I’m saddened to say this is the second time I’ve experienced poor customer service here. A group of friends and I came in to play pool and have drinks and were planning to order food as well. When we went to place our food order, the bartenders acknowledged us briefly but continued their conversations with other customers instead of helping us. After waiting several minutes without service, we decided to finish our pool game and leave. It was disappointing and made us feel unwelcome. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future guests have a better experience.

Came in for pool we rarely go out of this bar but I love the drinks so I was so excited to drink and I was going to get the wedge salad it’s my favorite. Walked in and didn’t get greeted sat there for 10 mins. The blonde girl behind the bar had a huge attitude must not need the money. She ignored me and my friend for 10 mins till a guy came over and asked if we needed anything. I almost said no but I at least wanted one drink so I got one. He barely said a word to me. Absolute terrible customer service. Ashley who works there is amazing and she always takes such good care of her guests I wish she was working. Definitely shouldn’t have a pool team out of this bar if they don’t welcome guests. A group came in after us and they gave them a warm welcome. I think they are just racist and didn’t think I was going to tip them but I work in hospitality too.

Had the caprese panini sandwich with a side salad. The sandwich was very good. The salad crisp and fresh I would, highly recommend it to others and will probably go back again. I was with a party of eight and everybody enjoyed their food also, they thought it was very good.

Absolute hidden gem. The hotel is a cool enough place by itself, but this was a great place with great people. Mike the bartender was awesome. They also have a great selection of liquor and 16 beers on tap. Darts, billiards, pinball machine, and the food was damn good, had the Hot Damn Burger. Overall, fun place to drink and eat. I liked the setting and look. Will definitely be back whenever in town.

Ordered the "char-b-que" style wings which involves deep frying them halfway then putting them on a grill to "char" them, wings were pretty good, had hoped that they would be sauced before being grilled to get that sticky molasses thing going on, they they're sauces after the char. Would have liked for the wings tonight have taken half an hour to receive.... Bar staff is chill and attentive, good drink prices. Will be back to give it another chance

Probably the worst Margarita Pizza I've ever had, but the service was very friendly and helpful.

Good food and decently priced drinks. There something to do here with their big projector and mini games. There's trivia, live music, and open mic nights all the time so there's something for everyone.

First visit. The hotel property )ooks like it has seen better days. But down a long steep carpeted stair there was a large bar area. A standard bar, tables, small stage area for live music. They had a menu of food and drinks. We ordered from the bar. Acoustics weren't half bad. Parking is on the street or a small lot behind the hotel. Prices were pretty good too.

Continues to impress. So far out of 10 menu items the only one I didn't like came with blue cheese crumbles, ick. Otherwise everything has been o so delicioso. Ashley and Teresa are wonderful and fun and the boss always comes out for a fist bump and to ensure all is as desired. P.S. Retried the flatbread w/o blue cheese and it was also delicious

Was walking in downtown Warren and decided to stop for dinner. Located in the basement (and therefore aptly named) of the Days Inn, this spot has an extensive draft list with a fantastic bartender Ashley. Adding to the experience was live music and great food! The spaghetti sticks are too unique to pass up, and I can't recommend their smash burger and fries enough. I can't wait to come back!

In response to owner asking about my poor review - we were there around 6:30p April 21. The food pictures looked great but was disappointed to not even get to order a drink or food.

Wonderful staff and delicious food. This was an unexpected surprise! Loved everything about our dinner experience! I will definitely be back to try more food and different taps.

Great food, service and atmosphere. We were there on trivia night (Thursday). It was so much fun. Definitely will be back. I had the fish dinner, so good!!!!

Good atmosphere.. decent food and drink selection with some good local drafts on tap.. prices are reasonable. Charcuterie board is one of the best I've had!

One star is too much. Miss the Speakeasy. Drinks watery and not properly mixed-food disgusting. Waitress was not around and I had a cheap unmelted version of something resembling mozzarella on bruschetta and avocado slices on my burger which tasted like frozen processed food, also warm and no flavor. $50.00 later in Warren Ohio-oh hell no! Back to Outback Steakhouse...
