Everyone was amazing from the receptionist to the massage therapist. My first time was a great experience. They were so nice to fit my into the schedule in the same day after work. I’ve had extreme back pain and after my session, I feel so rejuvenated. Olena is wonderful. I recommend scheduling with her. She is the reason I will be returning. Aside from one of the best massages I’ve ever had, Olena was such a beautiful and refreshing person who made me feel comfortable. Thank you!

Such a welcoming business in general, and Jo Ellen is so wonderful with my hair (wavy/curly). She listens to what my goals are and asks questions to make sure that we are on the same page. Also - on my experience she ALWAYS on time which means a lot.

Today I received a Brazilian wax and facial from Elizabeth, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, Elizabeth made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was incredibly attentive and took her time to ensure that every detail was perfect. The Brazilian wax was quick yet thorough, and Elizabeth's expertise made the process as painless as possible. Following that, the facial was pure bliss! She tailored the treatment to my skin's needs and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism that Elizabeth demonstrated throughout my appointment. I will definitely be returning to her for future treatments. Highly recommended!!

Don’t remember her name but when I tell you I had the most magical massage ever please believe me. She was so gentle I never knew any of my post op massages could’ve been pain free lol this most definitely was. I did a lymphatic drainage massage was an amazing experience on a scale of 1 to 10 it was 100. Loved it..

Friendly staff. I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Cameron and followed it up with an infrared sauna treatment. To say I felt amazing is an understatement. I will definitely make the Venetian spa a regular part of my self care routine. Budget friendly prices and knowledgeable staff makes it a must.

The service was great as usual. It has been a while since we were here last. The last time we visited they were in a different location and gave wine and snacks at the end of the massage. That has changed but the quality of the massage and service is still top notch. I have my fingers crossed that they bring the glass of wine back. I was really looking forward to it. Stop reading the reviews and book your massage. It's worth it and you'll come out feeling soooo much better.

Went for a body scrub and facial. I enjoyed both. The spa is welcoming and the service was great. The treatment room was a little cool, the heated bed made up for that. All of the products they use smell nice. There wasn't too many attempts to upsell or sell products which I appreciate. I will go back.

Wonderful people, relaxing atmosphere, some services better than others. Friend spa day. Massages and pedicures. Hot stone massages were top notch. Relaxing and professional. Both our people were intuitive enough to provide the correct pressure, ask the right questions and provide an atmosphere we enjoyed. The massage rooms here are fabulous. Decorated lit in a way that promotes healing and wellness. This spa looses a star for the pedicure. Asked for the best they had and what we got was more like the basic anywhere else. Lack of good massaging, not cool. Only real bonus here is there are only two stations, so you and a friend get some privacy and peace. Overall. Nice establishment. Good prices.

It's crazy to think that I live 5 minutes away from this place and this is my first time visiting. * Booking was extremely easy you can visit the website or call in for an appointment. I called for an appointment yesterday and they were able to squeeze me in this morning. When I first walked in I felt very welcomed, I was greeted instantly, checked in and walked to a waiting area that was very pleasant. Jason was my massage therapist and he took it from there. They have you fill out a first time questionnaire which I liked because you have the option to choose the pressure you'd like for your massage and any other concerns. I had the deep tissue massage and it was amazing. He has the amount of pressure just right. I felt like I was on clouds, it felt like all my stress was just flowing out of my body. I will most definitely be booking at least once a month. After the massage I had a Venetian facial to where they customized to your personal liking and skin. Nichole was very sweet and had the softest hands. Just like the massage she asked if I had any concerns or needed anything. Walking out of there I felt like a brand new person. If you're looking for the right spa definitely book here you won't regret it.

My husband and I had a couple massage. It was so relaxing and exactly what we needed. Our massage therapists were so nice and attentive. We will definitely be returning here.

Ahhhh mazing! Visiting for the holiday weekend and i broke a nail. Called them and they had room. Super excited. I went with my niece and sister and made a girls day of it with mani and pedicures. They kept everyone spread out. The decor is amazing, the staff was extremely friendly and professional. I am very happy with the service and my nails...

