Wife had been there before wanted to take me for lunch. Nice open and relaxing atmosphere. Wife had Vig burger I had the genuine burger, both were absolutely delicious. Hers was spicy and I should have gotten that but still mine was outstanding. Fries were delicious and the service was outstanding. Nice little lunch menu $5 off genuine burger during lunch and free soda. She also got the creme brulee cheesecake said it was very good. Highly satisfied.

This is my second time here, but first time sitting outdoor. It was a completely different experience and I loved it! Besides the leaves from the tree above us, everything else was great! I made it in time for the happy hour menu and enjoyed the small bites and shareables. The server was accommodating with a different dipping sauce option for the fries. The cocktail was delicious and the bread pudding was so yummy. I will 100% go back!

This was my second time at the Vig. My first time was for happy hour and the food and drinks were just okay. This time we celebrated a friend"s birthday in a separate room. It was set up very nicely. There was enough room to move around but it still felt intimate. The staff that waited on us did a great job; they were professional and efficient. I'm sure it was challenging for them with people constantly moving around. We ordered the truffle burger, guacamole and chips, and the prime rib dip sandwich. Everything was very tasty.

I enjoy going to the Vig, they have several gluten-free options but one dish that really surprised me because I did not expect it to be so good is the Pozole. It was delicious! I also tried flourless chocolate cake that is gluten -free and it was more of a brownie than a cake but it was so good!, The restaurant's ambiance is always great. I sat at the bar and the bartender was very accommodating and friendly.

We stopped by for happy hour, we ordered the sliders, tacos and chips and guacamole. The patio was relaxing and food tasty. Definitely would recommend trying their full menu as well.

Google
Nice place to hang out before a movie at Harkins nearby. The Happy Hour food is all you need. I got the barbecue pork sliders and the garlic french fries. Very nice food, but the iced tea was amazing. Ordered the flourless chocolate cake. This had gelato on top of it, which was also awesome. All of their desserts are Italian. Everything's good here. A wonderful waitress, Aaliyah, needs to be commended for the service she provides.

Google
The happy hour menu for starters and drinks was great. A large yummy selection. We had lemon drop drinks and nachos. Both were amazing. The main courses were also delicious. The only thing we could have done without is the TVs being on, but I’m sure some guests liked that.

Google
What a beautiful place. The decor inside and the nice outdoor patio make this a brunch haven. We came mid morning Saturday to a packed place. Luckily we found room at the car since we were just here for a few drinks. Service was great and the food coming out around us looked delicious. If we hadn’t already eaten I’d of loved to try a few things. There’s always next time. I did feel however beers on tap were a bit over priced. If we come again I’d probably look out for happy hour options. Be prepared it’s hard to find parking nearby Saturday’s with the farmers market and other places nearby.

Yelp
Had dinner at The Vig after my cousin's graduation back in May. I made the reservation for a party of seven while sitting in the graduation ceremony and was pleasantly surprised to find they had availability, especially on a Friday. We arrived a few minutes early and were able to easily find parking for our party's two vehicles. The staff greeted and seated us right away. The space is stylish yet laid back, and the patio is beautiful especially with the mood lighting and plants. The restaurant was buzzing as again, it was a Friday night. Our party was seated at a high top near the bar, and the bartender took care of us most of the night. Every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming. We started with drinks then shared a few apps. For my entree, I went with the shrimp tacos, which came with two tacos and your choice of side. I opted for black beans as my side. The tacos were good, not great, but it came with a decent amount of shrimp which I really appreciated. Everyone was pleased with their entrees with some even leaving with leftovers. The Vig offers a wide variety of options from different cuisines, which is kinda nice. I do feel there is something for everyone!

