"Opened on Thursday, October 14 in Bellevue’s Hotel 116, DwnUnder offers beer, cocktails and comfort-food plates such as fish and chips, mac and cheese, burgers and a roast turkey plate in a roughly 5,000-square-foot space outfitted for indoor and outdoor games (via a heated courtyard) including ping pong, darts, pop-a-shot and bocce, as well as classic tabletop games like Jenga, Connect Four and backgammon; the all-ages spot often runs specials such as free hot dogs and chips on Seahawks game days." - Eater

What a hidden gem! We walked in and lounged next to the fire while ordering our food and drinks. The pool table is fun to play on. We will definitely be coming back.

I learned of this place only a few months ago and just had the opportunity to finally go. It is definitely different than your average bar and grill but in a good way. There were table games (jenga, connect 4, backgammon) and bar games (pool, shuffleboard, foosball, basketball shooting). When we arrived (5pm) there was a private party going there so we missed out on the traditional tables. That was fine because we got to sit in the lounge area (almost a Starbucks feel but relaxing). We played jenga and ate there. We had some appetizers (chicken wings), all had the smash burgers, and sodas and beers. All were great. My understanding this is a new place so there are some kinks still being worked out and I believe they'll be running like a well fluid machine in no time. The thing that brought me most joy, intended or not was my kids put their devices down and actually played the games there. They really liked the foosball and got competitive with it. Of course dad had to show them who rules but it was all fun. We will definitely be coming back.

This is my second time here. The first time I had a salad and it was OK. This time I had the wild salmon and caesar salad. Wow was it delicious! Salmon was cooked perfectly and flaky. Service is good. We were the only ones in the restaurant for a while and got checked on several times. My husband informed me that he ordered the salmon sandwich as salmon salad. The salmon is wild too! Portion of salmon was excellent! We will be back!!! I’m coming back for lunch.

This restaurant was a hit. We were lucky and there weren’t many guests, but the food was made perfectly and the service was excellent. Apparently it is under new management, as the negative reviews from 2+ months ago did not describe my experience at all! Will definitely return.

The name of the restaurant more so refers to the fact that you're under a building rather than featuring Australian cuisine. The menu is primarily their spin on American restaurant/bar food. Their staff is fantastic and friendly, with a fun atmosphere, featuring many game areas including pool, foosball, basketball, cornhole, mini golf, and others. However, some of the food & drinks left something to be desired- the peach margarita was mostly sour and also dry. Fish and chips were tasty, as were the chicken sandwich, strawberry salad, and pretzel bites. Their crab and spinach dip comes with delicious bread, though the dip was a bit salty. Overall, I could see myself trying this place out at another time.

It comes with great sadness that I leave the following review . Eat and drink at your own risk. As a former Washington resident I was majorly disappointed coming all the way back home from Colorado to have something like this happen. Restaurant service and food wasn't up to par. I had the opportunity to observe 15 out of 25 meals that would have been served to our group. Fish and chips was mostly oil in batter in place of fish and the chips or french fries if you could call them that, were very soggy and unedible by at least three of the people that ordered french fries. Many compliants from our people that ate any of the options. Out of our meals only 2 meals at the table that were edible . One meal was a Cobb salad and the other was a strawberry salad. The pictures others have left here of the food looks great ours didn't look great and it didn't taste great. The restaurant wouldn't honor the coupons they to each person in our party. We were told by the staff that the coupon was only good 1 per table, not what we had been told when they had given out these coupons. If you read what it says on the coupon valid for $10 towards any purchase limit to one per customer or table , not one for table. We each had separate tickets, we were told that we could use each coupon given during our dinner service when we checked in, that wasn't the case. We each felt there was some bait and switch. The staff did work with a few people to either refund or credit their meals in part. When it was my turn to deal with my ticket I told them take it as a learning experience learn to follow and honor tickets to hand out whether it's them or the hotel. Secondly to figure out how food is supposed to be prepared or not to have any cooked food options.

This restaurant recently went under renovations! The food was great. But the best part was the friendly staff!
