The Twist is an art museum located in Jevnaker, Norway. Completed in 2019, it is part of the Kistefos Museum and Sculpture Park. The museum's design is distinctive for its twisted, angular form, which gives it the appearance of a sculptural bridge. It spans the Randselva River and connects the two riverbanks.
Designed by the architecture firm Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), The Twist serves as both an exhibition space and a bridge, blending art, architecture, and nature. The museum hosts contemporary art exhibitions and has quickly become a notable cultural attraction, celebrated for its innovative design and scenic setting within the sculpture park.
