The Walker in Downtown Cary is hands-down the best place I’ve ever lived! Going on year three and we still absolutely love it here. The location is unbeatable, the building is beautiful and incredibly well-maintained, and the amenities truly elevate daily living. What really sets The Walker apart is the people. The office and maintenance staff are incredibly kind and attentive. They consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Living here has been such a joy. I recommend it to everyone I know.

One reads that there are some people who live in a dream world, and there are some who face reality. And then there are those who turn a dream into reality. Downtown Cary Park is the town's long-range vision for connecting and activating its downtown with a dynamic open space that was twenty years in the making. It has become both the front porch and back yard for the Walker that is right next door. Our apartment there is indeed a sanctuary where our happiness is a by-product of this historic effort to bring delight to urban life. Most importantly, the management and staff at the Walker offer the exceptional service as well as monthly programming activities that privilege the residents at the Walker even more. They are the ones that on a daily basis understand residents' needs and create even more added value, and our loyalty in return!

I have been a resident at The Walker for almost 2 years and could not be happier with my decision to move here. My apartment is spacious, modern and very well designed containing high end finishes and appliances. Moreover, the building is extremely well maintained in every respect and the staff is both friendly and responsive. Lastly , there is a great group of folks living here and there is no shortage of fun events both in the building and in the amazing park next to us. In short, The Walker hits the high note in all areas including its location, property ,staff, living experience and tenants.

I moved into the Walker about a month and a half or two months ago and it's probably the best decision I've ever made as far as WHERE I want to live and HOW I want to live. The people in the community here are amazing. It's incredibly friendly, open, and positive. It's hard not to feel like there's something good and right when you walk in and talk with the team or meet your neighbors. And then the physical place is just amazing. I tell everybody I've got the best apartment in Cary. A world class downtown park is my backyard. Restaurants, bars, and camaraderie are all just a short walk away. The place is alive and vibrant during the day and in the evening, yet peaceful and Serene at night. There's no place I'd rather be actually than sitting on my back deck, watching the lively Park during the day or listening to the frogs at night. The Walker is more than a building to me. It's had a huge positive impact on my lifestyle. If you're looking for a place that is energizing positive, and also happens to have probably the best location in the entire region, there's no better place to be.

The Walker is a great place to live! We enjoy our view overlooking the park and being so close to everything downtown Cary has to offer. If you are a dog lover the Bark Park is for you. And the Bark Bar is a cozy place to grab a cool drink. The Walker staff are the best from the management to the onsite wonderful maintenance staff. We are so glad we found this community in downtown Cary.

The Walker apartments are truly a remarkable place to live. The new Cary park radiates positive energy that fills the apartments. And the staff work diligently to solve any issue that may come up. Truly caring about your problems as though they were their own.

We recently moved from Houston to Cary, and Nicole made the entire transition smooth and easy. She responded quickly to all our questions and took the time to help set up our account. It was a great experience, and I’m truly thankful to Nichole and the management team. The Walkers' apartment itself is more than great, it's in the best location in Cary! It’s convenient to restaurants and coffee shops, and there’s a beautiful park right next door. We couldn’t be happier!

Of course the location is great… simply the best location in Cary! But then you also get a great apartment with high ceilings, huge windows, quartz counters, modern appliances and abundant lighting. But it’s the staff that really makes this a 5 star place. Everyone on the management and maintenance teams is friendly, attentive and prompt, and they’re always working to keep this place working great and looking good. Thanks team!
