The Venetian says employees will continue to be paid through October 31 | Eater Vegas

"Employees at this resort were covered by the parent company's announcement that they will continue to receive pay and benefits through at least October 31 as the property weathers steep declines in gaming revenue and the loss of convention business; the parent company had also continued payroll during the 78‑day shutdown that began March 17, with casinos reopening statewide on June 4." - Susan Stapleton

Ideal location, Large rooms with a nice size soaking tub, tall shower, lovely vanity set up, Big comfortable bed. In the VENETIAN remodeled rooms, you get a refrigerator! It’s a small one, but it’s definitely worth having. Our room was very quiet, The TV has a nice selection of channels you’re able to sign into your own Netflix account and YouTube account. Morning, noon or night whenever you decide you want to eat, there is always a place open where you could get either good food or delicious food. Great selection of slot machines table games to play! The property is very clean, the staff very courteous and helpful. Plenty of shopping places. Or you can stay in your big comfortable room and do nothing, simply relax! It’s always busy there and there’s always something to do plenty of good entertainment to choose from. My husband and I had a great time there and we highly recommend staying there on your next trip to Vegas!

Experience was horrible. Upon arrival for a reservation that was paid for in advance, we were told our room was not ready and we would have to wait until 6 pm. we arrived at check in time which was 3 pm, they tried to make us wait until I raised Kane and asked for a manager and the corporate number. One hour later, they located a room only after I started complaining that it seemed all of the white patrons were getting rooms. Keep in mind I am standing at the front desk and can see and hear everything going on around me. They were getting the same type of room that we had reserved as well. We finally received a room which was not cleaned!!! A males underwear was left in the room, mirrors were dirty, no trash can liners , so I went to Walgreens and got cleaning supplies, so I would not catch anything. This was suppose to be a five star resort, but was more like a motel 6!!! The best part about staying here was checking out!! Now that I did give 10 stars. I reported it but I am sure no one will reach out especially since I mentioned it appeared the whites were receiving rooms first!!! I would never recommend or stay there again!

If you are traveling with a group or family, The Venetian Las Vegas stands out as one of the premier destinations on the Strip. This resort manages to blend Italian elegance with a level of practicality that is hard to find elsewhere in the city. Unrivaled Room Space The standout feature of The Venetian is undoubtedly its "all-suite" configuration. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully updated, offering a level of comfort that feels far more residential than a standard hotel room. For those traveling in larger groups, these suites are a game-changer; with two queen beds and a sunken living room featuring a pull-out sofa, a single suite can easily sleep 5 to 6 people without feeling cramped. The separation between the sleeping area and the lounge space adds a layer of privacy and functionality that makes it a favorite for families. Prime Location and Sphere Access The location is absolutely wonderful, situated centrally on the Strip, making it an ideal home base for exploring. However, its most modern advantage is the seamless connection to the Sphere. There is a dedicated pedestrian bridge connecting the Venetian directly to the venue, allowing you to attend a show and return to your room without ever having to step outside—a massive perk during the desert's peak heat or rare chilly nights. Dining and Shopping Inside the resort, the Grand Canal Shoppes offer a versatile experience that goes beyond mere retail. The atmosphere is charming, and the dining options are incredibly diverse. Whether you are looking for a quick, affordable bite or a world-class fine-dining experience, there are countless places to eat across all different price ranges. From the gondola rides to the sheer scale of the suites, it is easy to see why visitors fall in love with this hotel. It offers a complete, high-end experience that caters to every type of traveler.

It is always so elegant here! The rooms have recently been updated. They have much better electrical outlets for devices. The decor has been updated and feels a bit more modern. I love the two level rooms with a spacious bathroom. I was impressed with the connection to the Sphere. It made it very easy to get there. All interactions with employees was fine as they were friendly and helpful.

