I live in one of the apartments here and am enjoying it far too much. My lease is up in June and it will be time to grow up and start being a responsible homeowner again. The restaurants and shopping make life very convenient and comfortable. Freeway access is less than 5 minutes from the time I close my front door. Highly recommended for a place to live.

This is quite a happening place with ample parking. I was particularly impressed by plenty of outdoor heating units that are perfect of enjoying the cooler fall evenings. Lots of folks hanging around as it’s a busy market but it still has a calm ambience. All in all good place to hang out with unique restaurants.

05/28/23: I would say It is not a very big mall but it has some famous brands in the area. I found there are Trader’s Joe, Whole Foods Market, B&N, etc. The atmosphere is amazing and chilling. There are tons of parking lots, both underground and outside. I enjoyed my time being here

This is probably one of the very few times I had my coffee black, and it was amazing. It was the Colombia pour-over, and I took one sip and knew I didn't need to put anything in it. I normally put at least a little cream and brown sugar (I'm no coffee aficionado,) but this required nothing. So good. My son got a matcha latte that was also outstanding. Definitely going back when I can. Highly recommend!

These guys helped me save money on my bill. I was on a legacy plan and future dated my next billing cycle on a newer plan with the same features.

Totem Lake is my go-to place for feeling like a millionaire—until I check my bank balance and remember I’m… definitely not. Walking around, I’m like, ‘Oh, look at me, casually browsing $300 candle holders and designer water bottles.’ It’s like a theme park for ‘premium vibes,’ where my wallet stays firmly closed, but my dreams of affording luxury stay alive. Who needs to actually shop when you can just feel rich by association?

A nicely developed shopping center in Kirkland right off the 405 freeway with a lot of great stores such as Whole Foods, Barnes & Noble, Nordstrom Rack, Trader Joe's, a Cinemark Movie Theater, various restaurants and many other stores. It's a great place to spend the day or a night out watching a movie and grabbing some dinner. It does get very busy so parking can be a little tough. Overall, it's a 5 star rating for me and definitely a place to check out.
