VSpot is truly a vegan treasure, especially since they’ve been open for 20 years. It’s my first time. They also changed to weekends only due to financial struggles. However, it doesn’t take away from the hospitality and the food. I highly recommend stopping by. Also, if Elle is your server, she is THE BEST!

AMAZING AMAZING vegan Latin dishes. So many classic options I haven’t been able to try before, like arepas! Super friendly staff, delicious food. Highly recommend the arepa carabano. Overall a 10/10.

Enjoyed the food at the Vspot. Between us we had the summer rolls, quesadillas, burrito and chick parm. All really good and tasty. Very good portion sizes. Gabriella was so friendly and we would recommend as good veggie spot.

I tried it on a whim tonight wanted something new something healthy , and im glad i tried it! these were literally some of the crispiest tortilla chips I have ever had like ever, a main driver if not the driver of this review! and the garlicky kale fresh vibrant delicious not one stem in sight! the chicarron?! nailed it ! and the shell of the empanada? perfectly crisp! my only wish is that I didnt get delivery and that I had went to the restaurant to get all this goodness straight out the fryer!

this place used to be one of my favorite vegan spots back when they still had a bar. nowadays it's usually empty and yet they somehow still don't have enough staff. terrible wait times just to be seated because all staff is usually hanging out in the kitchen. they've cut the menu in half - no more sandwiches AND they got rid of my beloved avocado fries. maybe best to avoid while they figure things out.

I order pick-up from here all the time. The food is always consistently delicious. It's one of the vegan gems in the neighborhood, but I really don't think the place is just _for_ people that only eat plant based. It's for anyone that loves Latin food.

I picked this spot to eat with my sister because she's vegan, and I tend to have an aversion to meat substitutes. But a friend of mine said that I wouldn't even notice the difference here, and she was absolutely right. The service was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was pretty cozy. I ordered the Bandeja Paisa (my favorite dish of all time). The chicharrones were SO TASTY, well seasoned, and had the perfect crunch to chew ratio. The rice and beans tasted like my Abuelita's, and the arepas were fresh. We'll definitely be back!

Came here on a night out with co-workers. I am the only vegan, the other two were not, so this was a new experience completely for them. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak which was absolutely delicious and filling, I couldn't even finish it all. One of my co-workers tried the Bacon Chicken Cheeseburger, and said it tasted just like meat and he loved it, which was win for me and the vegan community :) Our waiter was also very friendly and accommodating. The only downsides are the drinks were not the strongest, and a lot of the "meat" in my sandwich kept spilling out whenever I was trying to eat it. However, I would come back here and try something else for sure.

Review of Delivery: Wet. Flavorless. Moist. Definitely, by far, the worst vegan food I've ever had. Tried the cauliflower, tried the empanadas, tried the avocado fries, tried the chicharrón burrito. Wow. Sadness. The sadness. Might be better when it's fresh? Idk.

Great Latino vegan food here. Huge portions and reasonable prices, although not a cheap meal. House-made gluten-free and corn chips are both awesome. The guac rocks, beats the salsa hands down. Burritos are giant and very tasty. I love what they do here with seitan. Good service and ambience too! One all-gender restroom. Minus one star - beer on the menu but none available.

Come here all the time because my husband is vegan, I'm not and I always love everything on the menu. Sangria is so good and the avocado fries are my favorite

Still one of my fave vegan comfort foods in Brooklyn. Their meals are well priced and portions are good. There is not really any waiter service and you order everything yourself. The interior was cute and simple. We got the carne molida burrito and nachos. Both were really tasty!

I would have gave it five stars but I ordered the lemonade and the waitress didn't say anything bad about it to me but someone comes in and tries to order it and she tells them it isn't good don't order it .the lemonade wasn't the greatest but wasn't the worst either It was a nice chill place food was delicious. I will definitely be going back.

1 of 2 reviews (uber eats) i snapped a picture after i mixed up everything! but i got the chk'n caesar kale salad & a side of beans and rice & mixed everything together *chefs kiss* sheesh this was so good. i definitely recommend. they wasn't cheap with the quantity of the vegan chk'n like it was literally perfect. the kale was fresh & the sauce was great. i wish they would've gave me more vegan ranch but this is something i can see myself ordering consistently. highly recommend 10/10 crazy part is the proportions was so perfect i can't tell you when the last time i got full off a salad! yea the beans and rice alters that statement but it was perfect everything went together . again 10/10. next time will be a in person review.