The Venetian Casino offers a classic Vegas experience with an upscale feel. The space is massive, beautifully designed, and stays true to the resort’s Italian theme with elegant details throughout. It feels lively without being overwhelming, and the layout makes it easy to explore without feeling cramped. There’s a wide variety of games, from slots to table games, and everything feels well-maintained. The atmosphere is energetic, especially in the evenings, but still comfortable enough to enjoy your time without constant noise or chaos. Staff members are visible and professional, which adds to the overall smooth experience. One of the best parts of the Venetian Casino is its location — you’re steps away from great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, so it’s easy to make a full night out of it. Drinks and services can be on the pricier side, but that’s expected for a luxury Strip resort. Overall, the Venetian Casino stands out for its ambiance, size, and polished experience. Whether you’re spending a little time walking through or planning a longer visit, it’s one of the more impressive casinos on the Strip.

Took my parents to Las Vegas in late September. Do yourself a favor and stay here! Our room was spacious, clean and absolutely beautiful. There are so many restaurants and shops in the hotel, making it very convenient. We saw the Wizard of Oz, so the hotel being attached to The Sphere made our trip to the show and back to the hotel so easy! Staff were super helpful and friendly! Fantastic hotel experience!

Google
The recent remodel is very nice. We stayed in the N Tower. 650 square feet of space to spread out in. Very nice bathroom also. We had a nice view of the Sphere which was very entertaining. Elevators are quick and nice. Self- parking worked well and at $20 a day was reasonable.

I booked my stay in advance and specifically reserved an Executive Suite by calling the hotel directly. This was very important for us because we were traveling with a child. When we arrived, the front desk told us that this room was not available and that they would give us a cheaper, completely different room instead. I explained that I know exactly what I booked and that this was NOT the room I reserved or needed. They went to speak with a manager and came back saying there was nothing they could do. Since it was New Year’s Eve, I had no choice — I couldn’t drive back to Los Angeles with my family — so I accepted the room. The room was terrible and absolutely not what we paid for. It completely ruined our New Year’s holiday and our family experience. This situation showed a total lack of professionalism and honesty. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and do NOT recommend booking here during holidays. They overpromise, underdeliver, and leave families with no real options. If anyone else experienced something similar, please leave a comment under this review.

Yelp
Stayed at the venetian for the first time and the rooms are gigantic. We booked with a group of 8 and we were able to call when booking to have all of our rooms close to each other. Each room has a bedroom area with a tv but also a living room area with a large sofa and tv. The bathroom is also very large and has a bathtub and shower as well as a makeup area to get ready. The only bad thing of this place might be just how massive the hotel is. So walking anywhere takes a long time. Our room was on the south side and we had to take multiple elevators and walk down a couple hallways in between just to get to our room. Check-in and checkout was pretty fast. The checkout can be done on a self checkout kiosk. They hold your luggage for free if you still plan on going out and exploring.

Yelp
We did not stay at the Venetian Resort, but we did enjoy looking at everything. We also shopped and had dinner here. Obviously, there's hotel rooms. There's an abundant of super nice restaurants to the casual ones including the bar and grills. The entertainment was top notch as well. The classic gondola rides. If you go to their website, you can buy tickets online. If you go evening hours, you can get $10 off. I believe from 7 pm until closing time. The Sphere looks AMAZING!! They have different events that changes. Technology has come a long ways! Shopping here is crazy! So many shops and people! You can find popular brands of clothing, fine jewelry, hats, books, shoes, and much more!!! Overall, a beautiful experience!

