This place has exceptional coffee and was amazing in helping a 7 people group find a place to feed two 3 year old twins. The barista went out of her way to help us due to the fact that there was no large seats open at the time and also was kind enough to warm up the lunch we brought for the twins. This place was a must go in my opinion, not only for the customer service, but the food and drink!

I was recommended to try this place out, was told it's the best coffee in town, so of course I was very excited. Took my whole family there. Wasn't surprised when there was a long line out the door. And I was more than willing to wait. Sometimes good coffee takes a while to get. Well, while I was in line, several people ordered food out of the case, and EVERY TIME, they grabbed it with their BARE HANDS. Not washing between touching the register/money, not wearing gloves, not using tongs. Just grabbing it bare handed. It wasn't just one person. It was multiple. I was disgusted. Especially as a person that works in the food industry. I was planning on getting some food, but absolutely not after that. After a couple customers, for some reason, someone started using tongs. I don't know why they're not being used every single time. On top of that, not one person that worked there that day was friendly. They all seemed to be angry that anyone could want coffee. I wasn't greeted friendly, I was barely even looked at. They all had such attitude. The place was actually very cute, they had some merch, and self serve coffee toppings like honey and cinnamon. Several tables which came in handy as one of my kids needed to get some homework done. But that was all they had going for them. The coffee wasn't even very good. I can say we came back the next day, because we really needed coffee, and the person working that day was actually friendly. I will give them a star for that. I can understand there are bad days here and there. The coffee was a little better this day too. But not much. I have to say I am highly disappointed in almost every aspect of this place, and if I'm in Chelan again, I will absolutely find another coffee place

Ordered a matcha with strawberry cold foam.. Tasted like milk. Strangely like oat milk which we did not order. We asked the girl to fix it which she said she would and then proceeded to give us a brownish milky drink. No more matcha like we had asked and the cold foam was still not “cold foaming.” She seemed nice enough, just does not know how to make a decent matcha or “cold foam.” Overall would not go again. Definitely not worth over $7..

Veg quiche wasn’t good. A bit salty and slushy. The caprese veg sandwich was great. The banana milkshake was too too sweet. Will want to come again o try smoothies.

There was a 100 people at Starbucks down the street so we gave this place a try. The coffee was many times over better than Starbucks. We like a dark roast. It was definitely dark enough, but was smooth as well. It was not to crowded. Friendly staff.

I love vogue! The coffee is delicious and the food is too! Their cookies are unreal. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious and huge. The staff is always kind and the service is quick. I love that you can order online and pick up too.

Great coffee shop for start your day. Coffee, smoothies, burritos and fresh bakery. We ordered everything and everything was fresh and tasty good . There is always a small line but it moves quickly, the workers will prepare everything in 10-15 minutes. It is worth waiting a little. Totally will be back .

If you like unfriendly workers, and when ordering 2 drinks, one is made quickly and the other takes 10 minutes because they decided to make coffee for customers who ordered AFTER us....then you'll love this place. When asking if they were going to make our 2nd drink, they responded as if we were bothering them. Coffee was terrible, never going back.

Bingo. Great coffee. Went with an espresso martini, wife loved her coffee (knows her coffee), and kids were pleased as well. Service was fabulous. Everyone smiling. Great place to do work or relax. Outside seating for people watching. Going with a 5/5. Espresso martini may have something to do with that.

I've been here on a couple different trips now to/through Chelan. They're kind of the default coffee stop since my favorite place closed. With one fewer coffee shop option in town, they do tend to get pretty busy. We lucked out this last time and were able to claim a table and stick around a while. The coffee here tastes good but tends to deliver a bit too much of a caffeine punch for me, so I need to remember to order a split shot. I appreciate that they include honey at their self-serve station so I can add the right amount I know I like. I tried a veggie frittata this last time as well and thought it was okay. Cute tees, to-go mugs, and other merch for sale. Looks like they operate as a wine bar in the evenings though I've never come in later in the day to try them out. Maybe next time.

Service was OK - gave off Seattle vibes for being in a smaller town. I probably wouldn't return.

We stepped in here for a sandwich for someone in our group and they annoyed us all with the pleasurable sounds they made from eating their sandwich from this place lol... so highly recommend!

The coffee was just okay. I felt like the girl at the counter was annoyed but maybe she was just having a bad day. That is all.

