A million dollar breakfast space joins urban street food at the under-construction Resorts World | Eater Vegas

"A planned branded urban food corridor on the property intended to instill an Asian influence across casual dining, promising a range that spans authentic street-food vendors up to Michelin-star-level dining and includes concepts new to the Las Vegas Strip; many specifics remain under wraps." - Bradley Martin

Multiple businesses housed within the Food Brood. The atmosphere is so comfortable, eclectic chic, I loved sitting here surrounded by books with my goat cheese breakfast sandwich. There's also a butcher, a freeze-dried food stand, and Artisan stands. The staff was SO friendly and kind, I felt welcomed right away and the food was SO good. This sandwich brought me back to life

Beautiful concept — disastrously managed. What should have been an enjoyable dining experience quickly turned into an exercise in frustration and disbelief. We waited over 45 minutes for basic food items while watching several tables seated after us receive their meals first. The food runner seemed completely lost — pacing back and forth with plates, unsure where anything was going. To make matters worse, we were overcharged by nearly $57 because the cashier rang up six cocktails instead of one. Such an error, combined with the disorganization we witnessed, made it clear this establishment has serious operational issues. Adding insult to injury, my boyfriend — who specifically requested no pork due to dietary restrictions — was served pork anyway, despite the modification being clearly listed on the printed check. This wasn’t a simple oversight; it was pure negligence. Serving someone an ingredient they explicitly requested to avoid is unacceptable in any restaurant. When I raised these concerns to a woman who turned out to be the owner, I was met with defensiveness, excuses, and zero accountability. She offered a partial apology but no solution, only explaining that there were “two line cooks” and that they were busy — as if that justified the chaos, the incorrect order, or the overcharge. Her dismissive and irritated demeanor made it abundantly clear that she cared more about the line out the door than the guests already seated. The concept itself has potential, but the execution, leadership, and customer care are abysmal. If you value your time, your money, or your dietary safety, I strongly suggest you dine elsewhere.

Just had breakfast there and it was delicious!!! Had the peach and burrata melt…sweet and savory!!! The combinations that the chef puts together are so unique and taste fantastic! She is a hidden gem! Everyone at the Brood are so very friendly and welcoming! My husband and I love this place! 🥰

I love this unique friendly and fun establishment. I've taken my teen hear for his bday, they overheard us talking about it. The owner asked if they could bring him some cake to celebrate. We had a delicious breakfast then they surprised him with cake and sang happy birthday. It was a great way to start this bday weekend. The decor is beautiful and I love that you can gather to connect and not be rushed out the door. There is so much creativity hidden in every nook around the building. I love it and thank you for making my son's birthday morning special.

This cafe is an absolute treasure! My partner and I were visiting from NYC (so I’ve had my fair share of lovely cafes we’ve visited) and I needed a place to work. This place is so eclectic, with a conglomerate of local businesses in one large space, it’s lively but not too noisy, has plenty of workspace and comfy areas for lounging, and served by the friendliest staff. We got an oatmilk latte, purple rain mocha (so good!), and a vegan burrito that was delicious. HIGHLY recommend supporting this gem.

Wonderful spot for amazing coffee, delicious food, artisanal plant-based soaps and essential oils, and so much more! A fantastic collective of local small businesses, with great events and a warm and welcoming community. Best brunch spot around!

We came upon this place because we needed somewhere to plop down and kill time. We decided on Monsoon Roastery and were pleasantly surprised to find it housed in such an eclectic space. I ordered a Pulled Pork sandwich and an iced chai. I enjoyed the sandwich but the chai just tasted like milk with a hint of chai flavor. There's a bunch of tables and seating options as well as wi-fi for those working on laptops. We enjoyed our time here until they suddenly turned off the music and lights. I had even double checked Monsoon Roastery's hours while we were there but didn't find them on their Google listing. At the time we didn't know to check the hours for the Urban Food Brood, but now we know. Regardless, a simple heads up would've been appreciated.