Yelp
Staid at the Venetian for G2E conference, it was my first time here and this place was beautiful but MASSIVE! Our plane was delayed so we were in a hurry to check in and make our reservation at the PanIQ room for Team Building. We got lost trying to find our room. We opted to put all of our stuff in one hotel room so we can hurry over to make our reservation. Half of our party found the location the other half got lost in the canals. The team at the PanIQ room was kind enough to push our reservation time to the next time frame. The front desk staff was very professional and polite, they gave detailed instructions on wifi and elevator locations etc. We as a group went up to the 10th floor where we then began the seach for our rooms. It was quite the maze to find the 2nd set of elevators to take us to the next set of hotel towers. The rooms were stunning and well maintained. They have 3 pool decks, a fitness center and multiple resturants. The Venetian is connected to the Plazzo so there are 2 gaming floors, a conference and center, entertainment theater, the canals which is a shopping center. Our stay was very nice overall. I had an issue with housekeeping - Day one I received a text our room was not serviced due to DND sign being on our door - this was untrue, the front desk sent someone up to service immediately after and apologized. Upon our return to the room an item was missing. I informed them and they said they would have housekeeping manager give me a call. This did not happen. I had to remind them it took 2 days before I was able to speak to somone. They finally sent Maria the housekeeping manager up to speak with me when we returned to the room and had chemical spray bottles left in the room. Maria came up and apologized, and I informed her of the request to get my item replaced. I then had to file a security report. That was taken to the front desk and the matter was never resolved before we checked out. We did have a housekeeper during our stay that went above and beyond in comparison to the others during the week. Jennifer, she came in and detailed everything. She replaced items that we had purchased from the mini bar, replaced our ice bags and cleaned dirty cups that were in the room, she tidied up our counter space, and even lined up our shoes we had out. None of the other housekeepers during the week replaced the mini bar, checked the ice buckets, left dirty empty glasses on the counters. Jennifer did all of that and then some. Beware all you first time slayers, all the mini/snack bars have sensors, so even if you pick it up and put jt back you will be charged for it. Over all we had a great time here.

Yelp
We wanted to be in the Venetian before the Sphere event. There is an interior tunnel, so we walked the shops and had a dinner. Very Italian.

Yelp
After staying at the Venetian, I now know I will not stay anywhere else when I go to Vegas. Of course it is completely over the top, but that is what is so fun about staying at this casino and hotel. I had a great experience both with the room, dining, and entertainment, and amenities. It was all top-notch. My only complaint would be that there wasn't a regular fridge only a fridge for alcohol and if you moved any alcohol out of the fridge, it would charge your credit card immediately. So be careful and don't move anything in the fridge unless you want to drink it.
google avatar

Yelp
We parked the Venetian in order to use their indoor walkway to the Sphere to see The Wizard of Oz. The walkway is well marked and not too far away from the parking lot. The casino floor is huge and full of fun machines. We had great drink service and the staff at the promotions desk were great. New players can play and earn rewards. We will definitely be back to stay here, as we hear the rooms at the hotel are also great.

Yelp
The Venetian Resort is so beautiful. My husband and I stopped by the hotel and casino on a Thursday evening to eat at the Yardbird before going on the Gondola ride! The Venetian resort is one of my favorites on the Las Vegas strip. It is based on the architecture from Venice Italy. It recreates some of the most famous landmarks such as the Grand Canal, Rialto Bridge, and St. Mark's Square! Some of the unique activities include the Gondola rides along the indoor and outdoor canals. The outdoor Gondola ride is right outside the main entrance to the Venetian Resort. The Indoor Gondola ride is located inside the Grand Canal Shoppes. While you're on the ride, you'll have gondoliers singing! It's so amazing! The Venetian resort opened in 1999! It also has the Palazzo and the Sands Expo & Convention Center nearby! The resort has over 7000 suites! The Venetian has a variety of restaurants. My husband and I really enjoyed the Yardbird. The restaurant had some of the best fried chicken! If you're looking for other alternatives, you can try out the following Mott 32 (This restaurant has some amazing food!) Nomikai Cut by Wolfgang Puck Bouchon BRERA Osteria Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer (I've ate at the one in Anaheim and the milkshakes are scrumptious!) LAVO Italian Restaurant and so much more! The Current Venetian shows include Dita Von Teese at Voltaire Shin Lim at The Palazzo Theater Make sure to check the Venetian website for offers and up to date shows! There are some comedians that perform at the Palazzo Theater as well! My husband and I had a lot of fun at the Venetian resort! We do plan on coming back at some point to shop around more at the Grand Canal Shoppes!

