The UPS Store

I went here around 12pm on a Tuesday. It was super busy but the women behind the counter were super efficient. And even though it was super busy, they were so polite and cheery when speaking to customers. I feel like I’ve been to a few UPS Stores and the people behind the counter have never been so nice!

I went into the UPS store #3809 in Mount Pleasant on Saturday morning because to print something I needed, get a document notarized and mailed. It was a lot, but AJ and EA were absolutely amazing helping me getting everything done. During the time I was there, they were crazy busy. But they helped every single customer that came in with a smile and as quickly and efficiently as they could. This store has 2 amazing employees, AJ and EA thank you for everything you did.

Whitney was amazing. Love this store she was very helpful and nice went out of her way to help. Spent a lot of time getting the best price with quality shipping ❤️

I had a wonderful experience in your store today, and that was solely because of Hailey. She helped me get quotes for a bulky package I needed to send and walked me through the entire process with patience and professionalism. It was clear she went above and beyond her normal duties — all while wearing a smile. I truly appreciated her effort and kindness. Because of the outstanding service I received from Hailey, I will absolutely be returning to this UPS Store. I just wanted to let someone know what a great employee you have in Hailey!

Been taking usps and ups to an ups store and never had an issue until today. Told me my packages were too big to take and I needed to take them to a usps store to drop off. All but one can fit in my mailbox but they’re too big. His perception of size left me dumbfounded. Had I known I was gonna waste a trip and my own time, I would have never inconvenience either of us with my time. Don’t make the same mistake I did by choosing this location.

Got great service from Savanah today at the UPS retail store on the IOP connector in Mt Pleasant SC . She’s the best I’ve seen

I’m a frequent visitor to this UPS Store, often stopping by weekly to ship items out. The entire team is always incredibly helpful and professional. A special shoutout to Alyssa—she consistently goes above and beyond every time I’m in the store when she’s working. Her helpful attitude and reliability over the past few years have made every visit smooth and efficient. Highly recommend this location!

I dropped off next day air envelope Wednesday morning. I called Thursday to check on status and found out the car title was still at the store and envelope was lying face down on the counter. Was planning to purchase car today. Disappointing to say the least.

I was in the area and remembered I had some Amazon returns (3) in my car. I went in and the cashier was ready for me. I was in and out of the store in less a minute and there was no wait time. Great experience here.

The ladies in there are working so hard to get customers packages processed and shipped quickly. Kind and focused, I was amazed that the rather long line moved swiftly. Great UPS location.

I have to ship a lot of fragile items for my business and the wonder team has bern working with me since 2020. They are so accommodating and so personal and always go above and beyond. I started going there because it was the closest to my house, but have since moved to west ashley and continue to drive there because of the customer service. And they realize that I am a small business, and they do everything they can to keep my costs down, for instance, using smaller boxes put together rather than a huge box - saving me $100! Now that is not always possible, but from experience, most stores don't even check into that possibility. If you need anything professionally packed, they will get it there unbroken every time. I can't say enough about the amazing employees that work at this store. A special shoutout to Mandy, Alyssa, and Sean!

Slowest, rudest, nonchalant attitude, zero sense of urgency UPS store I've been to. Wanted to charge me for extra tape on a box. Will be driving elsewhere despite being around the corner.

Accessible. Parking directly in front. Speed line for packages already labeled. PO Boxes annual fee is reasonable.

I have been here a couple of times and I must say slow service is their motto. Both times the wait is longer than it should be. The staff seem new each time and take longer as they are unsure of what they are doing. I had to do some returns so this being the closest drop off for UPS I was forced to come here again. The customer service is lacking compared to other UPS Stores I have been to. Should I have to use an UPS store again will go out if my way to find another one to use...

They are unethica,l unprofessional, and lie about condition of items shipped. would give them negative stars of they were available. Go elsewhere.

You want to charge me for a piece of tape to secure my 2x3 box so I can ship it with you? A little strip of tape? You have to be kidding. Very unfriendly man. Very rude man. No social skills and poor attitude.

Avoid at all costs! Every time I go here, I regret the decision. There's only ever one person at the desk and slow doesn't begin to describe the experience. Just walk out if there's a line, unless you have a good 45 minutes to just stand around.

Walked in to mail a package to my daughter and walked back out. Rude and indifferent setvice.

They packed everything for me and saved me a lot oh hassle for a great price! Kim was professional and very helpful!!