I flew in from California to visit my son. He surprised me with a 3-hour pampering at the Spa!!! An hour facial, and hour pedi, and another hour mani!! It was sooo lovely! Everyone there, right from the front desk on, was so friendly and helpful and accommodating! If I lived here, I'd go regularly, and buy gift cards for friends. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing experience. I'm new to the Fayetteville area and am 29 weeks pregnant. Recently I began having a lot of hip and lower back pain. I decided to get a massage and came across this spa on Yelp. I was able to snag an appointment the same day with Teresa. She gave me a maternity massage and did an amazing job. It really relived alot of my hip pain. She even gave me some stretching exercises to help with my hip pain. She was very attentive and kind. Will definitely be back.

Facial and waxing today with Nichole and it was wonderful. I moved here recently and was nervous about going to a new esthetician in a new town. However, walking into the establishment and seeing the 2019 Readers Choice Award for Best Spa was a great sign. From there the warm welcome, glass of wine and relaxing sofa to complete my intake papers was well received. Nichole greeted me, reviewed my data and gave me an overview of my experience. Once she started I knew I was in good hands. I think her background in nursing was a plus, there is a careful, nurturing approach with her technique and I appreciated it. Nichole and my entire experience was wonderful. I've booked my next visit and I look forward to it a great deal.

Helloooo! I can't get enough of this place! This spa is by far the best in the area. Or maybe it's my massage therapist that happens to be the best! Theresa's hands are magical! You will literally fall asleep and wake up not thinking you've gotten your massage because she relaxes you that much. All I can say is, the customer service here is exceptional. My massage therapist Theresa is exceptional. And I highly recommend.

I received great service and conversation from my manicurist Erica. The location was very nice and relaxing.

I had the best experience with Bethany today who was so professional during my facial appointment. I loved the fact that I could lay there in peace and quiet. Those who know how frustrating it is sometimes to tell about your life when you just want to have an awesome facial know what I'm talking about. She took her time explaining to me each step, asking me questions along how I feel, and made sure I was comfortable. Definitely recommending to get a facial here. Plenty of parking space and the facility was clean and friendly.

My husband bought me a coupon for a massage here. It was the most expensive they offer. I could not use it because of my work hours. They close before I am off work. Obviously my schedule isn't the fault of the spa. The problem is that my husband went in and requested a refund. They refused to give him a refund, and they were quite nasty about it, according to him. He tried to appeal to their sense of decency and logic, but they adamantly refused. He was so flustered at that encounter that he left the coupon sitting there in their shop, so now there is not even a coupon to use in the future, in the event that I have a day off. At this point I wouldn't feel comfortable going in there anyway, and I really do not understand why he could not get a refund for something that he paid for, that was never used. We have proof on the credit card that he paid for it, but I don't think that will do any good, given the attitude of this unyielding and unreasonable establishment. Not sure why it's so hard to be decent and understanding. He was not made aware of any type of refund policy at the time of purchase. It's really too bad for them, because we have lived in the area for 15 years, and love supporting small and independently run businesses. This is a place I would never recommend and never visit. They kept our money without rendering any goods or services. Avoid.

AWESOME!! 10 stars Love this place; they have my skin products and Bella, the best BEST esthetician ever!! I promise, Bella will not hurt you or cause any problems such as Ingrown hairs to your beautiful flower. You won't feel the removal of the hair, you won't. I get in and afterwards they provide lunch. Cannot beat the service and delicious food! I sincerely recommend you stop by and check this nice place out.

Fabulous experience! Theresa gave me a deep tissue massage and it was so wonderful I almost felt drunk when I left! Lol seriously, call and ask for Theresa for an amazing massage.

I had the best masseuse, Steve. I also learned a lot about meditation. He focused on my hot spots and had the right pressure I highly recommend him!