Yelp
Been to Vegas numerous times and find this place the most bang for your buck as an adult. We stayed one night specifically for the BSB show at the Sphere. Save for us walking the bridge to go to the show, not once did we leave the vicinity. The strip you say? It was too hot during the day. There were so many great food choices here that we had Italian for two meals and snacks from their more casual establishments. Our room was more than enough space wise. I particularly loved the bathroom. That room was huge. I slept perfectly on the king size bed. A huge plus was the blackout curtains. My rest was so comfortable I didn't even hear my friend get up to get ready to spend the morning at the pool.
google avatar

Yelp
I love the Venetian! The rooms here are absolutely palatial. I love the large sunken living room with the sectional couch and small dining table. The bedroom and bathroom are both so spacious and comfortable. Two individual sinks plus a separate light-up vanity - these are just a few of the extras you don't find in a typical bathroom. I think the main in-room feature I appreciate most is an empty fridge apart from the mini bar to hold your own cold drinks and restaurant leftovers. You'll probably get lost while you learn the layout of the resort but it's fun to explore. It's beautiful. Check out St. Mark's Square, the Grand Canal Shops with the indoor canal and gondolas and enjoy the lovely decorated ceilings. It's just a super cool resort.

Yelp
I had the pleasure of coming to the Venetian for a short stay with a couple of friends a while back and I had the most wonderful time. I got a gorgeous suite that gave me plenty of space to feel just like home. But it was comfortable and I had my own small living room to watch TV. Get work done with the most amazing view. Bathroom was actually really nice as well very spacious and glass all around shower, giving it a really light breezy style vibe I would love to come back and explore the resort a little bit more maybe next trip Highly recommend their breakfast are amazing too

Yelp
We stayed 2 nights in a king suite and loved it. Plenty of space, clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and the restaurants were great, and it was conveniently located if you need to get to Sphere. My only complaint would be the pool area. We went down one morning and saw that most of the chairs were claimed by towels & belongings, but there were nowhere near as many people around, either in the pool or at the restaurant. The next morning we went down and overheard a woman telling her kid that they weren't actually going to use the pool at that moment- they were just going to put their stuff down on chairs and then come back in the afternoon like everyone else does. We were only going to be there for about an hour and would've been gone before they came back, so it's really frustrating that this is allowed. There should be some like of enforcement so that everyone gets a chance to use the chairs.

Yelp
I've never been to Las Vegas before. So this is completely unbiased on anything Las Vegas. I've sayed at properties around the globe. I've stayed at fantastic hotels. I've stayed at ones that are trash. I was expecting something amazing but only the employees were. The security guard Jerome was amazing and deserves to be called out for his exemplary service. He is one of the few shining stars in my visit. Who freakin' designed this place? Whomever it was, they are morons. That's right. 100% complete morons. You'd expect the casino and hotel to be right next to each other. You know, like within a short walking distance. Here? Nope. Some idiot said let's put it all under one roof but make the rooms and casino so far from each other that folks will just want to stay in their rooms the whole time. Yeah... they did that. Let me explain. Look at the palm of your left hand. That's the casino. Look at your chest. That's the front desk. Now for the stupidity. Extend your right arm out as far as it will go. A little bit farther, please. More, please. Okay, that's far enough. It hurts a little to extend it out that far. That's on purpose. Bend the elbow some. Rotate your hand so that you're looking at the back of your hand. You can't see the palm of your right hand but that's where your damned room is. Seriously, that's where your room is. Once you leave the front desk, you go to your right, walk down a hallway into an elevator to take you to the 10th floor. Once you exit the elevator, you have to badge in with your room card so that a security guard can verify that you are supposed to be in the hotel area. Now the Bataan Death March starts. Holy crap, is this a long walk. I mean really long. Down multiple hallways in a zig-zag pattern. And you finish up at... another elevator! This one takes you from the 10th floor to whatever floor that your hotel room is. And depending on your room number, you could have another extremely long walk. Like I said, a moron designed this place. For the rooms, they are not average. They have that fancy setup like a sunken living room. The chairs are the most uncomfortable chairs that I have ever sat in. Wait... there's this one chair at work that's shoved into a corner that no one wants. The beds are oddly uncomfortable to sleep in. I think that the only thing comfortable to use is the sofa. And that's only for sleeping, not for sitting. Getting to rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is another joke of a walk. Yeah, they'll drop you off in front of the hotel. But if you are going to take one, another walk from Hell. To the right of the main desk is a set of double doors for rideshare. Go through those. Walk down the striped path, hang a left at the back of the parking garage area (nice gray GMC truck BTW), get into an elevator to go up to another floor, walk into a room for rentals, walk out of that room on the far side, walk more, walk a bit more, then you're at the rideshare pickup area. We actually ran into a couple in the car rental area that were trying to get to their room. That's after seeing them at the front desk. That's how confusing this place is. Yeah, I'm tired of walking. I haven't even left the damned property yet. $500 a night for this disaster. (Nice place though. /sarcasm)
google avatar

