Attended a 2000's Limewire party and was impressed by how spacious the place was inside. Arrived around 9:30pm & there was no line at all. Walked right on in, went through security, got checked in and the vibes were on. There is a bar to the right of venue. The dance floor is right in the middle of the space with what looked like VIP seating on the sides. Bathrooms are all the way in the back though so you do have to maneuver your way through the crowd in order to get to them. They have an outside patio with tables in case you need to smoke or just get out of the craziness. Overall pretty impressed with the efficiency of all the workers and the place was very clean. No food sold here only drinks. This is located right beside the Fillmore in NC Music Favtory. They have street parking and a parking garage as well. Great experience and wouldn't mind coming back for another event here.

Google
Smaller venue with up close and personal for events. Enjoyed seeing 10 years, Atlantis Way & Citizen Soldier. Highly recommend for concerts! The staff was exceptional... Jay and others are awesome!!

Google
I loved the venue it was nice and cool the staff was cool especially the mowhawk guy, cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen at a music venue

Google
Incredibly cheap concert with good production. Drinks and food weren't to pricey - normal for a concert. Standing room was great and could see stage perfect from multiple areas

Gerry-Ann B.

Google
The venue is a nice size, it’s not a massive venue or a tiny room; it’s the perfect size in my opinion. I’m not a huge concert fan and this was my first metal show. I felt like it was very open and I’m was shocked to see how clean the bathrooms are! The bathroom attendants do an amazing job!!! There are a few places to sit towards the back. After standing for half the show we moved to the handicap seating (I have a fainting disorder and sanding so long is a no go) it had a ramp for wheel chairs etc. I was happy to see how handicap assessable it was for more mobile-limited people.

Google
Great small cap venue with killer sound, good views, easy access. If you're short, get there early or buy an upgraded seat around the perimeter. VIP section has great view but seating is in the back so it doesn't feel as close or intimate.

Ryan T.

Google
Great venue for live music. Bar isnt ridiculously expensive, the option for food being present is a nice touch. Very intimate venue for smaller bands/concerts. One star off for extremely unclear information regarding where you can stand, people flashing lights in your face to get you to move without saying anything.

Google
Decent venue, but the "accessible" area was the un-funniest joke I've ever heard. A tiny platform with eight hard chairs, with zero leg room between them. Luckily, there was (barely) space on the platform for my wheelchair, but my partner had to stand. I also couldn't go up to the Blind Guardian merch table due to the lack of a ramp. There was a ramp up to the VIP bar area next to that space, but there was a cordon blocking the way, so I would have had to hunt down someone to ask them to lift it. Would have been a much cooler place if it was more ADA-friendly.

Yelp
Although the venue looks small, it really isn't. I came with my sister to a 2000's themed Lime Wire event and it was amazing. When I first walked in the place, it was still lit up, the a.c. was blasting so the place felt cold, and it looked pretty much empty. However, the lights were dimmed after about 15 minutes and once the event started, I never once felt cold. Since our party arrived around 10 30ish to the venue, we were able to a space get front row center from the stage. By around 11 30 the venue was packed but I still had enough space to dance to the tunes. The bar area is pretty big with plenty of chairs. The bathroom is big with lots of available stalls and it was really clean. I would definitely come back to events held at this venue.

Yelp
As far as the sound here goes, it's great! Bathrooms are in the way back and they do have three bars. However, there's very few seats and they were reserved for vip only. I didn't even see a handicapped seating area. Lighting is decent and one major positive was they had the a.c. cranked up high on the July evening we were there, when it was like 95 degrees outside. 2 major drawbacks...1. There's literally NOWHERE to park in the area for free. Th cheapest lot we found was around the corner and at the end of the street in a gravel lot and it was 12 bucks. Parking right at the venue is 40 bucks. 2. Drink and beer prices inside are way high. A shaker cup cocktail is 20 bucks and it's ALL ice. Refills are 17 bucks!!!! Another thjng I didn't like is that the box office is not attached to the venue and is up the street and they didn't take cash for tickets there. They also don't give you a paper ticket...they digitally text you a receipt and your tix too. Security has a walk through metal detector and they wand folks as well.

