet‑mignon grind. Featured on Diners, Drive‑Ins and Dives and covered by WCPO at reopening.

Great atmosphere with quick friendly service. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Drink refills are immediate. When busy does take a little time for the food to cook but no longer than it should. Menu is big and having never been here needed a couple minutes to decide. Burgers are massive and the smoked bacon is absolutely amazing. My burger was pretty dry, maybe just a one off, wouldn't stop me from returning.

The service here is great! One of our burgers came under temp and our server had it taken care of immediately. The duck fat fries and the sauces are delicious. Very cool atmosphere with lots of funky signs. Highly recommend a visit.

First time visiting the turf club. Had no idea what to expect. Waitress explained the menu when we got seated. They have coke products. I ordered an Angus burger that was pretty standard with lettuce, tomato and pickles. Everything is a la carte as well so ordered fries on the side plus a side of Mac n cheese to try. All food is served on paper plates which for the price is weird to me but whatever, it's their schtick, I guess. Burger was great but so big I had to cut it on half to attempt to eat it. Cannot put it down after you start eating it because it's game over if you do, will fall completely apart. Can barely fit it into your mouth. Mac n cheese was good but for $4.95 it was a very small helping propped up on lettuce bed. My husband got a mushroom goat Angus burger. His was also really good but as you can see from the picture, impossible to eat as served. It's at least 6" high. He ordered onion rings with his and again, for $4.95 you onky get like 6-7 rings. They were good but I've had better. It was like I could taste the oil they were cooked in that made me think that. If you're looking for a super chill environment and extremely casual dining experience, this is for you. If you're expecting silverware and actual dashes to eat off of, go somewhere else. I personally think $58 for two people to eat burgers and fries/onion rings with fountain drinks is crazy, I don't care how unique they experience is. Probably won't go back even though food was good. Cost for what you get isn't for me.

This place is a gem. Tucked away in a small neighborhood. Best burgers in Cincy. Have a great selection of craft burgers. Hope you have a large mouth to fit these 1/2 pound monsters in. Grab extra napkins too. Fried corn is a great alternative to the standard potato chips.

Google
A fun, unique atmosphere with above average burgers. I had the Fieri burger with their signature burgundy wine sauce, the same burger Guy Fieri had when he visited in 2010. My wife had a the Mushroom Goat burger, minus the rep peppers. I would rate the food as follows. Flavor 8/10, patty 6/10, bun 4/10, fries 5/10, onion rings 5/10. While the burger has great, above average flavor, the 8oz patty takes away from everything else. In other words, the proportions feel off and the patty affects the consistency of the burger. Some bites just felt like a big hunk of unseasoned meat, while other bites felt like one of the best burgers I have ever tasted. A smaller 4-6oz patty would make for a more well balanced burger with consistent flavor throughout. As for the bun, the bottom portion just smushes and falls apart almost immediately. Lastly, the fries and onion rings are basic and nothing to get excited about. I just don’t feel the food demands the price point it is sold at. Overall, I felt that there are better options around that aren’t near as expensive The downsides: the amount of dust and cobwebs hanging over you while you eat makes you wonder how they pass a health inspection. The wait was about 45 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food.

Google
If you're driving through or visiting Cincinnati, stop here. It's such a great iconic spot, a little different than it was back in the day, but just as delicious and our waitress was so friendly. Create the best burger, with topping options galore. Great french fries and a pretty good beer selection. I had the Fieri burger, but with goat cheese and duck fries. It was the same meal I had the first time I stopped at Terry's in 2013. 😋

Google
I came here on a really strong recommendation from one of my friends and was not disappointed. I did takeout and got just the normal burger and fries and you really can’t go wrong I was really pleasantly surprised by both the size and quality of the food and will definitely be bringing people back to get the in person experience!

