Extremely Disappointing Service and Zero Empathy..Not Recommended!!!
Due to a death in the family, I had to cancel my booking. I submitted a cancellation request, which was rejected without any explanation. I then called the hotel twice and was told both times to call back the next day. It took two full days before I was finally able to reach the person in charge,only to be informed that “nothing could be done.”
I was told that if they mark the booking as a no-show, the payment goes to Booking.com, and the hotel wouldn’t help any further. Instead, they issued me a one-year voucher, which I cannot use or even give to someone else because it is tied to my name. I explained several times that it’s simply unrealistic to return to that location within a year after experiencing such a personal tragedy. Every other hotel I had booked with showed understanding and flexibility,except this one.
There was no sympathy, no apology, and absolutely no compassion shown during any of my calls. The responses were cold and unhelpful.
I cannot recommend this hotel. A complete lack of empathy, no willingness to make exceptions in genuine emergency situations, and very poor customer service. I did not feel cared for as a guest at any point.