Yelp
One of my most favored hotels on the strip. It's elegant, clean and service is impeccable. Love the newer remodeled rooms. Bath is spacious. Paid extra for city view but not much of a view it this does not deter me from giving this a 5 star review. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants. Recommend the Yard or Chica.
google avatar

Madison L.

Yelp
Stopped in at the venetian and I loved looking at all the canals! They had "people movers" to help you move in- Vegas looks walkable, but everything is bigger than you think, so whenever I have a chance, I like to rest my feet but still be moving. A lot of shops- unfortunately, all were out of my price range, but beautiful to look at! We went to Buddy V's Italian restaurant in the resort- the staff was so kind and friendly.
google avatar

Cassandra S.

Yelp
The Venetian Hotel is absolutely beautiful and offers so much to do from the iconic gondola rides to the endless variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment inside. It's centrally located on the Strip, which makes it super convenient if you want to explore other parts of Vegas as well. The entire property was very clean, and you can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the atmosphere and overall vibe. That said, like many other hotels in Vegas, there's very little signage to help guide you. It's a bit of a maze, and I found myself having to ask Google multiple times just to figure out how to get to certain places which took away from the experience a bit. Better signage would go a long way in making the hotel easier to enjoy without frustration. Still, the Venetian is packed with things to do. I especially loved the gondolas and the unique mix of shops from luxury brands to charming little boutiques. If you're looking for a place with plenty of indoor entertainment, great ambiance, and a touch of Venice in the desert, the Venetian delivers.

Yelp
We came to the Venetian for two nights. Our room was lovely and spacious. This hotel is huge and has a variety of options from towers, to pools, and casino areas. Zero complaints- room was great, when we needed towels they brought them in a timely manner. We booked a cabana suite as well and Alina was a WONDERFUL host. It was a very hot weekend and the AC suite was better than Perfect. We ordered food, drink, and dessert. Casino was clean and the gals brought around beverages, and plenty of tables/ slots to choose from.
google avatar

Darlene C.

Yelp
We enjoyed ourselves here and took a stroll while heading to the sphere. It's a nice environment and we enjoyed the spots to take pictures just for fun. The casino and walkways were spotless, the property is well maintained and we will be back.
google avatar

Yelp
We were off to see the wizard my use to twin sister and what an amazing experience! Our favorite childhood movie comes to an enormous big screen!! The Venetian did its thing representing the movie and the main characters!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Wow. This is such a beautiful casino and they have so many great things to see. The architecture is amazing and really looks like you are in Italy. The food choices are plenty and now they added the sphere to a part of their line up. The gondola ride is super fun and until you try it you won't get it. We loved it. Overall a beautiful casino. They also have an amazing chocolate small run shop that will blow your mind.
google avatar

Jackson H.

Yelp
It the Venetian! Plenty of shopping, plenty of eating, and who doesn't love to gamble! And of course, you can always do a gondola ride.
google avatar

Dan T.

Yelp
Amazing experience as always by Venetian. Andrew the front desk simple marvelous, hospitable and professional. We are here once a month or two so room variant is a must so we don't feel bored and we choose Venetian. One day we will entered double door room
google avatar

Elissa R.