Yelp
Tareg our Server was super nice and very attentive with great recommendations. To all the Yelpers out there believe nothing negative about this restaurant, we made reservations and were greeted by a polite young adult as we entered the restaurant, it was during Happy Hour was very busy on a Saturday night. We were seated immediately, Tareq brought us water and took our Drink order as soon as we were ready and they were delivered in a timely manner! The Old Fashion 2.0 was "Marvelous" the Tropical Fizz was average. We ordered the Edamame-SUPERB, nice and hot and seasoned to perfection. The Hot Honey Chicken sandwich was done perfectly, nice and chicken was nicely done and moist on the inside, it was very tasty! Caesar Salad was excellent as well. Very enjoyable experience, love the energy and ambience. We will come back! The only suggestion I have is they get someone to periodically clean or maintain the Rest Rooms especially during their busy times, it wasn't filthy, very modern but needed some attention to detail. Don't pass up a great meal, drinks and vibes. Tareq made our experience memorable, thank you.

Yelp
Went for brunch -- have been for dinner before but never brunch. Excited! The cinnamon roll was underwhelming -- I LOVE a cinnamon roll. I looked forward to a ooey-gooey cinnamon roll -- not what we got. The "roll" was hard and the cream cheese topping was greasy! The flavor was a thin layer at the bottom -- could have been. 3-4 times more than it was. It had good flavor but I expected better quality for $10. Moved in to food, food. My cousin got the avocado toast. Overall good she said but the eggs were not as ordered. I got the breakfast sandwich. This was good but there was so much bun!! It fell apart when trying to eat. Just an average sandwich. The server was nice, but I asked for a recommendation and he couldn't give one. Disappointing. He keeps drinks full and was good , just not as friendly as some. Overall decent. Lots of brunch places nearby so I would come back possibly....

Yelp
We've always liked The Vig, so after catching a movie, my hubby and I decided to stop in for a quick nightcap. As we walked in, we noticed they were already cleaning up. The bartender let us know they were closing in about 9 minutes but was still super cool about it and happy to make us a drink as long as we weren't ordering food because the kitchen was closed. I was honestly surprised.... they close at 9 PM on a Thursday? This is AZ and this spot usually feels pretty busy, so that really caught us off guard. We each ordered one drink, and didn't hang around too long.... we didn't want to be "those people" keeping the staff from heading home.

Yelp
Loved the vibe here. The drinks were very tasty, food was also really good. Will return!

Yelp
Really loved the ambience in here! It was lux but also cozy feeling, a little on the darker side, and had nice background music at a tolerable level where you can still hear everyone at your table. They had great happy hour deals and our server even let us sneak in a happy hour order a couple minutes after 6. Highly recommend the chicken pesto rigatoni, one of the most flavorful pestos I've had. All the food came out quickly and our server was very attentive to ask if we wanted it as is or wanted any modifications. Their prices are pretty on par with most chain restaurants, maybe slightly more expensive, but the quality of the food and drinks are well worth the extra dollar or two.
google avatar

Yelp
We love coming here for happy hour now. They have really good deals. The espresso martini is only eight dollars... Which is half price. We enjoy the fries and the barbecue pork sliders. Service is hit or miss. But it didn't affect our overall experience. The ambience is amazing. I love the whole vibe. It reminds me of Tulum.

Yelp
After a quick stop getting some self care, a bite to eat was needed(the bottomless margaritas had me down for the count) And do I need to talk to y'all bout the shrimp and crispy polenta . Our server Daisy was beyond amazing. Over the course of the afternoon, we discovered that she rarely works on Sundays so it was indeed a treat to have her as our server. Daisy was very personable and made us want to come back and visit any time she's working. Finding out that she's normally bartending as that's her forte was an unexpected bonus. Can't wait to see her skills behind the bar as she dazzled us with the mention of some of her best cocktails. The Vig Park West is winning with her as a part of the team.