Google
The Turf Club is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is fun and vibrant, with an eclectic collection of neon signs that adds a unique charm. The burger I had was one of the best I've ever tasted, packed with unique and interesting ingredients that made it truly delicious. The dips were a fantastic addition, enhancing the overall experience. On top of that, the staff were wonderful, making the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately it fell short of expectations. First off, our server had attitude and acted like she did not want to be there. Here, the servers also ask for each person's name so that they apparently know who to give each order to. We were the only party in there except for two people seated at the bar. There were only three of us. You can't remember who ordered what? They also serve their food on paper plates. I understand if it's a place offering affordable options they would do that. However, this is place is pretty overpriced. If I am spending over $20 on a burger, my food should not be on a flimsy paper plate that can barely hold my food with the grease soaking through. The biggest gripe I have is with the cook. The kitchen is open to the side, so customers can see them making your food. We could see the cook was making our food, but while he was cooking he would go off to the side to check his phone WITHOUT any gloves! That is extremely unsanitary and definitely a health code violation. This was not just a one time thing. It was constant. He would put ingredient on and then walk over and check his phone, then come back and touch the next item with it washing his hands or putting on gloves. Disgusting! When the food came out, it was underwhelming. The egg and chorizo sandwich was burnt and charred. It tasted like ash. The burger was overcooked and dry. The sauce tasted old and had no flavor. This place is overpriced for mediocre food with unsanitary conditions. The only reason I didn't give it one star is because the decor is decent. Other than that, the food and service are awful and unclean. Please beware of coming to this place!

Yelp
Today's lunch was provided by The Turf Club. One of the main reasons I like this spot is because it's old school. Let's get out the good Ol' order pad and actually take someone's order vs point and click on a device. The building itself hasn't changed, still small, neon signs still hanging and burgers still slinging off the grill. We ordered two burgers. I personally can only eat half because they are huge. Full of flavor, you can taste them and it's a perfect balance of beef to seasoning. I ordered mine medium well and it was cooked to perfection. The toppings were fresh and crunchy. For the second burger it was cooked well done. It too was cooked perfectly but the added bacon could have been a bit crispier. You could tell it was pre-cooked and refired....it just needed a few more minutes on the grill. Fries and onion rings are delicious and crispy. Prices were a little steep, the bill was almost $50 but, thanks to the Cincy Saver app, it knocked it down to under $20. Worth the stop for this Cincinnati Iconic restaurant.

Yelp
Haven't been to The Turf Club in very long. It exceeded expectations! Everything was great. Great service when we sat at the bar. I customized mine. The onion rings were amazing.

Yelp
Back for my usual fave!!! The Filet Mignon Burger, had a first timer with me & he enjoyed the same burger as well!! Why this place does not have a 5 star is beyond me!!! My guess is people DO NOT stick to the simplicity of the burger. If you try to add too much sh** to it your not going to like it !!! So I have some pointers: 1) Do NOT add sh** to it !! Leave burger the way it is! 2) Get your Burger Medium Rare 3) Get the Fries cheap a** they are worth it

Yelp
Small place near the downtown area and the Ohio River. Super friendly and helpful staff made the meal memorable as they chatted us up and offered suggestions for the menu and even where to park downtown by the Taft Theater. The room had many old beer signs from various periods that gave the place a cool Neon glow. The food is delicious comfort food but spun up with interesting combinations. I had the Mushroom Goat burger - a half pound burger with portobello mushrooms and goat cheese and red pepper sauce. The burger was huge and cooked perfectly to medium rare. The jalapeño cheese app was also great Good beer and wine list. Full bar. Definitely on my list of places to revisit when in Cincinnati.

Yelp
SO freaking good! My husband and I split a burger and the cod tacorita and both were completely delicious. I had two different martinis (dirty and pickle) and the bartender was on point because they were both amazing. Our boys split a burger and some sides- and they loved finding the "hidden mickeys" while we waited. The staff was so cute with them helping them find them all! We were visiting from out of town and would definitely come back next time we are in Cincy!

Yelp
Very interesting place that we found out about because of their festoon Diners, Drive in's and Dives. Glad we went to experience it. Unique atmosphere, really nice service and the food was interesting and delicious.