Yelp
Dale in Security was super helpful and kind when my Lyft driver dropped me off here by mistake for a restaurant that was actually located in a different casino! He looked up the correct location and took the time to walk with me through the entire casino to the rideshare location which I appreciated since I'd already wasted too much time walking back and forth!

James M.

Yelp
Looks nice but must be understaffed, what a disappointing player experience. I've been waiting more than 30 minutes for a slot worker to give me a lousy $4 out of a broken machine. It's only $4 but it's the principle of the thing.
google avatar

Robert J.

Yelp
I can get used to this, I stayed here two nights for my birthday in a 2 queen bedroom suite and the front desk allowed me to take professional photos in the hotel for my music project. Many pools, nice accommodations, clean rooms, and a key is needed to get to the floor me and my party was on. Can't wait to get back, merci.
google avatar

Yelp
This hotel was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It was so luxurious so nice. It was beautiful. Our review was amazing. We were on the 18th floor. I felt secure and knew that it was safe just by how they had you get to your room I liked how they can hold your luggage for you if you got there too early before your check-in and if you have to check out Early and you just want to hang out afterwards, they have several pools. They have so many restaurants. it's just an amazing place to stay at. I highly recommend the hotel. We went to the Backstreet Boys concert and the spear was right there walking distance. I had such a good time with my friends. The place is amazing very beautiful.
google avatar

Lori N.

Yelp
Dining sucks!! The restaurant choices are not good! Cornita Mexican was horrible! Waste of my time and money. Left all my food on the table. HORRIBLE!! Don't go there if you have any food allergies. The only reason they have two stars was because of the nice atmosphere.
google avatar

Tracy D.

Yelp
I stayed in the penthouse and it's absolutely gorgeous. Bummed that the sauna didn't work. Called for repair and they still couldn't fix it. Also, we didn't have access to the lounge although we stayed in the penthouse? What the heck? Anyhow it's gorgeous. Beds are comfy. Bathroom is to die for especially with the huge tub and shower. And there's a Bidet!!!!

Yelp
Venice is one of my favorite cities... ...But that's not why we stayed at the Venetian Resort (The Palazzo) when we were in Vegas. I really wanted to see the Sphere...and from our suite on the 37th floor, we had a 24/7 view of the Sphere in all of its moods. Aside from the hand-painted ceilings and gondolas in the canals, there's plenty to marvel at: - More than 50 dining options (Wakuda is excellent) - Grand Canal shops - Canyon Ranch Spa - Prestige Club Lounge - The Sphere - On the Strip - Voltaire Theater Though not our intention, we spent a lot of time at the Resort. It's easy to do, as the Grand Canal and dining options are so close. Our suite in The Palazzo was nice, and had an excellent view. Though the Venetian can't hold a candle to my favorite city, the resort and all of its facilities were super clean, and the staff was very friendly, and this is an overall nice place to stay.
google avatar

Jessie H.

Yelp
I have stayed here over 5 times - would highly recommend! I think all the rooms are suites - super spacious and the bathroom is huge as well. There are multiple pools to enjoy and it's just overall very nice inside! There are shops connected, a food court, connected to the sphere, convenient location on the strip, great service, etc. I don't really gamble but they have a large casino floor and it is connected to the Palazzo as well. 11/10 recommend coming here.
google avatar

Jennifer T.

Yelp
Everything about our stay was 5 stars. This vegas property has great suites, tons of shows, plenty of restaurants and it connects to the Sphere for concerts. This is the place to stay folks.

Yelp
Stayed two nights here and me and my luv had a great time, convenient location and has everything you need in one spot. Great restaurants, shopping and rooms
google avatar

Yelp
The room is big but old and dark. The cashier made us walk all the way from the parking to front desk just to register the daily parking . If I ever come back to Las Vegas I will choose the wynn hotel for the cleaniness, staff , customer service , convenient, pool ....
google avatar

Christie B.

Yelp
Absolutely love this hotel!! It's so beautiful and they have so many great restaurants! The Sphere is also connected to the hotel. If you are going to the Sphere definitely stay at the Venetian! Your life will be so much easier by staying here!! It's hard to find your rooms or at least ours was so if you don't like walking you might want to stay somewhere else.
google avatar

Sam P.