Yelp
Good happy hour spot! Ate here with my sister before a baseball game tonight. The menu had many drink and snack options, plus they had happy hour from 3-6. It was a good thing we had plenty of time before the game because it was a busy Friday night. We got the Happy Hour Marg and Strawberry Vodka drink. The mar is spicy, so be warned! We also got the happy hour chicken tacos (yum) and nachos. The nachos were just beans cheese and meat (we added this) , granted we said no jalapeño- but they were pretty plain for nachos. Not sure we would come back, but happy we tried it!

Yelp
This place has some awesome happy hour specials. I decided to try the sea salt edamame and chicken tacos. Everything was delicious and I especially liked the sauce that came with the tacos. The service was fast and friendly, as usual. And the vibes here are always great. I love this place and highly recommend stopping here for a meal (especially during happy hour)

Yelp
The Vig is a new restaurant and it is beautifully set up. Our group decided to sit at the outdoor patio and it was just so pretty. We sat on the outdoor chaise patio and the seats are so low that it was giving me knee pain. I wish the chairs were higher but we made due by sitting on their pillows. The food was great. I had the Vig burger with truffle Parmesan fries and black bean patty. I practically devoured it. I also tried the cinnamon roll and pancakes. Delicious. The food was excellent. Service was okay. It wasn't fantastic, but our drinks were refilled and waitress was able to split our checks. I highly recommend visiting.

Yelp
We spent Easter Sunday brunching at The Vig, and it was such a great experience! The atmosphere is super cool--modern, welcoming, and lively without being too loud. Our server was friendly and kept the energy light and fun the whole time, which made the experience even better. So glad we made reservations because it definitely filled up fast. The Easter brunch menu had some fun seasonal offerings. I ordered the Chilaquiles Rojo, and wow--by far the best thing we had at the table. Packed with flavor, perfectly sauced, and topped with a fried egg that brought it all together. I'd go back just for that. We also tried the Prime Rib Breakfast Tacos from the Easter feature menu. They were okay, but a little plain compared to everything else. The queso appetizer was a bit runny, but still tasty and hit the spot with those crispy chips. Drinks were on point--especially the Bloody Mary (spicy with a Tajín rim!) and their solid beer selection. Overall, it was a fun spot for a holiday brunch, and I'd definitely return to explore more of their regular menu.

Yelp
We came on a Friday afternoon for a group lunch. On appearance it did not look like it was a busy day, but the attentiveness of the staff was lacking. We had to ask many times for refills on ice tea, etc.. At one point a fire alarm went off over our table and they had to come in and move our tables around in the middle of our meal to make it stop. It took them a bit of time to figure out where the alarm was coming from and what they had to do to fix it. I would've expected an apology for the inconvenience. I did have the posole and it was good. A very large portion and the flourless cake was also good.

Yelp
Upscale and nice, contemporary look and atmosphere located within an outdoor retail center. Parking seemed easy enough and the place mid-day on a Monday was nearly empty. The menu is OK, a lot not that inspiring, although I latched on immediately to the Thai Noodle dish, and got it with shrimp which is extra. We had a comfortable booth and could survey most of the place which has an ample amount of indoor and outdoor seating, including a variety of types. Service was competent and the food came out in an eexpected amount of time. The Thai Noodle dish was disappointing, bland, tasteless and not very aappealing. It had a good enough peanut sauce but the flavor was just not there. I eat a lot of Thai dishes and this definitely missed the mark. It was similar to a watered down Pad Thai, without any vegetables all. The shrimp were OK but there weren't many at all, perhaps four or five small to medium sized. I probably selected the wrong menu item and should have stuck to a burger. The experience wasn't awful, just the dish didn't satisfy at all, and pricey. I really wanted to love this place, for the look alone. Maybe next time will be better.

Yelp
This is a great place to come have brunch, enjoy a margarita, some mimosas and just relax and enjoy the environment. I must say the chilaquiles were much better than anticipated, highly recommended. Indoor and outdoor seating make this place that much more enjoyable on a sunny afternoon. Definitely recommend this place if you're in the Glendale AZ area.