Yelp
Attended a live podcast at this location. The check-in process was simple and straightforward. Upon entering, the space was filled with lines of chairs for the guests to sit. The seating was a bit tight for this event. The chairs were Shoulder to shoulder. They served food, libations and other items. I noticed two counters on opposite sides of the seating, and each counter served different items, as one side only served food items. The space felt a bit small due to seating for this particular event. I'd be interested to see the setup for another event. Even with the staff being super busy, they still gave pleasant energy and service!

Yelp
This is by far one of my favorite small venues to see an artist in! I was delighted and overjoyed by what was offered to me with the VIP Pass I purchased for the Anees tour. My friend and I were able to sit and relax during the entire show. Especially helpful during the in between times. Everything was pretty much on a timely schedule though. And I was able to walk right in and out at the beginning and end. Everything was incredibly easy and wonderful. The drinks were delicious too! Pricey, but that's to be expected. I look forward to visiting again!

Yelp
Great venue. Friendly staff. Parking was easy. Generous pours on the drinks. Recommend for a night out.

Yelp
I got to experience The Underground for the Leon Thomas MUTT tour. The staff, security, food and drinks were amazing. But really want to point out the staff and how attentive they were and how friendly they were. It was a cold night and they were efficient in getting everyone in safely and were knowledgeable when providing menu recommendations and setting expectations. The venue does provide a more intimate setting. There is more standing room than seating. So be aware of that when you book gen admission vs. any premium or VIP package that may be offered by the artist/venue.

Yelp
The underground you say? It's way more of a pleasant experience than the actual underground! The food is great, it's pretty loud, and the people are nice (usually).
google avatar

Anita W.

Yelp
No food was available at the venue Service of security was quick and simple. Have pockets emptied and tickets ready before entering for a breeze check in. Quick service at the bar was pleasant as well. Pretty large venue for a "small venue." Had a great time seeing the artist we was there for. Sound through out the place was great! Bathrooms were clean and multiple stalls were provided

Yelp
The easiest way to make me happy... "wanna go to a concert?" my sister friend and I saw Blxst in concert at The Underground at nc Fillmorenc. We sung, we danced and truly enjoyed the vibes. Just like that viral video going around says... "we had a time last night!!" I don't have a lot of footage but that just means I was being present in the moment.

Yelp
The Underground is a nice venue for intimate events. I had the pleasure of seeing one of my favorite artists live. Pro: It's general admission, standing room only (you can make your way up to the stage fairly easily) Con: it's general admission, standing room only (you have to stand in the same spot to keep your space) WEAR COMFORTABLE S

Yelp
The Underground was the venue to our concert on Saturday, April 29th. We really enjoyed ourselves, the only complaint we have is - we understand security has a job to do but felt they could have been just a little friendlier. The bartending staff on the right side of the venue especially the lady was AMAZING AND she could mix a YUMMY Vodka Pink Lemonade. The venue was mid-size but loved the decor and lighting. I hope to return to Charlotte one day!!

Yelp
What YOU NEED TO KNOW Before you get ROBBED by this Venue I couldn't find any of this information online, or on the reviews, so I'm going to let you guys know what I found out(too late) and got robbed blind by this venue. The VIP ACCESS AREA IS NOT WORTH IT! I labeled the pictures. You stand way in the BACK. It's the furthest vantage point from the stage. If you want to sit in those barstools near the railing, it's $70 extra. Other that, you have to stand near the ramp OR behind the people with the $70 barstool seats. They offered to upgrade me to the $70 barstool seats, BUT THEN THERE IS ANOTHER UPGRADE, for $100 table seats to the left side of the venue, with a much higher vantage point. And a much better view from the side. ANOTHER CATCH! You can't buy a SINGLE table seat, YOU HAVE TO buy TWO seats, so $200. Luckily I found another single-concert goer, so we went in together and purchased a table together. That's still $100 per seat, so I paid $100 and he paid $100. The drink prices and food prices are OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH! I have attached a picture of that as well. Plus, the service at the "special tables," not so special. It was super inconvenient that the server didn't show up to take any trash away, or ask for any refills. The dude sharing the table with me had to leave the concert to go to get a refill on his drink at the bar because the waitress never showed back up. Then she-MAGICALLY decides to show up during the artists' encore, and tries to settle the tab. I'm not a person to walk away and not pay for my meal, but I know a lot of people aren't like that. I would have closed out my tab after the encore song was over. Ruined the last song for me completely. I would have settled my tab earlier if she would have SHOWED BACK UP DURING THE HALFWAY POINT OF THE CONCERT. She also didn't offer a receipt, so now I'm fearful of getting scammed. This venue will rip you off BLINDLY. Neither me, nor the man I shared a table with knew about the $100 seats beforehand, or about the $70 barstools in front of our standing area in front of the VIP ACCESS AREA. I hope the artist is getting some of the profits for all these schemes this venue charges for. Instead of pocketing the money just for themselves. The only benefit to the VIP ACCESS, was the "fast lane," just buy the "fast lane pass." And get there early to get an awesome spot to stand. It's what I should have done to begin with. But now I know and I wanted others to know too.