Yelp
I have stayed in the Venetian and Palazzo many times for fun - this was the first time for work! Thought o was hoping to get the Palazzo. I was assigned Venetian South aka the former Venezia tower which was the last thing I was hoping for as it's a trek from everything ! Though this is true and it takes two different sets of elevators to get to my room - it turned out okay! The rooms appear to have been recently remodeled with an elegant, old school Vegas vibe. Like all rooms at this resort, my room was large with separate living area and large bathroom. Bed was super comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet! It was cleaned well and early each day with lots of towels and amenities. Great view of the High Roller. Though I got my steps in - hotel is always amazing in turns of restaurants, shopping and amazing staff! Thought I much prefer being here for fun - it's a fun place for a work meeting too!!

Yelp
I forgot how much I like the Venetian in Vegas. The rooms are huge, and while they look like they did when I stayed there about 12 years ago, they are keeping them up at least to some degree. The resort has a great selection of restaurants and stores. And despite its large number of rooms I found it pretty easy to find my room. While it was busy, it felt less chaotic than when I visited Bellagio, which I felt was too grungy feeling for such a big name. Would definitely consider the Venetian or the palazzo on a future trip. I also attended a conference here once. The food was actually decent, which is really hard at a conference with a few thousand attendees you need to feed at once.

Yelp
Absolute garbage experience. We always stay here. First we did kiosk check in and there was a naked couple in our bed when we went in. They gave us a minor upgrade but it was annoying to up and down. Second we had back to back reservations and we called to see if we needed to do anything different in the morning and they said no. Room key stopped working. Went back downstairs again and they can't even give me a room key without my wife present even though we're married. What an awful experience. I'll be moving to another hotel going forward. Staff were not helpful at all or seemed to care.

Yelp
Gorgeous hotel! You feel like you're in Italy! Loved doing the gondola rides where they sing classical songs in Italian. Definitely a must-do when in Vegas.

Yelp
I always stay at the Venetian when I go Vegas, solo traveled, group everything! The rooms are so spacious it's really good for the cost. We used the pool everyday. The pictured one is on the main floor, but we like the one on the 6th or 9th floor (I forgot). It's more secluded and laid back style it's a smaller pool but way more relaxing. Love this place.

Yelp
Its not that great here anymore but also prices have gone down a little so i guess its fair. Furniture like sofa is kinda old/drabby now. Its kinda dark in the room and hard to find all the different light switches. Wifi wasnt working so had to deal with that. Towels were hard and scratchy. BUT THE BEST Improvement WAS THEIR SOAPS!!! Theyre not MADE IN CHINA ANYMORE YAY! Its MADE IN ITALY FANCY STUFF ETRO! BUT THEIR LOTION IS STILL MADE IN CHINA... no wonder it kinda sucked. Booo And now you gotta pay for parking $20/nt unless youre a thousandiare~ Uber/lyft is convenient on same level where parking structure is.

Yelp
Service, staff, rooms - all excellent. Access to Sphere was very convenient. Restaurants were varied and always good and the casino atmosphere wonderful.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel that has many to offer, including countless fabulous restaurants throughout the complex. Surprised that their room's didn't have coffeemaker; heard they want customers to buy them in their hotel or order from the room, extra step, similar other tourist destinations worldwide, to "milk" the visitors. There was another shocker, the resort fees! That really added up with other expenses for vacationers. No wonder the number of visitors to the Sin City is declining.

