This place is great. Staff is highly knowledgeable, helpful, and as friendly as you can hope. The building is clean, the feeling is professional, the quality and price have nice ranges, and the deals are on point. In and out times are enjoyably short, even when the line seems long, they do their quality best. Love it 5/5

I am regular here. I would rather a small business type of cannabis store and this is still my favorite. Classy and great service. Selections and prices are decent. Only reason it is not a 5 is because there is 1 person that I have gotten twice that is just miserable. Everything else is good-fantastic

Neat and clean professional know what they're talking about.A little bit pricey, but what can you say?If you want good stuff fresh. Only one thing is, I find there are hair pricey, but fresh product.

They should name this place “The Vault Superstore.” The selection is insane, I’ve never been disappointed with any product (quite the opposite) and the staff is amazing! The store is beautiful. It is bright and easy to navigate, everything is nicely displayed and when you walk in you are greeted by the friendly staff with a warm welcome. These people know their stuff. It is obvious that they have a passion for their job and a love for the products and the weed-culture. The non-cannabis product selection is awesome, with tons of beautiful glass, very unique bongs, papers, grinders, swag and even weed themed dog toys! There is tons of parking, a well lit lot and easy to find just off the highway. Lastly, this is a dog friendly store where your four legged friend will garner overwhelming love, pets and treats from all of the dog lovers that work there. This store really stands above the rest of the cannabis dispensaries. You will notice that as soon as you step in the door and are greeted with a big smile and warm welcome.

Dude rang me out w/o tax then gave me back change with tax out , wouldn't be a big deal but manager gave me tude when I asked about......dont tell me the total with out the tax thats kinda sus , then put the rec in the bag so I cant even see it. **not manager just some clerk training another 🤷** allegedly from reply 🙄

Absolutely the best WEED! They won't hold back the details about baking THE best goodies with your very own weed that you purchase cheap from them. Speed up gentlemen and women. Elon Musk too!! We love President Donald Trump!

Can’t tell you how many people suggested the shop to me saying what great price is so finally I show up. I’m a cartridge person typically buy all my cartridges for $30 or less especially the white widow from Fernway and I walk in. I was not impressed by their security measures and taking your name andthe people with your name on the computer. Every dispensary I’ve been in Massachusetts doesn’t do that. It was really weird and then their prices were just like gouging. It’s $42 for a Fernway cartridge. What the hell is that? I would. never shop there again ever

Great selections of anything you might need. With a helpful, friendly, and informative staff along with it. I do wish not just you but ANY dispensary should have just a slight say in the product they receive from vendors. As in requests, I've chased a particular brand and strain across CT into MA and even RI. With it dwindling down and disappearing each time I find it. I pride myself on loyalty to a place of business but I also dont have the paycheck to experiment on new strains/brands. Still give the vault a 5 Star rating