Yelp
I have enjoyed a really nice, quick lunch here a while back, and a delicious dinner here last night with Hubs. We decided to sit on the patio, instead of waiting for a spot inside, and enjoyed the heated patio, now that the temperature has dropped in Arizona. I was really craving a nice piece of fish all day and my craving was satisfied tonight. We ordered: - Blackberry Smash Mocktail - POZOLE - red chili spiced Mexican soup with pork, hominy, cilantro, avocado, radish, red onions, cabbage (to share. This has some heat to it. Fresh diced avocado as well) - FISH & CHIPS - beer battered rockfish, crispy fries, creamy slaw, jalapeno tartar sauce - GRILLED SALMON - roasted fingerling potatoes, cremini mushrooms, baby spinach, onions, lemon butter (delicious meal! Perfectly cooked salmon. The mushrooms, potatoes and sautéed spinach very good. Loved the lemon butter sauce drizzled along the inner edge of the plate) - PIE SNOB APPLE PIE with vanilla gelato (exactly how I wanted it to taste! So yummy!! Flaky, buttery crust, soft delicate layers of apple slices, warm spices, and an enjoyable scoop of vanilla gelato on top. It arrives in a small warm skillet. A perfect dessert to share after dinner, especially on a fall night) Our waiter, Cisco, brought us fresh water and took our order. They don't have mocktails on the menu so he asked what my mood was (fruity, sweet, bitter, dry, etc). I said fruity berry or lavender citrusy. He returned with a fizzy, sweet blackberry creation from the bartender. Yum. Our dishes were brought out by the chef each time, not long after the order was put in. Our pozole was brought out first with an extra bowl so we could share. Extra napkins and spoon were given before dessert arrived. It was such an enjoyable meal. There's bar seating inside, and a few large rooms for table and booth sitting, as well as a private room with round tables that can provide privacy when curtains are drawn, besides the patio area out front that gives a view of the park west outdoor shopping area. Men's and women's restrooms are located inside near the kitchen for customers.

Yelp
This is a great place to stop and eat should you find yourself out this way. I don't know if the music was live over the speaker but it was non stop. The service was outstanding and the food was even better. The sweet potato fries were probably the best I've had. They are a must try. The chicken enchiladas were delicious as well.

Jon S.

Yelp
Not great. We came in for Sunday Brunch. The location is beautiful and we were looking forward to a lovely breakfast. What we got was a bored server and long wait times. When the food got there, the oil was old and our hash browns and bacon tasted stale. Then came the mandatory 20% tip for a table of 2. I was very disappointed. WIll not be back.

Yelp
The Vig has very comfortable indoor and outdoor seatings. Service was excellent. We tried their Vig burger. It was moist and delicious. Came with fries or salad so we opted for sweet potato fries. They were so good! The blackened rockfish tacos were good too. It came with some refried beans and they were as expected. Will return to try few more entrees. Enjoy! Highly recommend!!

Yelp
Had a lunch date with my husband at The Vig Peoria, and I'm so glad we went! I haven't been feeling the best lately, but I was having a good day, so we decided to give this place a try. The restaurant is super spacious and has a classy vibe, plus the outdoor seating area is really nice and open. We got there a little before 2 p.m. and tried the pretzel, avocado toast, French dip, and truffle fries. The pretzel was warm and soft, the avocado toast was fresh and tasty, and the French dip was tender and flavorful. The truffle fries were a great side and added a rich flavor to everything. All in all, The Vig Peoria is a great spot with good food and a chill vibe. Perfect place to spend an afternoon!