Yelp
This was my first time at The Turf Club after the change in ownership, and it lives up to the memory for the most part. The main change on this visit was no wait! Whereas I recall eating peanuts and waiting outside for quite a while years ago when this was Terry's. Inside, I think there may be one or two fewer tables because things seem a bit less crowded, but nothing to complain about. Food wise, I'm not sure anything has changed! The burger is as incredible as ever, and if you make your topping selections carefully, you'll have a great experience. My recommendation: Go easy on the sauces or get them on the side, and focus on a great topping+cheese combo.

Yelp
Overall, very great meal! If you are looking for a big, juicy burger, this is the spot hands down! We tried the Fieri burger, the one Guy Fieri ordered when he visited and it was excellent! The wine sauce was definitely the best part. We also got a standard cheeseburger with all the fixings and it was great! We realized sides were not included in the original price, so we did order a side of fries, mac and cheese, and corn on the cob. The sides were honestly nothing to die for, the mac and cheese came on a lettuce bowl which dripped water from the lettuce into the mac and cheese making it a bit unappealing. My only other complaint was the pretty long wait for our food. By the time our food came, everyone around has had eaten, paid and left. I think they may have only had one cook in the back. But the very yummy burgers made up for it:)

Yelp
Just not a fan of this place. It's not good food. It was fun with the neon signs and all but the outside signs are now gone, so just doesn't have the same appeal. I know the old ownership had issues, but not really impressed with the new ownership.

Yelp
My husband and I decided to go to The Turf Club for lunch since we hadn't been there for months. The service was amazing. The burgers were delicious and cooked perfectly. The only issue were the tempura onion rings. They tasted very good, but they were very oily. I had the 8.5 ounce burger with Swiss and the burgundy mushroom sauce. My husband had the 8.5 ounce burger with Swiss and all the veggies with a side of the FogHorn LegHorn sauce. If you love a divey restaurant with a casual vibe and neon galore, you'll enjoy The Turf Club. Guy Fieri did.
google avatar

Yelp
The food was not good at all for what ordered and paid for in quality. 1. The onion rings were probably the worst I have ever ate. The batter was nothing but grease and terrible flavored like grease never changed. The burgers were medium ordered and well that was hit or miss in how they were cooked. They were 1/2 cooked meatballs on a bun. The couple with us paid 28.95 for an overcooked meatball on a greasy bun and greasy onion rings. I will next eat at this restaurant again and I would never refer it to anyone . Besides all this the girl knocks a whole beer on my husband , his shorts are wet from the beer, manager never even came over to check on anything. They didn't even give him a free beer. It is not able the food quality it's for manager making money and shows know other cares about the service, food quality . Again the worst experience I have had at a hamburger restaurant. I would rather have ate at Wendy's burger place. Never returning .
google avatar

Lydia B.

Yelp
Make sure to keep your receipt as they overcharged my card by adding an additional $5 onto my tip. Luckily I noticed it and the manager claimed it was an accident but that would've been hard to mess up and I assume it was fraudulent. Food was decent but pricey.

Yelp
We went here to celebrate Father's Day. Wonderful service. Amazing burgers! Fun neon signs everywhere. I had a burger with provolone, fried egg, lettuce, mayo, avocado. Highly recommend!

Yelp
This was the worst place I've been to in my entire life. The service was awful. The people weren't friendly. I got barked at to tell the waitress everything I wanted on my burger (when the menu said it automatically comes with tomato, lettuce, mayo, etc. unless otherwise stated). It ended up being $100 for two 8oz burgers (one with fries, one with mac n cheese), kids chicken fingers (with fries), and kids mac n cheese. In what world is that even possible?! The burgers were thick, but they weren't cooked properly and were dry. The mac and cheese was the worst I've ever had. All mushy breading, a burned chunk of cheese (from being what looked like the last scoop in the pan), and two soggy noodles. (It was $5 for the side of mac, btw.) My daughter's chicken fingers had absolutely no flavor. None. I didn't know messing up chicken fingers was even possible! Everything was so bad and laughable, it wasn't even worth complaining about. We just cut our losses and left hungry. (So, I guess technically, we're out over $100 because the kids are currently having a second lunch.)