Yelp
We stayed at The Venetian for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The resort literally has everything you need, with high quality; so, you don't need to leave the resort at all. First of all, this is a massive resort; Venetian itself has 2 towers, each has 39 floors, each floor has 338 rooms! This doesn't even include Palazzo at the Venetian! So, it gets very busy. Considering this, the check-in process was very fast and smooth. We stayed in a King Suite on the 19th floor, with Sphere view. You can get a city view or higher floor room with an extra fee. Our room wasn't amongst the renovated rooms, but it was still nice. There are heated outdoor poos on 10th floor, with a bar. There's a fitness and spa centre on 4th floor. You also have access to pools on the Palazzo tower. The Prestige Lounge is on 36th floor. The rooms provide soup, body lotion and amenities kit. The refills on daily basis is a hit-and-miss. One day they don't refill body lotions, one day they switch the amenities kit. There are no slippers in the room, but at the time of checkout, we were gold we could've asked for them. There's no coffee machine in the rooms and everything from the mini bar, including water will be charged to your room. The rooms are quiet and well-maintained. There are so many high quality restaurants and cafes on the resort that you never need to leave. But if you do want to visit other casinos on the strip, you can easily walk down the strip as it's a walking distance from everything.

Yelp
The Venetian is one of the biggest hotels on the strip with rooms that are suite. I came for CES on business and was filled luxury Giant room, giant bathroom, and if ur lucky u can see the sphere. Just dont touch the mini bar or room service lol Overall great hotel experience, but for $700 a night its kinda expected. They a cool gym in the north tower as the south tower was closed (also has a rock climbing wall) If u go to the 4th floor u can go to the canals of the venetian which is fun

Yelp
Fantastic experience at the Venetian. The grounds are exceptional, well maintained, and offer numerous high quality restaurants and shopping. Each staff person we interacted with was super helpful and friendly. The dealers at the casino were also engaging and genuinely kind. The room itself was very spacious and clean. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
The service was welcoming and the place looked so artistic and beautiful in the hallways, lobby area, casino, upstairs shops and rooms. However, for the price of stay especially, it really is aggravating and insulting that the rooms have no microwaves, cutlery / dishes, etc. unless you pay around 25 bucks for a set. Hotels often provide those tiny ass soaps, but I've seen that enough to give up on wondering.

Yelp
I stayed at the Venetian this week and it's fine but I don't think I would stay here again. Let me cover my good and bad here~~~ The best thing about these rooms is definitely the space. That step down to a little living room area making the room feel like you're truly balling in a Vegas down! I love it. The bathroom is huge, again just tons of space and real estate in Vegas is appreciated. My second favorite thing was the vanity in the bathrooms. What a dream to get ready at that table but have it be big enough to set my laptop there, too. Boss girls need multi tasking space and I loved that there. Third favorite thing, a fridge in the room! There are two fridges - one is full of overpriced snacks & drinks you can buy - but the other! It's to keep your own items cool. I eat out nonstop when in Vegas & always have leftovers so appreciate this greatly. Great restaurant options - like world class amazing aspots, though I'd skip the Buddy Valestro ones. Tao is here, a roller rink is here, so much fun & cool stuff to eat, see and do. Entertainment is the gorg Dita Von Teese and Shin Lim, who I saw in his previous show & was wowed by. Also---the infamous Sphere is a part of the Venetian! The beds were comfortable, as well, plenty of electricity plugs. Plenty of positives staying at The Venetian that it seems mad that one negative could indeed negate them all. The path to the rooms is bizarre and can take 30 minutes depending on how busy it is. From self parking, you have to take 3 sets of elevators to get there, each of which has a line, then people all trying to smoosh into an elevator, over and over and over again. It's so strange and unfortunate that there is such a terrible set up. It makes no sense and isn't the Vegas norm, so can't say I'll be staying here again. Ya girl ain't waiting 30 minutes every time I go in and out of the room. I like popping in out and out but if you won't be in your room much, maybe this isn't an issue for you. And you pay $20 a night to pay all that way away? No thanks when other hotels have reasonable options. Also, my friends and I always drive but if you don't, this is NOT directly on the Strip so keep that in mind for your transportation.

Yelp
Jewelry set went missing from room while I was at the when we were young festival. Would not recommend. I can replace the jewelry, expensive pieces. But it was my one year anniversary gift. So sentiment down the drain for sticky hands who had access to my room. The room service is also not done with breeze. Telling me every day I need to redo charging privileges. Which is not helpful when you have a nanny watching your child while you are out in another room where you're told they were given it 2 times.