Yelp
Will not be going back here again!! Gave it 3 chances and all were bad. Last straw was that we had gone and it felt extremely hot in the restaurant- so I asked if the air was working. Come to find out IT WASNT and they did not tell guests upon seating them. HUGE ISSUE. Customers should decide if they'd like to sit thru that or not and not play it off. It's AZ- there needs to be air. Secondly, the food has never been good. It's okay- but my chicken didn't have flavor, literally the easiest thing to cook- AND my partner had gotten the Himalayan Salt Rock Tuna and that rock was bad!! Probably CONTAMINATED, maybe absorbed something from where it's stored or just not cleaned probably. It was disgusting. He couldn't even continue eating it because the smell lingered! Upon sending it back, server said "it's a new item on our menu"... Well take it off because this place apparently doesn't take care of them right. Being in a plaza with other top restaurants, you'd expect better service, but almost feels like the Dennys of the plaza- where you only go when everywhere else is full- only Dennys still probably does better. Go somewhere else- it'll be worth it.

Yelp
The Vig is always a good idea! It's a really cool atmosphere and the food is always really good! We normally get the grilled chicken chopped salad but this time I tried the fish and chips and they were delicious. Also if you come to the Vig you can't leave without butterscotch bread pudding. Trust me it's amazing!!
google avatar

Kassandra L.

Yelp
We came for a team lunch during the afternoon and it was surprisingly empty. There's plenty of seating in general and the layout is spacious. The poblano enchiladas were delicious and I will order them again in the future! I found them tastier than the ones at barrio queen.
google avatar

Yelp
The ambiance here at night is perfect for date nights, family affairs, corporate dinners, and birthday dinners. Indoors is low lit but not too bad to where the menu is unable to be seen (or maybe it's just my "old" eyes). I've been to this location 3 times and the food here is always good and I haven't had a bad experience yet! The service has also been a good as well. This Vig location is one that I will continue to visit! I hope if anything ever changes that it only gets better!

Yelp
Service was great. Got sat within 5 minutes or so. This place is beautiful. If I could I would take all the planters and plants home with me. Saturdays and Sunday they now have brunch. I had a mocktail that was so refreshing. I got the French toast but I would not get it again. The inside was too soggy for me. The queso dip is fantastic, I highly recommend.

Yelp
The Vig knocked it out of the park today. From the beautifully plated food, the $6 martinis, the great service and beautiful patio. They checked all the boxes! I look forward to returning.

Yelp
My first opinion was not a good one. The hostess could not have smiled if she was being threatened. She was cold and aloof and not very welcoming. We sat outside on a glorious spring day. Our waiter was amazing and super nice. 2 of us had espresso martinis and the other 2 had draft beers. All were amazing. I had green chicken enchiladas and they were possibly the best I've ever had. Hubs had blackened fish tacos, he raved! The beans were fantastic too. Our friends had grilled chicken chop salad and she said the dressing was so good and the salad was fresh and tasty. Another friend had Thai noodles with chicken. He said it was very spicy but so good. I ordered my standard Irish coffee after lunch. I was given coffee, Jameson and a side of whip cream that was allegedly house made. The second I put it in my coffee, it curdled. My entire cup was curdled! My friend and I tasted it and it was made with Mexican Crema? It was sour and really not very good. The waiter took it off the table and off the bill. So, unfriendly hostess and really bad whip cream. The food was phenomenal!!

Yelp
Food and atmosphere were great. Service and waiter were great as well. We got steak frites and fish and chips. The prices were a bit high but it's kind of expected nowadays.

Yelp
What a beautiful restaurant. Inside and out. We were greeted by a very nice hostess and our waiter came to the table in a timely manner and had a good sense of humor. I ordered tacos - they were kind enough to make me Tinga Chicken Tacos (they do not have those on the menu) The black beans were delicious! I want to go back Just for those My friend ordered the Mac and cheese and loved it We will be back soon.
google avatar

Samantha J.

Yelp
The restaurant has a unique vibe and great food. I feel like it has a lot of potential for the atmosphere. The music was so faint that you could barely tell it was playing. Our waiter on the other hand was very attentive and gave amazing suggestions for the menu. We ordered three appetizers and they definitely did not disappoint!
google avatar

Haley H.