Yelp
I had a phenomenal first time visit to the Turf Club. Service was very quick and attentive. Burger was big and juicy, great blend of chuck n flavors. It was a great base before a night of partying with the boys.

Yelp
what i ordered: filet mignon burger, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, grilled onions, foghorn leghorn sauce 1. presentation 65 -overwhelingly tall, paper plates 2. smell 56 - not super strong, person next to me ordered asparagus and overpowered burger smell 3. thickness 48 - super thick and could barely fit in my mouth with all the toppings and bun 4. price 31 - way over priced for a burger and one side 5. flavor 64 - overall flavor was very tasty. the grilled onions were the saving grace 6. patty 20 - taste fine but was so overcooked just tasted like bad meatloaf. should've sent back 7. buns 75 - toasted and buttery flavor. very soft and good size. 8. toppings 78 - honestly the saving grace of the burger. so yummy and flavorful. 9. biteability 31 - so thick could not get a good full bite. 10. post nut feel 43 - on the fuller side but not stuffed. taste in my mouth isn't excellent TOTAL = 52

Yelp
Very casual, fun vibe...inside is full of neon signs everywhere. Pretty expensive for burgers, though. We had 3 beers and 3 burgers and it was $115. With that being said, we would probably go back.
google avatar

Eddie N.

Yelp
The Turf Club may have changed owners and the decor outside is different but I still stand by my earlier review. The new owner is always there and is a very nice guy. The staff is still top notch and if I lived in Cincinnati this would be the best burger in the world without question.
google avatar

Yelp
I've had it once since my dad is a DDD enthusiast and had to see what Guy Fieri was talking about, and it was interesting. This second time I went with my brother and I, and it was good! Juicy food with a unique atmosphere. Fun if you went with friends. Dining room is small and everything is throwaway-able (plates, silverware, napkins are plastic and cheap). I understand it keeps its ambiance of being old timey, but it makes me feel cheap. Overall, food was good, but I wish they would put up an outside tent so they can provide more tables for faster service. It was also expensive ($60 for two burgers!) to be eating on PLASTIC PLATES!

Charlie N.

Yelp
Big burger big time Services was the worst's Took 1-1/2; to get a burger I am sorry this happened We where there with empty stomach and my wife sat there drinking alcohol drinks I just had water She got a little tipsy. Which made it worse. I'm sure that this was an accident and doesn't happen all the time But they need to school help on not serving the public to much alcohol. It was the last drink that got her I was in the restroom when she ordered it. When I came out she had already drink it.

Yelp
This nostalgic restaurant is one of our favorite places to go. Tom has done a great job. Best burger in the city, bar none!

Yelp
Always a great place for a filet burger. It is a crazy place and service was awesome. Try the onion rings

Yelp
It's been a couple years since I've been here and I was pleasantly surprised with this place. In the past, it had been a bit hard to get into because of large crowds and the service was "just ok". On this visit, they had a decent amount of customers, but not overly crowded. As for the service, it was fantastic. The food.... absolutely amazing. The burgers are so well made and the toppings are incredible. Definitely one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. If you're never been here before, this place is a " MUST TRY". If you're like me and haven't been here in a while, I highly recommend giving them another try. You'll be happy you came back!
google avatar

Joshua J.