So a friend and I stopped here and I will say this! This place delivereddddddddddddd lol I'm not even a vegan but love trying out new spots and this was epic!!!! I'm Colombian so having this treat of a dish taste the way it did was mind blowing, the flavors delivered and the place was clean and such a nice vibe with nice staff. We proceeded to order the avocado fries and had the bandeja paisa variety plate and it was great! We order through the QR code and the food was out in minutes it was a Saturday night and the neighborhood and location was great, easy parking and a great evening was had. Will definitely be coming back here.

Walked in with my husband around 10:15pm on a Thursday night, prepared to get our food to go, since they close at 11pm. We were graciously given the option to dine in, and we did! We had the restaurant to ourselves and enjoyed amazing food - I had a chik'n parm wrap with kale, he had the cheesesteak sub, and we shared nachos and a side of plantains. Lots of food but somehow...we ate it all! Yum yum. Service was friendly, prices were reasonable, our server offered great suggestions, good hot sauce! Good for non- vegetarians too! I hope to return next time I'm in Bklyn.

I'm with the others on food! They've consistently delivered when it comes to taste and presentation! No frills, cute date spot! While the service might not be the best, they do get busy and even when they're not tend to be hands off, I still love the place. Feels very homey and casual. My fave is still the bandeja paisa - traditional Colombian fare but vegan! You've also gotta try their salsa roja, the bottle is worth it (to take home I mean)! I really enjoy my meals here, I will always find an excuse to pop in when I'm back in town

It can be hard to find good vegan food while traveling. V Spot was a great find. Can't speak to the restaurant itself as we got delivery both times we had it while in town, but the food was awesome. The empanadas were delightfully crisp and stuffed full of tasty potatoes, corn, and other goodness. They're not kidding when they say the jerk one is HOT. I'm obsessed with their nachos. The brownie is no joke either. I'm sad I live on the opposite coast or I'd be a regular.

This vegan restaurant is a Gem. As soon as you walk in, you are sincerely greeted. Place is cleaned and has a comfortable feel. I had the privilege to sample three empanadas as shown in the pictures attached. They were so flavorful. The sauces and guac was house made ( I would have drank it if no one was watching. Haha!! It was that good. The second dish was Korean Fried Cauliflower. Now this was an explosion in your mouth!! The blend of the sauce with the crispy crunch on the cauliflower...WOW!! Out of bounds!! Must try!! I bragged about it so much another customer waiting to order, also ordered. I will be back!! Great job Enrique!! You Rock!!

Another Vegan restaurant to explore! The VSPOT, is a quaint little place. We were greeted and seated. They have this really cool feature when ordering and paying your tab through your phone. We ordered the salsa and chips to start with and margaritas. The chips were warm and soft with a little crunch. The margaritas were perfect with just enough salt on the rim. For entrees we ordered la Bandeja Paisa which contained chicharrón, red beans, eggs, avocado, sweet plantains, corn arepa and rice and we ordered Lasagna which came surf a Caesar salad. All of the food was delicious but the star of the show was the chicharrón! They were crispy but soft, flavorful and addicting! Another Vegan restaurant in my books! I will definitely return!

Came here 30 mins before closing on a Saturday night . We ordered it to go. You have to do it yourself thru the touchscreen ordering system. I could've dealt without that part. I like the human touch speaking directly with someone. The entire menu is plant based which I loved. I ordered the buffalo strips they were good. We also ordered the " chicharons" I was almost fooled. It tasted so realistic. You know it's not pork but the texture was just giving. I also had the Philly empanada that was just ok. Nice flaky crust very buttery. The filling didn't really do it for me. It needed a bit more seasoning

now I haven't tried every vegan spot in Brooklyn... but lemme tell u my partner and I were here for a week and we became regulars. We ordered four bandeja paisas hoping we'd have leftovers but immediately cleared our plates. As a Colombian shawty I near cried eating it because it can be so hard to find quality latine vegan food that feels authentic. I felt like I was shot back to my childhood eating the bandeja paisa I dont even remember if we tried anything else because it was that good! Hands down one of our favorite restaurants in Brooklyn for sure!!