Yelp
This was a solid restaurant in the Downtown Phoenix area! We sat outside (though a few chairs could be cleaned as they had some bird ) and the vibe was cute! We ordered a couple drinks and some entrees and nothing stuck out as amazing but everything was just fine. The food arrived relatively fast and for a group of 6 we were in and out in an hour. The waiters were helpful and we had no complaints!

Bob H.

Yelp
First time sat approx 4pm we're seated. There were about 4 people in the entire restaurant and we sat for 5 minutes and no one ever approached the table. We did see wait staff in other room but never came over. We left. They are relatively new at this location and in 6 months will be closed. Very disappointing

Yelp
I'm so glad we tried this place out on our short trip to Glendale for Spring Training. There's lots of parking provided but the place was packed so we parked kinda far. There's alot if businesses and restaurants around. Walked in, someone just awkwardly walked around us and stood in a corner. We said hello but she didn't say anything back. Then the hostess came up and we again had to initiate a hello . He asked if we had a reservation to which I said no, and then proceeded to seat us immediately. Cool. The vibe was very cool. Dark, cool decor, tables, dinnerware. Food was spectacular. Nothing was bad or mediocre except for maybe the chicken on my daughter's Mac. It was just white no color or grill marks. Almost as if boiled but everything tasted great. I got the fish n chips with half sweet pot fries and man, so good. The slaw was sweet how I like it and the tartar was chefs kiss. My cousins chicken with chimichurri was cooked perfectly. Drinks were on point. We honestly want to go back to AZ just to eat here again.

Yelp
Hosted a small dinner at the Vig. Started by getting to the bar early and ordering an old-fashioned. Was absolutely shocked when the bill of $32.73 for one drink was dropped in front of me. Could have seen past that but ordered dinner for the group which included the calamari appetizer and I got the prime rib entrée. The calamari was burnt to a crisp with almost no flavor, and my prime rib was twice as thick as I've ever seen before, but extremely tough and cooked way too much. Big thumbs down will not be returning.
google avatar

Judy L.

Yelp
Came here a couple of times both times the food is good, the patio sitting is perfect and super comfortable, and it is clean! So far everything I have tried has been good, but the butterscotch bread pudding is to die for I ordered it again. smoked queso con chile with warm tortilla chips - Yes please. I need to try this with chorizo genuine cheeseburger - even tho I eat my burgers plain with bread, meat, and cheese, this one it good and juicy french dip - herb roasted Angus prime rib, soft hoagie roll, with au jus dip, I forgot to add cheese. The service is hit and miss. First time the server was awesome, he was fast and friendly. Second time the server, she only came back once to check if we needed refills. Before she asked if we are ready for the bill, all our glasses where empty. Then the manager or lead bought a to go container and it was dirty both sides. When I finally got her attention, she inspected the container like I made it dirty. She bought me a new one.

Yelp
Very fond memories of the Vig! My mom, grandma, and I sat at a booth and ordered ourselves some happy hour sliders and chicken wings. I really recommend the chicken wings, they're not the fried kind. It's saucy and tastes smokey, and not over cooked too! The sliders were pretty alright! I think I want to try the actual big burger next time, maybe I'll like it more. Anyways, wings were a win for me.