Yelp
The food was amazing out of the world, the service was great as well. However if you plan on swinging by the best time to go would have to be as soon as it's open because they will be most likely be packed. I do enjoy the ambiance, nice red light good conversation all around and it felt like a home away from home. It is very limited parking we parked on the street and lastly it was packed when we went but we're able to sit at the bar but the bartender was actually the new owner!!! Which was amazing if I say. All in all, an amazing place to eat, a phenomenal service/atmosphere and an out of this world food that I would come back again and again and again

Yelp
On my trip to Cincinnati, The Turf Club was the first food stop. My buddy and I knew exactly what we wanted. Natasha was our server and she was attentive and had our orders in promptly. The chorizo avocado appetizer is something you wouldn't think goes together, but it does so well!! The spice from the chorizo is calmed and cooled with the avocado. As some say, opposites attract? I recommend this to everyone! The burgers are cooked Medium. The juice really drips after each bite. Plenty of good burger spots in Cincinnati, this is my favorite. Such a fun little spot. The neon lights all around. The Cincinnati decor. The local beers all around. Everyone is having themselves a great time. A fun energy radiates from TTC. A one hundred percent enjoyment. I will be back!!
google avatar

Mindy H.

Yelp
Quite an experience in the neon glow. Waitress coined it well: Weird place in a weird spot, but our food is good and our people are friendly. You can build your own burger or go with selection recommendations. Large serving sizes!

Matt B.

Yelp
Still brings outstanding and creative burger or sandwich options. Good local beers on tap. Great space, wonderful staff.
google avatar

Yelp
The burger was wonderful. It had a hard crust but was pink inside. The best pickle martini I have ever had. The place is small so go during the off time.
google avatar

Tammi W.

Yelp
Stopped here as it is a DDD spot. It is one of the best burgers I've ever had. They also participate in Burger Week which is packed and always amazing!!

Nicole S.

Yelp
The turf club is such a fun place to go for a casual burger! The restaurant has an awesome ambiance with new and vintage neon signs as well as local art. The staff was very friendly and recommended menu items of us to try. Will be going back soon to try another burger combo!

Yelp
This restaurant has been on my wish list for years (you can check). My husband and I met up with some friends who live nearby and finally got to give it a shot! Be warned there is almost always a wait since it's a very small location but you can order from the bar and enjoy your drinks outside while you wait. The interior is so fun-Lots of neon and old school diner vibes. We don't eat beef and pork and still found a lot of options on this menu. My husband ordered the salmon burger with a side of onion rings and mac and cheese. I opted for the fried halloumi cheese and the crab and langosteen cake. Everything we had was great, but the onion rings were my favorite and the halloumi cheese a close second. Our servers were friendly, our drinks were good, and a great time was had by all.

Yelp
I would like to update my review. The last time I dined was when it was under the name Terry's Turf Club. Now that we live in the area, thought we check out under new management. Everything the same except less decor outdoors. But the menu is much better! Mass Specialty burger selections, more cheeses and specialty sauces to choose from, appetizers, salads, not feeling a burger, they have seafood (ahi tuna, salmon, cod) pork, chicken and vegetarian (portobello mushroom). Their meals comes with chips, however they serve a la carte sides. Their drink menu has a lot to choose from! Cocktails, beer on tap/cans, and wine. Tiny joint but has so much to offer. They get super busy so there maybe a wait but not too long. We only had to wait less than 10 minutes. Dined in on a Friday night. Love the nostalgic feel! So much neon lighting and a laid back vibe. Our server Janice (sorry if I misspelled your name) was so attentive and down to earth. She took the time to go over the whole menu. I started off with a Cabernet Sauvignon wine and my Mr. a Hudy Delight. For dinner I got an Angus burger (8 oz cooked medium well) chose specialty cheese-manchego, with lettuce, tomatoe, red onions, mayo and pickles. With my burger I wanted to add fries with a side of their homemade bacon ranch. My Mr ordered an Angus Burger with Swiss/American cheese (cooked medium), lettuce, tomatoes, sautéed onions, pickles and mayo. He wanted a side of their Mac and cheese. We got our meals in 15 minutes. Oh wow! The burger was packed with flavor and super juicy! The buns I believe is from Sixteen Bricks. Very fresh! The fries was hot/not greasy. I'm glad I got the bacon ranch dressing. Because it paired well with the fries! My Mr let me try the Mac and cheese! It melted in my mouth! So good! Me and my Mr. tore up the burger. Nothing was left on our plate. Overall, an awesome experience. I was stuffed, but in a good way! Definitely can see us as regulars here!