Drinks were expensive. Atmosphere was only okay. Felt unwelcome and the girls behind the counter seemed annoyed at my presence. I paid $8 for a 16oz redbull that was warm and quite frankly not very good, would not recommend

The staff is very rude they dont even know how to do a simple order and of course they treat the white folk better

This place is so cute and the merch is adorable, it gets absolutely SLAMMED on the weekends as one of the only coffee shops in town. There isn't much urgency getting food out, took about an hour to get a quiche and it was surprisingly REALLY spicy.

Stopped by a couple times while in town. This is the snowflake latte which was yum, we also got a breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwich. They were premade but flavorful and good. They also sell smoothies. I also got a peppermint mocha which was good as well. The space is cute with some outdoor seating. They also offer online ordering!

Local teacher here. Went in with my two young boys for a few drinks before a swim and felt unwelcomed the whole time we were being serviced. Dark haired girl who "helped" us kept giving us the annoying face and shoved a menu in my face the moment I asked for flavors available. Mind you, I barely get the chance to go to these places and don't know where everything is at. Also, when it was time for me to pick up my drink, I accidentally took the wrong one and when the girl approached me about it, I quickly handed it off since I hadn't drank from it and apologized. She took it and pointed to the name of it and took off. I felt so stupid, but it was an honest mistake. She made it known I further annoyed bAlso, my kids asked for strawberry Italian sodas and she barely put any syrup in there, which ruined their experience and didn't even want to drink it. I guess if I want to "shop/support local" I'll just head to Apple Cup 2. Those ladies sure hustle and still are the friendliest out there.

Let me say that the service and ambiance is 10/10! The people working are very nice and helpful and it's very cute inside. My 2 star review goes for the value of the food. A smoothie is $10. I thought okay - sometimes they're $10, but they're normally quite large. Sadly, no. It's the same size as a small coffee. It tastes good, sure, but $10.83 when including tax for a tiny smoothie is just not worth it. Chelan is expensive sure but I wouldn't advise the smoothies here

Great coffee and fantastic customer service. Did not try the food, but coffee was delicious. This become our go to coffee stop in Chelan. Order of choice: Iced Oat Milk Carmel Macchiato

Cute coffee shop in Chelan. Barista was friendly and gave suggestions. They have amazing breakfast sandwiches and they even have a wine bar. Inviting fire pit at the front with seating.

One of my favorite drinks I've found recently was what our local coffee shop called a Ghost Mocha, and it was a magnificent new twist on a PSL with white chocolate. Now when I go to coffee shops, I want to try their take on this and see how they do with it. Of course I ordered it here when we stopped in while shopping in downtown. We were greeted with enthusiasm by the folks working behind the counter and I really felt like they were genuinely happy to be there. Their humor was excellent and it felt like a warm, fun place to hang out with a cup of your favorite caffeine. I ordered my special latte and hubby got a cup of coffee, and we hung out while our orders were being made. While waiting, I stopped in the bathroom which was clean and well appointed, and I snooped around the back which was also clean. All the other patrons in the shop looked like locals, and were greeted by name by the folks working there. What a nice vibe. Our drinks were really good, priced reasonably, and we enjoyed sitting a bit and sipping before we got back to pre-holiday shopping. If I were around the area again, I'd definitely return here for the friendly atmosphere, yummy drinks, and nice folks here at The Vogue.

Amazing coffee and vegan sandwiches. A must visit each time we visit! Honestly the bahn mi vegan sandwich was amazing! Going back this afternoon for another!

Coffee tasted burnt. Lemonade was a little watery but not too bad. The drinks had so much ice in them it was hard to put the straw in.

Great little coffee and wine bistro on Main Street in Chelan. Good selection of pre-made salads, quiche (including vegetable option), sandwiches, a few craft beers and a couple wine choices. Plus some amazing chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies. Wow. A half dozen dog friendly table on patio to watch Chelan city life drift by. Great, friendly behind the counter service. A few tables inside, but recommend the patio.

Although gigabit fiber service is dirt-cheap in Chelan, the wifi in this place is molasses-slow. Much more important: service is indifferent and slow. It's clean, well lit, the extremely limited menu is edible. You're expected to fetch your stuff from the front counter once prepared and they won't notify you when it's ready. I'm not sure why they would expect tips. They put out very little effort to make their customers feel well served.