I stopped here after going to the vet across the street since I had my dog with me & couldn't enter any stores. I didn't interact with anyone so I can't speak on that but ordering from the kiosk was easy and it takes card only. Food came out about 15 min later and was still warm when I got home. Everything I ordered was delicious and I have zero regrets choosing this place. The dough of the empanadas was so crispy and light I could talk about it for hours. The fillings were also perfectly seasoned and super filling. I got a rice & beans one + a potato one. The cauliflower was also good but nothing too special. Really enjoyed this for a quick snack.

The latino vegan food at the VSpot was sooooo delicious!! The atmosphere was inviting and chill. By the time we arrived in Park Slope (after hanging out for hours in Manhattan), I was concerned about having to wait for my meal, but just the opposite occurred. We were served quickly and the food was fresh and scrumptious.

Great vegan spot!! I had never seen VEGAN LATIN cuisine before the V-SPOT. Came here before a game at Barkleys and it was a nice walk to the stadium. Really flavorful food, especially the seitan!

It's been a few years since I've visited VSPOT so I was thrilled to come back. My friend and I went here for a midweek dinner date. We went around 7pm and happened to be the only guest sitting to eat. No problem with that, however I felt we could've been greeted/served a bit better. We weren't made aware of the menu / scan to order. Not the biggest of deal since we have been here before, but for someone as their first time it's definitely a red flag. BUT in hindsight the food is amazinggggggg and has not lost its touch! So many items to choose from, and everything is seasoned and cooked so well. Considering it's a vegan (Spanish) restaurant, the food items are definitely reasonable and not too over priced. That part is always a bonus! We ended the night with the best dessert. VSPOT 10/10 recommend

I am in love with the cauliflower but totally hate the chicken fingers. The cauliflower is crispy but soft inside and nicely coated with some sauce. The peanuts add a nice texture and crunch. I'm definitely not missing any meat with this cauliflower dish. The chicken fingers do not look like picture and we're hard and tasteless. I'll order again from the V spot but only the cauliflower.

Nothing spectacular and not flashy. Just good old fashioned vegan fast food. I've never been disappointed here.

This place was a yummy and chill spot to grab a vegan bite. We went for taco Tuesday. The arepa was really good and the egg taco is great. The kale taco is not too filling but the rice and the beans have great portions and are yummy. The sauce is good. The water is really nice and cold. We ate outside and it was warm. However.... The empanada was really small :( . Also, the payment thing is kind of annoying and we wanted to get to know the server better. The picture of the food was the food we ate because we pretty much devoured the food. Fun time and good food. Although we couldn't understand what the name was because it also is called the vegan baptism on Google which is confusing. But the names are cool.

VSPOT is a Latin vegan chain of casual dining delicious food - the outside looks fairly nondescript and one could walk by without a second look - we'll take a second look because this restaurant has delicious and VERY FRESH vegan food options - did I say FRESH! This was my first time at a VSPOT restaurant and my partner and I really enjoyed it! We were initially put off by the very casual atmosphere as we were celebrating a special occasion but decided to give it a try Wait staff was friendly and attentive We shared the nachos supreme appetizer and knew we made the right decision to stay! IT WAS DELICIOUS! Our main dishes took a while to arrive because they were so fresh! I had the garlic cauliflower burrito and my friend had the chicharron burrito - we were both very pleased and I was especially pleased that the burrito wrap was thin and was not doughy tasting as I have found with other burritos Prices are on the reasonable side My only reason for not giving it a 5 star is that they need to step up their non alcoholic beverage menu. They have a full bar and I enjoyed a beer with my meal but would have preferred a cold non alcoholic kombucha We will definitely return and try out some of the other V SPOT restaurants

I drive all the way from Boston to enjoy a meal at this superb restaurant. And it's always worth the trip! Not only the cuisine itself, but the presentation and the gracious staff cannot be matched.

Great vegan spot. I swing by there any time in in Park Slope. Had this breakfast sandwich last time and it was awesome.

Great find on our trip to Brooklyn! I had the chicharron burrito and my husband had the carnitas.. completely fing amazing food. I only wish there was something like this in Worcester. I'd eat there all the time!

I am not vegan but some of my friends are and I can appreciate going the vegetables route if need be. The cauliflower poppers - Loved em. Want more of them. The ordering process is completely touch free. You order from the app and it comes to the table. My friend was not there yet and she ordered from her car. The food was ready when she arrived. So cool. The indoor space was quite empty during lunch .. they have an outdoor space as well and you can order food to go at the window.