Yelp
We are rarely impressed anymore. That doesn't mean the food is bad. Just not wow worthy. We can typically forget what we ordered. Our meal here was worth every penny, and we moaned with the majority of our bites. It was that awesome. My husband wanted a burger, a good burger. I've always heard about the Turf club. I read a couple of reviews and headed that way. We live about 40 minutes out. I've been hunting for a good macaroni and cheese. I've tried lots that claim fame. Wow, this was perfect and exactly what I'd been craving. That tomato soup, really one of the best I've had. We recently had the Thurman in Columbus. It's a favorite when we visit. The Turf Club rivals it, with ease. My husband believes it supercedes the Thurman, and his loyalties lie more towards C-Bus whereas I love Cincinnati! We chatted with the owner, who was as laid back and cool as can be. He wanted to continue to make sure this great spot didn't stop, so he purchased! Amazing atmosphere, friendly, fast service. I also ran into a lifetime friend. This only topped off the great night!

Brook W.

Yelp
Has completely gone downhill.Terrible service. Sat us at a common table with others when there was PLENTY of booths/tables available. The reason was that "they are going to get busy and could not sit us there". We were a party of 4. Really apparent that most just don't care.

Joe S.

Yelp
I used to love this place back in the day but it has gone way downhill. The burgers are decent but the buns they use are terrible. The buns are mealy and do not hold up with the burger. A burger need a good quality bun! The burgers are round and fat, good quality meat but you'll get way more bun than burger. The prices are very expensive for what you get as well. We paid $85 for three burgers with potato chips and an appetizer, no drinks. We left feeling like this place is no longer on our return list. The service was good but the price/quality needs a lot of improvement. I'm sad to post this review because this place used to be great.

Yelp
Unique and quirky - The Turf Club was featured in Triple D (Guy is right up there with my other heros - Julia, Martha, Anthony and Andrew) and how could you not stop by when in Cincy?? The neighborhood was somewhat industrial and you can find parking right in front of the restaurant. You'll see BMWs and Tesla's out front along with interesting decorations outside. Inside - you'll find a great assortment of neon lights and artifacts from yesteryear. Note: you may want to stop at the American Sign Museum and the Mushroom House, if you like this type of decor, uniqueness and nostalgia. The paradox's don't stop there - you can get a burger and chili here, But - you can also get sautéed scallops and Foie Gras!! What?? Is this a burger joint or what?? We got the chili with filet mignon (upscale chili folks) and a burger with Shiitake mushrooms. They also had a fine lineup of cheese, sauces (truffle oil for example) and toppings. I love the contrast - I'm a hamburger and hotdog guy when you boil it all down but - I also enjoy diversity in my food options so I would have to say that I'll be back here when I get back to Cincinnati.

Mark N.

Yelp
whenever I travel I look for the best burgers around, and this place makes the best burgers I've ever had. Either mushroom burgandy sauce and Brie cheese, or mango curry sauce with goat cheese and banana peppers are my well researched combos
google avatar

Ria L.

Yelp
My husband's order: $24 for a burger with only a few ingredients , stale bread and potato chips. My order: $19.40 for small burger with salty burgundy wine mushroom sauce, small sliced canned pineapple and salty bacon on a strip lettuce without buns, and 5 small onion rings. Served on a paper plates. Our experience was a complete disappointment and we're not going back.

Yelp
This place has character and charm. The food is good. The burger toppers are plentiful. And we recently discovered their absolutely delicious and reasonably priced martinis! All around great spot.

