It was more than what we expected. Great to go on a day with good weather. Bring a change of clothes for kids who may go in for water-play on a hot day. There's a lovely park inside for picnic. Seems like there are more things coming soon so we might visit again when that is done.

This architecture and gallery is worth while the 1 hour trip from Oslo despite there is much more to see in terms of outdoor sculptures at Kistefos Museum. The Twist is an amazing piece of architecture that looks like a simple twisted walking tunnel over the water, but coming inside it is surprisingly voluminous and beautiful. All white with twisted panels that enhances the art and their colours. Dont forget to visit the toilets with the sculpture of a man peeking in from outside and the toilet lockers with exciting live art on the walls, all different in each locker so you have to visit the all of them. Enjoy 😊