The food here is well-seasoned and fresh. It is impossible to take home leftovers because the food is so appetizing and filling. My top favorites are the avocado fries, Vspot burrito with garlic kale, "chicken" parm, and sweet plantain Maduro. The service is decent; I wish they would check in occasionally to inquire about additional needs, for example, asking, "Do you need a refill? Do you need extra napkins, or would you like to order anything else? The spot is calm and quaint.

I love this place. Perfect place to bring a vegan and a celiac. Super kind staff / owners. I've eaten here in-person and ordered for delivery. In-person, very cozy, attentive service. Tip 20% + $20/person minimum because COVID restrictions limit in-person dining. I support workers and felt they were very upfront about their practices. Takeout, still good though less fresh/hot (an understandable outcome). Nachos are bomb, the empanadas are not GF but so good, and they're very knowledgeable about the ingredients (gf vs not gf). Let me start by saying this place is CONSISTENT. Consistency is Key but what your consistent in could hurt or help your business. Positive Consistency: The food is Ooooo. sooo good. I'm talking flavor on flavor. My favorite items are the empanadas, spinach and mushroom tacos and quesadillas, the Kale abs quinoa dish among other items. Not so positive consistency: The slow service whether it's only 2 tables seated or 6 the service is consistent in being slow and none attentive. I've always every single visit whether dining in or sitting at the bar for take out had to locate someone to pay my check. This place has great food and options for Vegans and has amazing potential. If only they could loose the island mentality from the service staff basically approaching work in the "Everything's Iri" mentality making for very slow and unbothered service.

I've come here a handful of times over the past couple of years, and if it wasn't a little out of the way of my usual travels, I would come here much more often! They offer delicious and filling Latin American dishes that are all vegan, with lots of gluten-free options (including items that can be modified to be gluten-free), including some gluten-free desserts as well. Much of it is not exactly healthy - a lot of items are fried and/or use a fair amount of oil or vegan cheese. But there are a few healthier options to choose from as well! But I've come here knowing that I wasn't looking for healthy food, and looking for vegan comfort food instead. And my love of Latin American food makes it that much more exciting. I finally got to have their vegan Nachos Supreme on my last visit! (I'm a sucker for good vegan nachos.) Lots of guacamole, salsa, black beans, vegan cheese, and vegan sour cream! And amazingly, the tortilla chips somehow stayed crunchy even at the end of the meal, even after sitting underneath all those toppings. I've also had their Avocado BLT and the Spinach Burritos on their gluten-free wrap, which I guess isn't as big as their wheat tortillas and doesn't fold or roll very well, because the fillings just sit inside the gluten-free wrap folded in half over it. You can't pick it up like a regular burrito and I've had to eat it with a fork and knife to prevent making a huge mess. But they were DELICIOUS, so it didn't matter to me how I needed to eat it. And I actually quite enjoy the gluten-free wrap (which I think is made from rice primarily?) - it's kind of chewy, which I find to be a very enjoyable texture for a wrap. Service was fine the last time I went with a group of friends, but it was relatively early in the evening before they would have been busy with the dinner rush, so they weren't crowded. But one time I ate there by myself, during dinner, it did take a while to get my order taken, but once my server finally came over to me, it wasn't an unreasonable wait to get my food. Definitely will be coming back when I'm in the neighborhood! There are so many more things on the menu that I want to try!

The menu is changed a lot of things was removed from the menu the food doesn't taste the same I'm not sure if they change on the sheep everything is so expensive for no reason I am very disappointed.

I'm writing this review based on an event I recently attended catered by VSPOT. The catering was well done, the food was good, not outstanding. The seitan tacos were decent, but falling apart (still yummy with a fork though), the summer spring rolls were boring - mostly lettuce - but the real standout and reason for 4 stars instead of 3 were the "cheeseburger" empanadas (vegan of course). The empanadas were so fricking good and I went back for seconds and thirds. Honestly just perfectly hit the spot for me.

This is strictly a drink review. I've been here for cocktails during happy hour twice. It's pretty good. Margarita pitcher for $35, that's amazing. It's $6 for a single glass which I don't think is crazy either. The margaritas are actually delicious!! If your in the area looking for a good drink happy hour spot this is it!

I stopped here the other night and had a lovely experience. Since I was by myself, I sat at the bar and was able to order my food with a QR code. My food came so quick! For my appetizer I had the Jamaican Jerk Empanadas, and the Philly Cheese & Pepper Hero w/fries for my entree. Yes, I was hungry and VSPOT did not disappoint. I think the bartenders name was Anthony, he was so cool and attentive. The music, food and service were such a vibe. I will definitely be back.

