"Located in Union Square, New York, in a historic landmark building with interiors by Child Studio, featuring a private club and a restaurant." - Elise Taylor
My stay at The TwentyTwo NYC hotel was for business, which made it short but the attentiveness of the staff from the moment that I stepped out of my uber and being greeted by Justin with a smile, while offering to take my bags + confirming my name and immediately guiding me to the front desk for checkin was incredible.
At this time it was after midnight and I proceeded to get checked in with Dante, another seamless transaction, I spent no longer than 10 minutes at the counter (they were prepared for my arrival + very mindful about my time) where I met another pleasant staff member, Jermaine who I would later find out would be taking over the front desk for Dante and Justin as it was the end of their shift.
Sleep is important to me, especially since the day before I broke my foot so I was in a lot of pain, and that room and bed transported me out of any negative feeling I could have had. Once I got up to my Superior Suite, which was absolutely STUNNING, QUIET, and LUXURIOUS. Justin was extremely helpful with answering questions over the phone - at no point did he sound distracted or uninterested in my requests.
I have to admit I wasn’t sure with these particular staff members being so youthful, if the customer service and consistency would translate throughout our interactions. My uncertainty was immediately removed with each encounter being better than the last. Justin, Danté, & Jermaine knocked it out of the park!
What a great team.
Thank you all TwentyTwo Hotel ✌🏾

Beautiful interiors, delicious food at Cafe Zaffri’s, and a bed that felt like sleeping in a cloud. The staff were all genuinely helpful and kind as well — especially the bellmen and front desk.