This place is fantastic. Best place for a massage in Fayetteville. Jason is the best. Pre covid they had vegan cooking classes, which were super cool! Great pedicures, but they are super busy, so hard to get an appointment, but I prefer them, when I can get in! Great place!!

Teresa has been great. I have been dealing with significant musculoskeletal issues over the years and she has managed to make me feel a significant difference after our sessions. I haven't gotten any other service here aside from massages but I love the Spa as a whole. They do not pressure you to sign up for a membership like most other places do. Everyone is so pleasant and polite.

This is a review for a Brazilian (which they call a sphinx). First, everyone was lovely there and customer service was generally good. They also have pretty long hours if you need to get a service after work, which is nice. I haven't had any other services done there so I can't speak to their quality. However, I have been getting Brazilians for three years and this was by far the worst one I've ever had. Waxing is never comfortable, but this one was very painful. They use a weird soy wax that they say is supposed to be better for your skin, but I found that mine was thinner and peeling afterwards. I was also tender and slightly bruised afterwards, which I have never experienced before or since. They were, however, very thorough, which I appreciate.

I got a brazilian wax there and the lady was sooo nice! She treated me very kindly and was sensitive to my sensitivitys. Although if your looking for a "true" brazilian...they call it a sphinx... Also they cant put tips on credit cards so bring some cash!

I think the positive reviews/patrons are few and far between. I was greeted on the phone nicely, but then they wanted a credit card up front (and over the phone). I don't think that's a good policy for a salon. It makes it seem like they get a lot of cancelled appointments or walk out's. Possibly because customers are upset with the manager or staff. Then a friend referred me to another website with reviews, and I was shocked even more. There are some good reviews, but 99% of them are bad experiences. A good salon and stylist can not only do their job well, but make a customer feel welcome and relaxed. I have lived in Fayetteville for almost 3 1/2 years and in that time I have tried six different stylists at six different salons and they all disappointed me. Some didn't have all the equipment (one place didn't have thinning shears) and some didn't listen and didn't do what I wanted (in some cases did exactly what I said not to do, they did). Thanks to Jo, I FINALLY have a hair stylist who knows how to listen and knows what she's doing and I'm so grateful for her. I just took my 6 year old daughter for a trim and she did a great job on her too. Everyone I've run into there so far is really nice and it's such a relief!

I haven't gotten my hair done or cut in quite some time, about 10 months. Jo did an amazing job. She's NOT cut happy and she listens to what the client is looking for. She will advise you of your best options to help get the look that you're aiming for. She did a great job on my hair!

If you need an esthetician go see sweet stuff Stacy. I refuse to see anyone else in Fayetteville for the waxing of my most precious lady region. She is gentle, thorough and fun to talk to-a very important distraction technique. They also offer a yummy little free lunch with your service, which is pretty cool. The massages at Venetian are excellent as well and very reasonably priced! My dearly beloved and I have had our fair share of massages and we were both really happy with our deep tissue massages. I'm a horrible person and can't remember either of our massage therapists names.. probably because they turned us to mush. In a good way. Tip: Make sure and bring cash/check for tip.. they can't add it on to a credit/debit card. Just come prepared! :) Now go!

I've only been once, but it was amazing. Everything is super clean and the staff are all very professional. They don't leave you to wander around when you arrive but don't nag at you to buy things either. I'm definitely going to have all of my waxing needs done here.

I had a great experiance. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I booked an appointment for a sphinx wax. I got a choice between the type of waxes, which is nice to see. The lady that did my wax (please forgive me I am horrible with names) was great. Of course waxing doesn't feel the greatest, but this was once of my easiest experiences. She made sure to put pressure after every strip. I will definitely be coming back here for all my hair removal needs. *only downside is you can't leave a tip on your card, so bring some cash*

I suffer from chronic neck and back pain due to my profession. Today was my first time visiting Venetian spa and I saw Cameron. She was really good and made sure I was comfortable during the whole massage. I felt great after leaving .. I will for sure be back.

