The UPS Store

It’s the holidays I wish the lady that took care of our packages was nicer to my elderly mother when we was there today she had long brown wavy hair in a pony tail and wears glasses.i didn’t get her name but she was very rude and non professional seem like she didn’t like her job and was just tired of having to deal with customers. Acting like it was our fault bc she doesn’t seam to like her job. I hope next time we visit we are treated with a better cashier to help us send packages.

Everyone is always so friendly when I stop but they are not open on Sundays like their hours state. Drove all the way there to drop off Christmas packages for Family and everything is locked up. Time to correct it on Google!!!

Had to look up where the UPS store was on 14th st and we got there like at 5 minutes before they closed. It smelled really clean and walked up to the counter and the lady scanned my QR Code and gave me my receipt for my records and it was all super fast. Very nice people.

The employees are great! Super helpful and always courteous. They help make the return process very easy.

We notarized a document she was so helpful, and everyone was smiling, they were kind plus the place was clean and nice. They make us feel welcome. Thanks!!!. Alicia

Do not go here to print copies or fax. The reps(Lisa) in the ups are rude and charges you 4 dollars plus each page just to click a button. They do not offer wifi computers so you are forced to pay to use their computers or pay them to print your forms. For being a small city like abilene you would think they would want to help. Do not use this ups store.

Horribly rude service. Especially the big Hispanic girl that works the front desk who refused to give me her name so that she can't be held accountable for her deplorable attitude. I will never go to UPS again. It is absolutely outrageous that someone would act like a child simply because they don't have to give their name and have no accountability. If I could get zero Stars I would.

I have never had an issue with products or service at this store.

No wait time with knowledgeable and professional clerks. I just wish that they were open longer after hours around the weekend.

Love this store. Employees are polite and helpful. Service is fast and efficient Whatever service you need and the prices don't feel like you're being gouged which makes it worth going in there. I pass two UPS stores to go to this one for the pleasant customer service.

This store is the best. It has great customer service. I had a will and power of attorney to be notarized and was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Used the UPS Store to make some copies, do some scans and emailing. Found them to be helpful as well as quick and very responsive to the needs of customers.I will use them again
