Don't Put Your Cell Phone on the Dinner Table | Bon Appétit

"I cite a 2017 University of Arizona study that found our phones carry about ten times more bacteria than toilet seats and identified pathogens including Streptococcus, MRSA and E. coli, a finding that made me rethink how often I clutch my phone in situations where I'd normally wash my hands." - ByMaggie Hennessy

Haven't been to the campus in nearly 30 years. Really enjoyed the campus tour and orientation for freshman. The staff and volunteers made for a great experience for parents and students. Best wishes to all the students...have a blast!

Beautiful campus and really friendly people. It was massive and the amenities were really nice. I actually needed to make copies of certain documents I had on hand and happened to walk by one of the fax machines. I was surprised it didn’t have any restrictions to it and I was just able to make copies of the files I had. Talk about serendipitous!

Great place to take your kids and learn about science. Lots of things to touch and feel. They have a tiny aquarium and really great staff who are smart with lots of knowledge. It’s air conditioned and they have clean bathrooms! The food is amazing we had hard candy with ants and a freeze dried ice cream bar both equally delicious!

The University of Arizona is an awesome school with a beautiful campus. I visited with my older brother during a tour, and everyone was super welcoming. The buildings are nice and modern, but there are also cool old ones with history. There are tons of clubs, sports, and activities for students. The library is huge and has lots of places to study. The weather in Tucson is usually sunny, which is a bonus. Everyone we met—from students to staff—was helpful and friendly. My brother loves it here, and I’m thinking about applying too. It seems like a great place to learn and grow. Go Wildcats!

Refurbished stadium is looking better and better and it doesn't hurt that the football team is off to a great start!

This Campus is Beautiful 😍 the staff is so nice and the overall feel is such a delight. Easy to get around and meet people. Handicap parking all over campus and tons of shade from the beautiful trees. Make sure to make it to a Wildcats game too.

Always a pleasure to spend time on the UAz campus! From its beautiful, relaxing landscape, to the sublime mix of historic and modern-day architecture, combined with the energy of another new "crop" of young (and older!) learners, UAz is always a wonderful place to visit, and a GREAT place for your post-secondary studies! During the week, there's a buzz of students making their way to class, some finding a shady bench or a perfect spot on the grass mall to study, enjoy lunch (or both) between classes. Weekends are a little quieter on campus, but you might still find groups of young people playing a pick-up game of football or frisbee. I recall my years there as a student with fondness, and appreciation for all the academic opportunities afforded me while I was a student in the College of Education. I continue to enjoy returning there for athletic events, Homecoming, and a variety of other academic/ career & social events. I'm a "WILDCAT FOR LIFE"!!

Driving on campus requires extra patience during the day but I was able to get where I needed while the students also got safely where they needed to be
