The Vanilla Orchid

We used Vanilla Orchid for three commercial holiday events (500-900 guests per event) this season. Not to mention, all back to back and in different locations! Kameron made the booking process easy and was prompt with responses. Once the details were set, we sent invoices to accounting to begin the check cutting process. Vanilla Orchid worked with our company and invoiced us ahead of time so we could make sure they were paid well before the event. Communication was excellent leading up to the events and during. They arrived early, were professionally dressed, vehicle was in pristine condition and most of all the desserts were amazing. Kameron, Katherine and Gunner really made sure that our set up was impressive, functional and replenished properly. Our tenants were very pleased with the holiday event we put on and that is directly reflective of how Vanilla Orchid came through for us. The desserts were delicious and definitely not the lowest cost around Austin. You get what you pay for! In this case though, with Vanilla Orchid, you pay for quality service and that is exactly what we received three days in a row. We highly recommend them for your next event.

The Vanilla Orchid is wonderful! The food for our wedding was fantastic. The whole team, led by the amazing Skylar Snyder, made our wedding great. Skylar guided us in the menu selection and preparing for the day with patience, great responsiveness, and professionalism. They were exceptionally accommodating for our outdoor wedding. The Vanilla Orchid has done an extensive amount of catering orders for my business lunches. It is always completed/ delivered on time and is above and beyond the standard quality of a regular caterer. Their boxed lunches are phenomenal as well as their bulk orders. My personal favorite are their grilled veggies. Everything is done with detail and they are always a HUGE hit with my clients. Everyone is always asking where it is from and for their informations so they can use them personally. I highly recommended The Vanilla Orchid for any of your catering needs, big or small!

Vanilla Orchid is, quite simply, the very, very best. They provided a phenomenally delicious, beautiful, cost-effective luncheon that all my guests raved about. Their customer service is impeccable. Vanilla Orchid did an amazing job for our wedding. Silvana was great about answering any questions I had and so helpful with the navigation of the menu, the organization and planning of their role in the wedding, not to mention accommodating! The food was bomb! I highly recommend brown butter sweet potatoes. My guests kept commenting on how much they enjoyed the food during and after the wedding!

I had a great experience working with The Vanilla Orchid for my parents' golden anniversary party. Given the small size of our party (just 20 guests), I hesitated to go with a catering company instead of a restaurant because I thought we might not get the same level of customer service as a larger event. I needn't have worried -- Skylar worked with me to set up a menu that met our needs and was very prompt in putting a proposal together for us, revising it as needed and answering questions along the way. The day of the event, our drop-off catering order arrived on time (a few minutes early, even), with everything at the right temperature and attractively packaged. We ordered a combination of appetizers and a dinner from the "Nosh" menu. There was plenty of food for our guests and everything was very good. I got the most raves about the artisan cheese plate and bacon/jalapeno deviled eggs, but the whole dinner was a crowd-pleaser. The Vanilla Orchid will definitely be at the top of my list for future parties.

Though I've only been working with Vanilla Orchid for a few months, I can already with certainty they're easily one of favorite event vendors to use. They make the planning process so easy, they have great ideas and menu selections and they're unwavering in their commitment to provide fresh, tasty food at a reasonable budget. When it comes to catering, they're always my first phone call.