Yelp
I had emailed the venue telling them my issues with standing and tried to see if I could get some sort of seat because of it...when they FINALLY emailed me back..it was the day of the show and I was already on the road..I didnt get the email til I got home...gee thanks for responding in time...a-holes..so I have problems standing for long periods of time...on the website to upgrade to the VIP it says sold out..so naturally I was very worried about having the stand for 3 hours which I can not do...so I bought a cane with a seat just in case...the entry person grabbed my cane and took it from me saying that seats are not allowed in the venue...I was hoping to get it back after the show (which I finally did thank goodness)....so I go to the VIP section thinking its all sold out..yet I was the first one there..I was shocked...the price of a seat? $85..for a SEAT..talk about ripping people off ..and the seats are right next to the next one...meaning you dont have ANY room to move or stretch...so $85 to rub elbows with your neighbor..I dont want to be that close to my neighbor...the seats are a JOKE...I get a water..the water comes to me in a large paper cup...no ice..semi cool water..$10...I ask for a straw..the place is a straw free venue...are you serious?...so I have to go to the bathroom...getting out of the seats is a nightmare in itself and then there is a velvet rope behind you...its hard for me to walk and there wasnt enough room for me to walk down the velvet rope line..so I had to walk over it....it is hard for me to lift my leg and I almost fall every time I did it...no one helped or did or said anything..so whatever FU...I went to the bathroom and the bathroom was CLOSED..yes CLOSED..how the hell can you run a venue with the bathroom closed?..I asked if I could go outside to whizz?..no reentry...so I had to hold it for the rest of the show..I asked someone else that worked there if there was another bathroom since that one was closed...nope..only one...seriously?...one bathroom for 750+ people?..you have got to be kidding me..thank goodness I didnt have to go #2 otherwise I would have soiled myself at my $85 dollar seat...needless to say the place is a pile of dung and the people owning it and running it are complete idiotic morons...stay away from this place otherwise it will suck you into its black hole of hell.

Yelp
The venue itself isn't too bad. It's pretty spacious, but the stage is kinda low. If you're deep in the crowd, not 6 foot+, and not completely in the front you're going to have some problems seeing whoever is on the stage. Luckily if I couldn't see them they'd just run back into my view so it wasn't completely terrible. Everything they were selling was overpriced though at the bar.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a cool joint. Not as large as I thought it would be, standing room was plentiful for this show. Security was cool, just doing their job. I didn't want to buy alcohol so I didn't get a wristband. That being said, I was a mid 40's guy with a big black X on each hand which I found amusing. With bars on each side of the venue, those that want drinks don't have to walk from one side to the other. VIP tables are available but to be honest, I'd have been irritated if I'd gotten one. They are high top tables set off to the side with railing around them. Bathrooms are great. Some other places need to take some notes. Sound was pretty good. We were close to the stage and it was still decent. Pretty bassy but that's on the sound crew. After the show it cleared out quick. I think if it was a packed house it would clear out quickly as well. I'd come here again if needed. I liked this place.

Yelp
I visited "The Underground" for a concert. What a cool spot! Everything around it also seems neat. Parking was easy to find and the lines were well-controlled. The venue was spacious enough for a sold-out show. It was the perfect size for an indie band. There's also enough space for everyone to see the show without feeling uncomfortable. The room was also easy to navigate with some open walkways to the restroom. I look forward to seeing a show here again in the near future.
google avatar

Aimee N.

Yelp
I attended a concert here lastnight. Staff were not the most friendly and the place feels like a giant fire hazard. I only saw one entrance and just felt alittle off. The bathrooms are way up front behind the stage. If you are on VIP (which is also a rip off) you have about a 10 minute hike trying to get through all the people. VIP is all the way in the back and it's really the worst place to see. But, it's the only place with seating. Limited seating at that. There is an outside patio for smoking and a few different bars. I was not impressed with this place at all.