LOVE,LOVE ,LOVE this place. I have been coming for the last 5 years. Used to suffer from neck and shoulder pain and thanks to Jason and Belle and the hot stone massage they are gone. Jo does my hair in pixie style. The facials with Dianne, I fall asleep !!! Pedicures are so relaxing. Amber and Karen at the front desk so attentive .

First time visitor and my experience was absolutely spectacular! Bethamy did my manicure & pedicure. Pamela followed with a Deep Tissue Massage! Both were Spectacular!

For 85$ I'd rather have gone somewhere else. It's a bit extreme. Worth 40?. I'll have to go back to try further services.

The Venetian is the best spa in Fayetteville! I've been going there for years and have taken advantage of all their services and have never had a bad experience! The setting is beautiful and the staff are friendly and professional.

I highly recommend this place! This spa and salon is amazing! They have a fantastic receptionist who is welcoming to start your spa day. The massage was so relaxing and was perfect because they ask about the pressure then no talking. I know some places the massage ppl talk to you but this place didn't do that. The music and atmosphere was very relaxing. The facial was just good because it was the same ambiance throughout the entire place except the nail and hair salon area. But yet again, hardly any talking and getting right to work! During my nail appt, (I had a spa day) there was more talking but it was so enjoyable that time went buy so quickly. The crackers with the chicken salad was delicious and the wine they offered wasn't bad either. These ladies know what they are doing and they do it so well! I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a day to themselves.

Wonderful and relaxing. Cam did an amazing job on my massage. She listened to my concerns/problem areas and tailored a massage to fit. I hope to return soon. I will put 4 instead of 5 only because I waited downstairs for a quite a while at the reception desk for someone to come, but no one did and I had to venture upstairs to find someone to check in. When I did find someone, she apologized and told me that she forgot I was coming... not exactly how you want to start your experience. That said, Cam was wonderful and I will definitely be back.

AMAZING PLACE!! It was recommended for the male massage therapist, Jason, I went Tuesday, and he wasn't there at that time, so I saw Bel. I have to say... She was AMAZING!! I got a 30 minute massage, and I honestly think I would need a DD for an hour!! UNBELIEVABLE! SO, I went again Wednesday for hair removal, and got Bel again. IS THERE ANYTHING THIS WOMAN DOESN'T EXCEL AT?!?!! I had never been waxed before, and she was VERY understanding and comforting. My husband was pleased I am a fan & customer for life!;-) THANK YOU Venetian!!!

My first time coming to Venetian European Day Spa for my families birthday weekend was fantastic! When I first walked in the door the receptionist greeted my mother and sister with an Happy Birthday and I was delighted withouht me advising Karen the owner of the information since my appointment was at noon (I believe that her name was she is very kind..) James and Jason did my mother and my sister massage and they were delightied I mean the overall experience was just wonderful I'm definitely giving this rating 5 stars if you visit this place your money is well worth spending

The $40 back, shoulder and neck massage was exactly what I needed, and the price makes it affordable for me. The value of the services really makes this a hugely good deal. I don't go anywhere else to get my hair done because it is so hard to find a hairstylist who really knows how to handle thick, curly hair properly! That's why I give this salon five stars.

I believe the person who did my Swedish massage was named Belle. Chile this was the best damn massage EVER!!!! I fell asleep I was so relaxed. I left feeling all loosey goosey. TRY them you WON'T be sorry!!

My experience at the Spa was wonderful but I wouldn't get a pedicure there again. I purchased a package that included a massage, facial, and pedicure. The massage and facial was great but I was disappointed with the pedicure. I'm a strong believer that the experience should match the price being charged. For a typical average pedicure around town I don't expect much but when I'm paying a high-end price I expect high-end service and I didn't receive that while getting my pedicure. It was rushed and the technician was talking to another customer while she was doing my pedicure to the point that she was starting and stopping on my service to chat. It's not a crime to chat while working but you would expect your technician to be conversational with you as their client as apposed to someone else, especially being a new client. Also, one of the main benefits of going to a spa is for relaxation and comfort and I didn't get that during my pedicure. I was very disappointed with the pedicure experience.