Yelp
The food was amazing , it was $56 dollars for 2 meals and a couple of drinks . Imo go to McDonald's and order 2 meals your gonna spend 25 dollars . I will spend the extra few bucks for a great burger some fries and a couple drinks . For the extra few dollars I also got to sit with Tom the owner who was really a great guy , likes to talk about life and food . Then we had Bobbie joe and Ron , I'd love to hang out and do local food places with the 2 of them . Tom your staff was great , chatting about cruises and local eateries is what we love to do . The vintage look of the place draws me to think about all of the stories you all have told in the short time that you took the place over . If the food was just mediocre I would still come back for just the friendly service. However the food made our day that much better . Heather and I will be back soon . We loved you guys

Yelp
A lot of fun. I've been coming here for 10 years. They had bougie hamburgers before everyone else did. They haven't changed much over the years. I will always love the burgundy/mushroom/truffle sauce and grilled onions/peppers options. Some great martinis, although the raspberry one has changed a little. We recently came for the first time post-Terry. Everything seems to be the same, which is generally good, but this also includes the fact they still OVERCOOK the burgers EVERY TIME no matter what temperature you order. This is beyond frustrating. And honestly with all of the burger places available in town now, no amount of gourmet toppings in the world will overcome overcooked, dry meat. Please fix this, please! We want to keep coming back.

Yelp
I was fully expecting to have to wait a while but they were so quick and kind while we waited! They have added an outside covered area with a heater going for the cold days if you have to wait. The service was great. Our waitress was so helpful in giving us suggestions and explaining anything to us. She got our food out so fast too! We started with the hallumini cheese. It was GREAT. Think of it like a grilled cheese bruschetta. It was perfect with the tomato and balsamic. I ordered the burger with cheddar cheese and the chorizo bruschetta Parmesan sauce. It was cooked to perfection and so delicious. Chorizo gave it a little kick that went so well with the melted cheddar. I wasn't hungry until I came in and ate all of the food. I couldn't even take a picture before taking a bite. The onion rings were GREAT! They were perfectly crisp and not too much batter. Light and crispy and perfect.

Yelp
Turf Club. Quirky diner with a great menu Location: 4618 Eastern Ave, Cincinnati OH Website: http://secureservercdn.net/198.71.233.138/yzt.d58.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/The-Turf-Club-Menu.pdf Parking: Street parking Price: moderate to expensive, depending on your selected courses. Impeccable beer selection and intriguing menu. Whatever you do - find an excuse to have the onion rings. Tempura battered slices of red onion, fried to a dark mahogany brown and absolutely delicious. Our table of four lucked out and were seated immediately. Three burgers (two were the filet mignon burger - highly recommend those) and one fish tacorito. I'm glad I went my own way with the fish sandwich, which was expertly fried, tempura battered cod with pineapple, kiwi, relish, nuts, and avocado wrapped in a flour tortilla and grilled. Absolutely delicious. The service is excellent and all of the food is quite good. One regret is not ordering onion rings with my dinner but two of us ordered the fries with duck fat, other two of us ordered the onion rings and luckily shared. I'd skip the fries. The only other regret is not wanting chili on a 90 degree day.... the filet mignon chili looks amazing.

Yelp
The prices have always been a little high for a Burger joint, but last night our bill came and the burgers were each $27. Both were ordered medium well and both came out rare/medium rare. For $27 they should have been at least cooked properly. Nice wait staff, but at those prices we won't be back

Yelp
Visited at 2pm on a Sunday and the waitress took our order right away. We waited for an hour and 10 minutes to get our food. unfortunately we had to ask for boxes as it was coming out because we did not realize this place took so long. Of the three burgers we ordered one was okay and two were over sauced and the meat was overcooked. I can't say I will ever go back to this place after having to wait so long and pay for overpriced food. It really was not worth it. the only reason I am not giving it 1 star is that a waitress who didnt take our order was kind enough to give us water while we waited..

Yelp
The Turf Club under new ownership since January 2019 you will find the amazing and very filling burgers where you need a knife to cut your burger. I love the burgundy wine mushroom sauce delicious and you won't find another burger like it in Cincinnati. Enjoyed a local craft beer on draft for $4.50, they have added more draft taps while still having a variety of beers from around the world. Friendly service, they still have peanuts in the shell and all of the neon on the inside of the restaurant, still worth a visit in Cincinnati