Yelp
Had a great time at the Dogstar show Monday night. Venue was sold out, but still had room to move. Clean restrooms, and friendly security. Staff outside were helpful and informative. Although I have to travel approximately 4 hours to here, I would attend a show here again for sure.
google avatar

Jon L.

Yelp
I had an opportunity to join my Son as his guest for a benefit performance here. He opened for Deadman's Banjo and had a one hour set to open the show. The acoustics were good for a room this size and there are good site lines from all sides of the stage. My first time in this space and I was quite impressed with the overall facility. It's an open floor plan with easy access to a long and well stocked bar. The restrooms are behind the stage and close to rear exit doors. I especially like the free and abundant parking at multiple surface lots and a large multi-level deck.
google avatar

Samantha T.

Yelp
Let me say first, that the venue itself and the staff involved were wonderful. However, I purchased 2 VIP tickets to last night's wizardfest and can barely put into words how disappointed I am. We spent $150 on tickets that were supposed to entitle us to priority entry (didn't happen) and a swag bag (actual garbage and t-shirts in children's sizes). The bars ran out of ingredients for the themed cocktails within the first hour, so I ended up paying $16 for a weak jack and Pepsi. I'm leaving this review here to encourage The Underground to drop this touring company called "The Trep Agency" for its shady and questionable business practices and misrepresentation of events. The reputation of your venue is drastically tarnished simply by working with this company.
google avatar

Sammi W.

Yelp
first time at the underground but second concert in charlotte! definitely will get the vip pass or fast pass next time since the line started forming at 3pm for the 8pm concert. it was a very nice intimate concert venue & had room for a merch booth too! there was an incident during the concert but staff were at the site & reacted so quickly! really enjoyed my time here & will definitely be back & prepared!

Fernando P.

Yelp
Standing room only is kind of hard to see over the crowd. Good sound system. Being a live nation venue the beer is way overpriced
google avatar

Michelle M.

Yelp
I really like this venue better than the other music factory offerings. The size is ideal and every area has a good view. Great sound, nice workers that complete security quickly and thoroughly to feel secure about the building. There was burger and hot dogs available if you get hungry but I'm sure the pizza and bar food offered across the way are better options. The drink offerings were the only issue, $6 PBR $7 Miller Lite and $8 craft cans is just not cool. I would have purchased a couple rounds of drinks had they been reasonable.
google avatar

Taryn R.

Yelp
Great new spot from your friends at the Fillmore! Slightly more intimate and, well, underground than the Fillmore... I'm excited to see this venue bringing smaller, more local acts to Charlotte. We saw Kaleo in September and were impressed with sound quality, crowd size (it didn't feel over crowded despite being a sold out show) and the Elevate Lounge area. Looking forward to many more shows at the Underground! Thanks for filling a void in the Charlotte music scene!

Yelp
This venue hall is able to host almost anything. I've been here for a couple of events... from the H.E.R. concert to most recently an Afropop party. The one thing that I appreciate most of all... their AIR CONDITIONING! (Lol) I know it sounds crazy...but the quality of sound that radiates the walls of this place is inevitably going to make to you dance... with dancing comes elevated body temperatures (splash some liquid courage from one of their two bars)... and like a superhero with a blue cape, comes The Underground's A/C. I commend them because I've visited many intimate concerts and I think that's one thing that gets overlooked. Ok, enough about the air conditioning.. The events are typically standing space only and their wooden floors may not be kind to all calves and heels, so keep that in mind. The restrooms are always clean, the bar tenders are kind and quick with drink orders. Not to mention, the security team (while I'm not sure if they're hired by the venue or the event itself) are assertive, yet friendly. Usually, if I see an event is being held here...I know I'm bound for a good time.
google avatar

Yelp
Cool standing room only venue that gets a lot of alternative acts. The acoustics are ok, but could use a little help on feedback. Great place to catch a casual show.

Yelp
Went to shrek rave here and had a blast. The dance floor is good sized and there is a cute outdoor patio.

