Took the kids here on a Staycation Sunday to Monday. We got a cabana at the pool and were met with exceptional hospitality. Katt at the front desk booked our rooms and she was so nice. Lear was the name of a manager at the pool and he made sure my family was taken care of and comfortable. The food was decent but we never ate it hot when they brought it to us. Of course the kids didn’t want to eat until the food sat for an hour. If there were food warmers on the cabanas and this place would be hard to leave.

Amazing service from the Waterfront team! We came in for the air show and reserved a Daybed on the pool deck which was the perfect seat! We were greeted upon arriving at the front desk by Lear and Damian who were friendly and welcoming! The pool hostess Riley was enthusiastic and got us all set up for our day. Our server Amy was attentive and always made sure drinks were full and we had everything we needed. Thank you to the best team for taking care of us!

We stayed here while our house was being tented. A nice little staycation. Ocean front room, balcony, rooftop bar, close to Main Street restaurants, etc., what's not to love!! I wanted especially to call attention to some excellent people. Linh at the front desk, Cooper at the Bell desk, and several security folks who helped me maneuver my wife's wheel chair. I had to be in and out for various reasons, and wanted to thank your valet service. Taylor and Cole took care of my vehicle several times, so I wanted to thank them for a job well done. I always felt my vehicle was safe and secure!! Overall an excellent experience. Thanks to the whole staff.

I had a full ocean view suite. It was clean updated and the view from the Balcony was beautiful. Room Service is great. The staff was friendly. Sam at Valet checked me in professionally. Pool is heated. Staff goes above and beyond expectations. Only problem I had was with the Valet girl who took my things down when I checked out. She was rushing, moving my things too quickly, including my laptop. Instead of waiting for me to check out, she put everything in my SUV, while I was at the desk. They put everything in the wrong place. I told them it's all wrong, and they had to take everything out, and put my things where I told them to. Was very uncomfortable and rushed. Otherwise, everything was total Excellence.

Great location, comfortable/pretty quiet rooms, pet friendly, EXCELLENT staff all around. Our room had a small fridge and they would bring up a microwave if we wanted for a fee (didn't take them up on it) Pool/hot tub areas were outdoors and required wristbands. There was a family one with a slide and another 'adult only' Pool area; both had beach access that was great. Just felt a little 'nickle and dimey' if you understand. People and service were great but kinda 1 forced to use them like for parking and then 2 felt obligated to tip because of it. I think this area/place is more for people looking to splurge on vacation with extra $, or just maybe its not my style in general. You HAVE to pay for vallet parking which was a little annoying i.e. no self park option. If you want to charge an EV it was flat $25 a charge I found. If you're contemplating going to/using any of the hotel services (restaurants, room service, spa, shopping) you are going to be paying what I thought was a pretty outrageous premium even considering 'California/beach or luxury vacation ness' (we abstained save for 1 night ordering dinner). Saving grace was some discount days we were offered at some of the on property restaurants.

Had a 9 day stay here with a 7 and 9 year old. Hotel was clean and nice. Location was amazing. We stayed over 2 weekends, pools were great on the weekdays, but thrle weekend was way too crouded and the food-drink service at the pool was super slow. The valet was very efficient and friendly. Not an inexpensive stay my any means. I am not a Hilton person, I àm a Marriott person and there are always little things that make Marriott a better chain, but when there is no Marriott, I'll take Hilton over Hyatt.

I stayed at the Hilton Waterfront recently and had such a great experience, thanks in large part to Jordan at the front desk! From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, upbeat, and incredibly professional. She went above and beyond to make check-in seamless and made sure every little detail was taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests — she remembered my name, offered great local tips, and made me feel completely at home. It’s rare to find that level of hospitality these days, but Jordan truly embodies it. The Hilton is lucky to have her! If you’re staying at the Waterfront, I highly recommend asking for Jordan — she’ll make sure your stay is amazing! 🌊✨

Nail pounding noises on Saturday morning from 8am to 10am. I kept hearing nailing sounds every couple minutes. I have more than a DOZEN videos with time stamps. After some time, I call the front desk to see what the noise is about. She says “There shouldn’t be construction on Saturday but let me investigate and call you back.” No call backs. The pounding stops for a bit and then continues until 10am. I ended up checking out early because I couldn’t stand it there. I emailed Hilton privately but zero response. The rooms feels old. Spacious but everything feels old. One of three elevators was malfunctioning when I was there. A family would press up and they would ride but the door kept opening. They did that several times. The guy waiting with me ended up taking the stairs. Blackout is 70% there. Bartenders at the bar below were great.