Yelp
My bestie and I actually came here after we were waiting to eat at another spot (gave up after waiting until 1, when were waiting since 11:15) Service was excellent. We sat at the bar and were served immediately. 10/10 would return just based on the great service. It was attentive but not overbearing. I had the hot honey chicken sandwich. For sides you can choose fries, 1/2 regular 1/2 sweet potato fries or a salad. I chose the 1/2 and 1/2. The chicken sandwich was not spicy for me at all, but it was definitely a great flavor. The chicken was nicely cooked. It wasn't sweet, if you're looking for more of a honey flavor. However, it was very nicely balanced with the cheddar cheese, pickles and slaw. The fries were perfectly done. Usually when I get both kinds, the sweet potato fries are a limp mess when the regular fries are good, or vice versa. However, the Vig does both nicely. I liked it so much I got one to go, and a cinnamon roll, just because. The cinnamon roll was fluffy without being overly dense. It wasn't too sweet. It was at least an 8 out of 10. Yum. Bestie had the classic breakfast. She said it was good and she's into food like I am. This location is very clean, was not overly loud. You could easily have a conversation, and it was busy but had good vibes. You know when a place is busy without seeming hectic? That's what I like. It's here. Yassss. Anyway, I think this location is newer because I literally had no idea it was here. She found it for us when we were trying to find something else. There's a lot of great looking options on the menu. It's not so huge that it's overwhelming, but it does make it a little hard to decide what to get. Definitely will be back.

Yelp
Had a small medical gathering at the Park West restaurant last night. Our reservation was ready when I arrived. While waiting for guests to arrive I had a glass of wine at the bar. Very friendly bartender and a nice full pour of red house wine. There is Happy Hour pricing that was reasonable. The unique seating at the bar was not uncomfortable but noisy when moving the chairs. We sat down and after some discussion placed our food orders. We had much to talk about but it seemed to take a long time to get the food. Once the orders arrived I would say everyone was more than satisfied with their choice. Great menu with affordable pricing. Very friendly staff.

Came here for a late dinner with friends & was not disappointed! First, our waitress was amazing! She was so kind & engaging, even offered to put our friend's cupcakes in the fridge for us. The food was yummy & the happy hour after 8PM is such a steal. Their espresso martinis are a must!

Yelp
Delicious food, great atmosphere and fantastic service. My friend and I both had the Veggie Burger, she had the gluten free bun. We both had the mixed fries (sweet potato and regular), so crispy. Shared the edamame. The best Veggie Burger I ever had. The presentation was off the charts. Their ice tea is delicious! For dessert we had the flourless chocolate cake Yummmy! Our waiter Christian made our experience perfect! Can't wait to go back and try something else

Yelp
Great place for before the game or concert at State Farm Stadium, Just far enough away to avoid the crowds. Good local beers and tacos. Don't miss the happy hour with great food selections and $7 wine, $5 beers and $5 well.

Yelp
Food wasn't good. Our pasta was hard and cold and the charcuterie board taste old like it had been sitting around the kitchen. Service was ok, we appreciated that they made us a new plate of pasta though. Ambiance setting was giving fancy and boogie lol Probably won't come back but thank you for the experience

Yelp
Had a great impromptu date night and always while escaping the business of life we look for a good if not great happy hour. The Vig delivers with great vibes a large bar with a lot of seating good service and bites. Happy hour menu is just big enough for anyone to find something and daily specials as well. Not insanely loud so we were able to have good conversation with competing with all others and we enjoyed live music which is a lost art in public spaces. Will for sure come back as the nachos were unreal, the garlic truffle fries really good (little salty) and the pork sliders were the thing we wouldn't repeat but still a good deal at HH. Especially when they graciously replaced the Jameson in my wife's blackberry drink with rum.

Yelp
I've been here a handful of times and have enjoyed every meal or app I've ordered. I will say the customer service is always very slow, but I like the vibes and food/drink options so I keep coming back. I ordered the truffle fries for an app and they were sooooooo good. For my meal I got the dojo chilaquiles which were okay, not great, not bad but were lacking a little bit of flavor. The queso dip is also very good. The summer specials are half off espresso martinis, house margs, and mimosas sooo I def took advantage of that. All of their drinks are soooo good. The ambiance is so cute!

Yelp
Been here a couple of times and was sort of underwhelmed. The food is solid. The weird thing was that they were out of a lot of ingredients for brunch drinks and food. We got the crispy cauliflower, pork belly Benedict and posole and the soup was by far superior. A cool thing was that mimosas were half of bottles so that was a score!