Yelp
My daughter purchased meet and greet tickets to the Delta Rae concert last. We arrived early and waited in the cold for about 45 minutes. We were checked in by staff. We were told our purses would be fine. When it was time to go in a different person would not let us in with our purses. And fish offered no options We don't have a car or anywhere to put our belongings. So I have to Uber back to my hotel to take our stuff. Meanwhile missing the meet and greet. For a small venue I would have thought they would be more accommodating. They had a bag check and our purses were small, just barely too big. On the website it also stated there would be a coat check. There was not any last night. I traveled from Virginia and paid a lot of money to come to this concert. Your venue upset me and my daughter. I would not recommend this location and I will never come back.
google avatar

Virginia S.

Yelp
I have mixed feelings about this venue but I feel that it is a staple venue for Charlotte. On one hand I love that is smaller and intimate. I like the dual bar set up on both sides. A big plus that they set up free water for people to enjoy during the show. However, the ceilings are too low and the stage is too small and low... it's quite hard to see anything happening! Sound quality is normally really good but I would prefer several other venues over the Underground for the ability to really see the production input (lights and visuals) and the artist!
google avatar

Jonathan B.

Yelp
Great small venue hall. Went here for an event that spanned across here and the Fillmore next door - not a concert. However I can see this place serving very well for a more intimate musical performance or as a casual dance hall with a jazz band. (Makes me feel like I should be looking something like that up actually.) The event was Queen City Brew Fest. There were at least 15 vendors with tables set up in here. The space was used well and never felt cramped. Of course the brewers were pouring from their own kegs so the bars weren't open. However there are two huge bars, one on each side of the venue so you should never have to struggle much to find a drink if you're here for a show. Only downside would be parking I guess, but at least it's free.
google avatar

Mario M.

Yelp
My son and I had the pleasure of taking in a show at the underground. This year's Grungefest was a great time. Entry was hassle free, the sound in the place was great for me. Bathroom was in good shape. Didn't get to see what prices at the bar were, but all in all, we had a really good time. Can't wait to come back for another show

Yelp
Kudos to The FIllmore group for investing in a small music venue! With so many local venues being bought out, shutting down, etc. it's nice to still have a place for locals and up-and-comers to play their hearts out! Ever since the switch from the country saloon format this group hasn't missed a beat. I'm not a fan of the poor acoustics of this building, but besides that it's a good place for a concert. Average beverage prices like most big concert venues. They do a great job with security as well as keeping the restrooms clean and in good repair. NOTE: There have been young children allowed at most concerts I've been to. That's odd.

Sara M.

Yelp
Staff is pretty unkind not letting people leave the venue to go to their vehicles if something important is needed. They are very rude. I left my lights on in my car and I didn't want my battery to die so I went to go turn them off so I could go home after the show. They haggled with me on not letting me come back in. After paying $70 to see one of my favorite bands YOU BETTER LET ME BACK IN THE BUILDING! Very rude and strict for no reason

Yelp
Cool place, when a cover plays at Fillmore they let you in free here at underground. Johny cash cover here...zeppelin at the filmore

Yelp
We came here to see a Lane 8 show and I fell in love with this venue. Even though we stood toward the back, we had no issue seeing the stage. There were some cool lights set up for the show and Lane 8 had asked that everyone keep their cell phones away and live in the moment which made it into a memorable show. There was a fully staffed bar on either side and while the drink prices were typical concert venue highway robbery the double jack and coke I ordered (it was on special) was possibly the strongest drink I have gotten at a commercial venue. As far as concert venues go I loved the intimate atmosphere and I will definitely go back!
google avatar

Melanie E.

Yelp
I love this venue. Slightly more basic and more intimate than the Fillmore. Great security with bag checks and wands. 2 bars and if you set up your tab at one bar you can go to the other bar to order if you want, they'll just check to see if you're already in the system. They have a smoking patio so you can go out and come back into the show with no hassle. I saw LP & K.Flay there and the sound was excellent no matter where you were standing. I'll definitely go back again.

Yelp
At the Motley Crue cover band concert. They were supposed to give tickets to Small Bar per usual. So I reserved my tickets on meet up. They never delivered any tickets. I get here, asked for a draft beer, was told they don't have any beers on draft, at which point the female bar tender with a lot of tattoos just walked away. Rude. Awful experience.

Zabrina L.

