We hired The Vintage Tea and Cake Company to do the catering for our son's first birthday. The communication with their team was excellent. We were able to easily pick our options. The delivery team got and set everything up for us meticulously and on time. The food was delicious. All our guests loved everything. The vegetarians and kids also had great choices. Hire them for you next party and you won't regret it!

I came here Saturday, Oct. 5, and it was a wonderful way to start off my day! Thanks to the French jazz music playing overhead, the array of beautiful china and florals, and the warm lights, the room has a relaxed and welcoming feel to it. Right away, the server at the time, Lauren, greeted me, gave me the menu, and asked if I needed any accommodations. Overall, she definitely contributed to the experience due to her kindness, efficiency, and alertness! Even with what seemed to be a full house and a smaller staff, the food and tea arrived quickly (I think under 15 minutes for me) and was displayed beautifully. I ordered the Winter Spice tea and thoroughly enjoyed the soothing mix of fruit and all spices which perfectly suited the cool, fall morning. All of the finger foods were simply amazing too! Each had the perfect balance of flavors and textures, the fruits and vegetables tasted fresh, and the desserts were not too sweet which I appreciated. How each table had a different table set-up—different table cloths, dish shapes and designs, and flowers—created a homey yet elegant atmosphere that I'd definitely like to return to in the future!

Hosted a baby shower here today for my sister-in-law and it was the perfect venue!! They were so helpful working with us, the food was amazing, the teas were lovely, and it was such a great space for an event. Highly recommend for an event or just a nice afternoon tea!

My friends have been raving about The Vintage Tea and Cake Company for years. I finally had a chance to go this past month and I don’t know why it took me so long to get there. The only way to describe it, is feeling like royalty with all the finest things but in cozy, relaxed and charming setting. The decor, ambiance, selection of tea and beverages and the outstanding small sandwiches, pastries and treats are delightful. The Vintage Tea and Cake Company hosts our yearly Teachers Tea and came out this past week and transformed our library in the most beautiful way. It is one of the most cherished annual events for our teachers and staff!

So so so delightful and delicious! My best friend and I went to celebrate her birthday and we had a great time. A beautiful place and food is so beautifully presented and amazingly delicious. Gorgeous tea menu. I had ginger peach cinnamon and each person gets their own pot of the tea of their choice. Gorgeous atmosphere. Tea pattern wallpaper, pink lace tablecloths, stunning teapots and cups with various patterns. A small, intimate space - make reservations! Here's what I can recall from the menu, top to bottom as seen in the picture. This was a tray for two of us and we got one each of the following from top two trays. Top tray: chocolate raspberry truffle, fruit tart. Middle tray: blueberry scone with strawberry jam and clotted cream, lemon square, pistachio shortbread. The bottom tray is for sandwiches. We each got 4 mini sandwiches and you can choose the vegetarian ones or the regular ones. I got the vegetarian which, to the best of my recollection, were: cucumber sandwich, deviled egg sandwich, roasted red pepper sandwich, goat cheese and fig. The bread on the mini sandwiches was really good too. In conclusion, highly recommend this place! Make reservations though!

I hired Vintage Tea and Cake to cater an outdoor baby shower. The tea service was beautiful, the tea sandwiches and petite desserts were lovely and delicious and the server was gracious, friendly and worked the entire time keeping the buffet refreshed and the hot tea hot and iced tea cold! I highly recommend!

Someone subluxed my jaw this week, and I didn’t get to do anything for my birthday because I was in so much pain and talking is hard. Eating is also hard. My parents took me here because at least I could sip yummy tea and they could carry the conversation if needed, and the sandwiches were really tiny and I could break them into pieces. It was such a fun event. The owner really takes time and each of us had our own little teapot and our own plate and saucer. It’s a small place, but it feels more like an experience than just a meal. There is a step to get in and the space is not very big, but I was able to manage bringing my walker inside .

Visited on a Sunday morning at 10am with my 2 daughters. Service was very friendly - I appreciated all the smiling faces! The food however was just OK and does not justify the $30 per adult charge and $18 per child charge. The bread on all of our sandwiches was hard…didn’t taste fresh. The bakery items were OK…nothing memorable. Their tea selection was good. I enjoyed my vanilla chai. No matter how nice the service was…it doesn’t make the food taste any better.