I ordered delivery from VSPOT tonight and I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture! I got the Kale Caesar Salad and the Chick'n Parm Pasta with Cashew Basil Ricotta and man was it all so good! The salad was HUGE! Honestly, I ate the salad first because I knew I wouldn't be able to finish the pasta as well, so really I am getting two meals out of this! Value!! The dressing that came with the salad was so flavorful! I wish I could have a whole bottle of it! Plus the croutons and large chunks of tempeh made it very filling and tasty! The pasta was as comforting of a food as it gets! It must be about a half pound of spaghetti PLUS two chick'n parm cutlets on top. My mouth is watering just thinking of the few bites I took. I'm glad I found another vegan/vegetarian place that offers delivery in my area! 10/10 would order again. I can't wait to try some other items on the menu!

So I would have liked to give this restaurant 5 stars because the food is 10/10. We got the breaded avocado fries which was out of this world ! It was the right amount of crispy and so fresh. Then we had the empanadas, which was also very yummy as well and filling. The sweet plantain supreme tasted just like a non vegan one which I have had before and love. There was so much flavor and the plantain was just right. My friend got the bandeja paisa, the mini which was ALOT of food. She loved it and said everything tasted amazing. The raspberry cheesecake, was a bit hard but still tasty for a vegan option. If you want yummy out of this world Latin vegan food order from here however DO NOT recommend sitting down for service...as it basically is non-existen. We walked in and it was empty...the one and only "waiter" barely acknowledged us as he was busy watching tv. Then after a brief moment said oh sit wherever you want. We proceeded to sit and then he brought two glasses with a bottle of water. After that he went back to watching tv! Lol complete joke and beyond strange ! So after sitting there starring at eachother we figured out that "oh there is a QR code for the menu". Their whole setup with this QR code is just strange not not customer service friendly AT ALL. Everything was through the Toastapp...and barely any human interaction. For sure not a place to go on a date or with a group of people...management should seriously work on this.

We organized presentations for a small conference recently and had VSPOT during two of the days. Not only was the food delicious but it felt nutritious and healthy. We had long days all weekend long with workshops and actions, the food provided gave us great fuel. The empanadas and pasta were a favorite of our 60-65 ish people. Danny was also very nice. We highly recommend!

As an aspiring vegan, I am always in search of a cool vegan/vegetarian spot. I went to Vspot as one of the first places I ate out in Brooklyn. The first time I went I got the Vspot burrito and it was good. They serve it with a salad and dressing. I wanted to try the nacho supreme and tacos next. So I went back the next week and got the carne molida and grilled chik'n tacos as well as the nachos. They were also very mediocre. The nacho chips were a bit too oily and there weren't enough toppings. The tacos were alright. The carne molida was better in my opinion than the grilled chik'n. The price was a bit too pricey for the food quality. If I were to go back or for anyone going for the first time, I would definitely go with the Vspot burrito.

They catered an anti-fur conference that I attended at the Bhakti Center and the food was delicious!!!!!!

Food was good. Not sure why the 20% TIP(for two people dining) thats included in the bill is labeled as "Service charge". We didn't realize and wound up tipping another 20% on top. Waitress seem uninterested in correcting this when we mentioned it..guess they got a 40% tip today.. Also..there really is no service. You order on an the app and pay on the app with little to no communication with anyone there(I know its covid times..but we eat out several times a week and never experience this). Also,the door was locked when we got there(the hours said they were open for business)whoever sat us seemed annoyed by customers. We tried out this place after meeting the friendly owner at a comedy show and he told us to try it out. This place had good food but needs some changes in other departments.

I was looking for a Vegan spot to have lunch with my Vegan friend and happened upon this one. We went at an off hour of the day, so we were the only dine-in customers. Enrique greeted us and was so kind and super friendly. When we weren't sure about ordering a particular item because of the sauce, he brought us out a sampling of the sauce. The food was absolutely delicious. So fresh and well prepared. We ordered the Belgian fries, 3 empanadas(we preferred the philly mushroom), Mexican yellow rice and crispy chicharrones. The fries were amazing and the bits of tempeh really tasted like bacon. But the service was the highlight. Enrique was so patient and helped us with our order and was extremely pleasant. We will definitely be back.

Good food very reasonable pricing, they forgot to add something to my order from DoorDash but made it right when I visited in person. Nice people working here