Yelp
The venue is nice and far cleaner than I expected for a place in the "underground". I've been to nice bars where the bathrooms were filthy but these bathrooms were in great condition and very clean! The security guards were great too and funny. He kept using his light to show where we should not stand. The floors of this place was nice and clean as well. I'd expect sticky floors but man...it's unbelievable for a concert venue. This place also have food areas for the bands to place their merchandise. Overall, I would definitely come back here for a band I want to see!
google avatar

Curt P.

Yelp
We went to see the REO Speedwagon/ survivor cover band last night. The venue is pretty cool, and this might have just been the band we saw, but the volume of the music was RIDICULOUSLY LOUD. Unenjoyably loud. I have seen a few other shows there, and it is always too loud in there, but this was at another level of obnoxious. I am 36 years old, and a musician that plays what is probably known as the loudest instrument....so i do not have sensative ears by any means. What is most disappointing is we left the show over at the filmore for this (no re-entey). I don't think ill ever be back here. Stay away if you value your hearing.

Elena E.

Yelp
Tonight I went to see a band I love and i was so excited. At the show a man groped me twice. i screamed and cried and reported it. they said all they could do was ask me to point him out. i have a description and they did nothing. They didn't want me to leave in fear of posting a bad review. well here it is. I was sexually assaulted and no one did anything.

Yelp
I came here for a show, The place is good size for an intimate show. They gave me a hard time for my license being expired last week and gave me some shameful X's on my hands, but that was completely my fault. When you walk in and All of the walls inside had art of music icons of all genres which looked really great. They have a long fully stocked bar and They have a raised VIP section which would be an awesome ticket choice because the reason why they are losing a star is because no matter where you stood unless you were about 4 people away from the stage, you couldn't see anything. The stage could use a couple of feet in elevation. Good thing the sound system was so great because it made up for the lack of seeing who was playing. Advice would be to come early to get up close if that's your thing! If not, come anyway and feel some music!

Yelp
I am in love with this spot. Thanks to the Fillmore for hosting the 30th Anniversary Dirty Dancing Night. Complete with free popcorn and sultry Latin dancers. What else is so amazing about this spot is the 3 full bars...with excellent drink specials that accommodates the theme they are hosting. What is usually a standing room only event was set up with chairs for our viewing pleasure. A wonderful night was had. Can't wait to attend another event hosted by them

Yelp
DO NOT buy the VIP package for ANY SHOWS at this venue. I went to a Pigeons Playing Ping Pong event here on 4/27/22. I purchased the VIP upgrade because it was my wife and I's anniversary, and this is our favorite band. The VIP package included a "private entrance/exit, a private bar, a private bathroom, and private standing section." When I arrived, there was no private entrance/exot (not a big deal, I had no problem waiting in line). Then they took us to the VIP section which had a bathroom, but it was out of operation and workers said it had been that way for several months. About halfway through the opening act, we were approached by security that said we are changing VIP to GA because GA is getting too crowded. So, thirty minutes into our show we lost the private bar and private standing section which were the only parts the VIP package that they even remotely accommodated. I have been trying to get refunded by this establishment for almost a week, but THEY REFUSE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Yelp
Went to a Wilder woods concert here. It was a great venue. Drinks a little pricey but there are plenty of places nearby. I would definitely go to another even here. The people at the door were extremely friendly and know how to keep the lines moving..

Yelp
I was excited for my first concert ever in Charlotte. I drove down from Concord to the venue to arrive at 7pm when the doors opened. The doors didn't open. I stood in the rain for 45 minutes for Freddie Gibbs last night. No apologies or explanation at all. The manager had straight attitude probably because the venue was a third full. I was soaking wet and they had the AC on blast. 130$ ticket 2 rounds of 18$ long islands a beer and a double Hennessy 26$ and definitely my first and last visit here for sure I left after 45 minutes after speaking with the manager about the air condition level. Yelp
Was okay. Not the best , not the worst. The security pat down was a bit much, They literally patted me up & down everywhere, didn't hold back at all. I felt a little embarrassed at the time, as they do this in front of everybody, but I'm guessing that's standard procedure there? Ive gone though less security at the airport as far a "pat down" procedure. I understand how important safety is, but my goodness, they could at least have a curtain up so the everyone can't see you being felt up. Anyway- the sound was awful inside, you could hardly understand the words to the songs due to to horrible sound quality. My husband & I left about 30 minutes after getting there bc it was so bad. We probably won't return to this venue. The Fillmore is a much better venue.