Amazing coffee. Super cute. Didn't buy food this time but everyone else was and all inside tables were taken . Love seeing a place so busy but still peaceful . Lovely outdoor seating also . Very warm and hospitable service. Perfectly served drinks. Right in the heart of old Chelan by riverwalk. The perfect small town feel but with the trendy industrial look. Loved it !

Fresh lemonade was very delicious and refreshing. The turkey pesto and caprese sandwich has very fresh ingredients! We would recommend this place for a simple lunch and drinks! Next time we will try their coffee. The service was friendly and attentive. And the ambiance was fun because the wall to the balcony rolls up letting in sun and fresh air. You can bring your dog too if you sit outside!!

I was looking for a great breakfast spot while in Chelan and saw that The Vogue had great reviews! My husband and I came in early on a Saturday morning and it was fairly quiet. The space is very cool and I'd love to come back for the live music they have advertised! Service was alright - they seemed a little understaffed. One cashier (who was also handling food) and a barista. We were in for a very lazy morning so the time from entry to order to drink wasn't an issue but this is not a "quick stop for coffee" type of place; in case that's what you're looking for! My husband had a latte and I had a hot chocolate - he said the coffee was pretty standard. My hot chocolate was creamy and delicious. The ham breakfast sandwich: was unfortunately cold in the middle. Otherwise tasted great and the sauce on it was awesome. The quiche: Pretty good, the veggies and meat added were good, it was just a little bland. (I might be an over salter though!) The whole experience was lovely, it was a great place to sit on a sunny, cold, Saturday morning. By the time we were leaving at around 9:30am it was *very* busy. Lots of locals (and dogs)!

I went to the Vogue yesterday with my sister. She lives in Chelan and loves this place. I was not impressed. The young woman pulling shots tamped down every single shot with the palm of her hand. Disgusting. And it took forever to receive my iced latte and the iced tea for my sister. There were several women working that day but the place seemed disorganized. The place itself was swarming with customers so it was loud and unpleasant to sit there. Sorry. I'll be getting my coffee elsewhere this trip.

Great coffee, lots of food options, and friendly staff! Convenient location in downtown Chelan!

Uuuuuugh this place is rad. I got the caprese sandwich and a fresh homemade sparking cranberry limeade. Insane looking pastries fill the counter. The staff was perfect and inviting. The cafe was very clean. The also have wine and beer. This place is the whole package. I will come back when in Chelan.

Really good coffee and good food too. Friendly staff always a plus. Candidly surprised to find the coffee so good in Chelan as finding good coffee is always a challenge while on vacay in non metro towns. Enjoyed the yogurt parfait and veggie frittata for breakfast. Picked up sandwiches for lunch (to take to water park) and they are tasty too. Definitely recommend.

Good breakfast sandwiches. My husband prefers Starbucks's Mocha Frappuccino to The Vogue's frozen Mocha but I preferred The Vogue's decaf drip to Starbucks's decaf pour-over for sure. Not great Covid rule enforcement by the staff--when I was there an unmasked adult male customer was in the store.

New owners, updated decor and same quality beverages and food. Still trying to find its groove, it is a comfortable coffee wine stop.

The coffee was not very good. We ordered a mocha and a white mocha and it just tasted like coffee with milk. They were not that friendly to us either. After receiving our poorly made drinks, one of the baristas came over to add more sauce to the white mocha because they said it probably wasn't sweet enough. We saw this as unprofessional. Why couldn't they have just remade the drink in the proper way? And anyway, the tables were disgustingly dirty !

Yes to the smoothies and yes to the paninis! Haven't tried anything else but big fan of both of these. Always have great service, nice staff.

We got the vegetable frittata, breakfast burrito and scone. Frittata was good and hot on the outside but not warmed all the way through and same thing with burrito. The food was delicious but as far as burrito I wish that they would wrap it in to a foil or parchment paper so it would be contained? Because it was falling apart and was messy to eat. The customer service was good I would give 4.5 stars because my wife ordered sugar free caramel macchiato and she got regular ones instead. Over all it a good place to visit and have breakfast.

Coffee is great, food not so much! We got a white chocolate mocha iced which wasn't as sweet as I wanted it to be. Nothing that couldn't be fixed by adding more sugar. Sausage sandwich is okayish and so is the veggie burrito. Nothing special. Ambience inside is okay too!

Thank you for the excellent apple pie! My daughter and I came in for coffees two days before Christmas. There was only one young lady working so she was doing everything. As a result, the service was a little on the slow side. There was a steady stream of customers that came in. My Americano was super good and my daughter loved her tea. We saw a sign posted offering special order pies for Christmas Eve. We had come in early to mid afternoon and ordered the pie. I wasn't sure if they would actually do it since the lady making the pies wasn't there. The gal on site said she would text the baker and get back to me. I never heard back. I called after we got home and left a message. Still didn't hear back until the following day (Christmas Eve) at around 1140am telling me my pie was ready and we had until noon to pick it up. Luckily my daughter had already left the house to go see if they made the pie. She came home with a warm pie and it was EXCELLENT!

Note for coffee lovers - look no further for coffee options in chelan/Manson area. This issss your best option. Strong, milk alternatives and brewed to perfection. Their breakfast items are easy on the pockets and belly lol. Fast service and good food and coffee. What else do we really need :)

Coffee and atmosphere are great. Love that patio is dog friendly. Love the music scene here too. Only recommendation would be to plus up the food - more flavor, please.

I ordered two coffees, the breakfast burrito, and two cinnamon rolls. The coffee's were kind of watery and they didn't have a lot of ice in them. The breakfast burrito was nine dollars and was really pretty disappointing, The potatoes were undercooked and it had a white sauce inside of it and what looked like powdered eggs.The atmosphere was really nice though and the lady taking orders was kind. We also found a long hair baked into one of the cinnamon rolls.

They have the best espresso based coffee drinks in Lake Chelan! Just ordered the breve-- excellent! So glad I found these guys !

0 starts if possible. A young hispanic girl walked in and was waiting at the counter to get her order taken.. the barista (white) was behind the bar ignoring her PLENTY OF TIMES. DIDNT GREET HER.. & took a long time to "find the time" to get her order and when she did take her order she was rude about it.. terrible attitude she had with her. Then a white mom came in and right away she got her order taken and got a hello from the barista.. and was very friendly.. now the hispanic girl felt uncomfortable by the way she looked around trying to see if anyone else noticed what was going on and i made sure she saw that i saw what was happening and gave her a peace of my mind about it! So glad i did! Very nice young lady she was. Took her for a cup of coffee somewhere else! Oh it gets worse.. THE owner, Cooney.. walk by and did nothing to help the situation, he just greeted all of us white folks but her. It's 2019 folks.. stop it with your nonsense and let's greet and treat these beautiful humans that do nothing but make this a better place to be in with respect. Now let's talk coffee.. one word.. Terrible. I'm from seattle take it from me.. we seem to know our coffee.. this coffee shop is terrible.. not just talking about CUSTOMER SERVICE but the coffee is watery without any flavor.. hate coffee shops that just don't know their coffee!!!! Disappointed! You wont be seeing me here again.

The Vogue has new owners! They have put some serious work into this place! The coffee and menu is amazing! They make a great atmosphere with good music and food! They even kept the original floors from yesterday's! Love it! Highly recommend!

Came here to get a glass of wine but they did not actually serve wine. Instead we got breakfast sandwiches. Sausage egg and cheese on a waffle pita type bread. The girl was extremely chatty and friendly and sweet. The breakfast sandwiches were cooked to perfection. I wasn't expecting much from looking at it but it was bursting with flavor. Absolutely amazing. I would love to go back and try some of their other stuff. Really nice little place with good customer service.

Very nice cozy place near the center of the town. The choices for breakfast were limited but very well prepared and delicious. The place has selection of sandwiches, panini and baked goods. Southwest chicken sandwich and t Bomb were tasty. Service was quick and courteous.

My old review has been edited from 5 stars to 3 because they now close at 2 pm. I'm sure the coffee is still good, but how can I enjoy a cup of it after 2? Who closes at 2? I get staffing shortages and whatever, but one of the number one ways to stay on business is to have a business that's actually open. My guess is they won't last long.

They have beer and wine plus a live band on the weekend To drunk to leave a great review. Pack to the gills for live band. So awesome place to stop for beer or wine at night for the concert.
