"North of Main is a pretty standard new Eastside coffee shop. It sits in the middle of a row of hotelesque mixed-used buildings within walking distance of the future East Main light rail station. But two things make it special. One is the scones, which we’ll come back to, and the other is that North of Main is inside a senior living community." - Harry Cheadle

A beautifully design community with common spaces! Love the lounge with a 360 view of Bellevue. The apartments have great natural light with many floor to ceiling windows. Great food too!!

Choosing a living situation for a loved one is an incredibly important decision, and I wanted to ensure I made the right choice. After extensive research and a tour of The Watermark at Bellevue, I am confident I have found the perfect place for my mother. Cindy was absolutely wonderful. Her warmth and professionalism made us feel immediately at ease. She patiently answered all of our questions and truly made us feel like family. The facility itself is stunning, and I am certain my mother will be happy and well-cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend The Watermark at Bellevue. Thank you, Cindy, for your exceptional assistance.

We are looking forward to calling The Watermark home! From the very first visit to making the decision to move in, it has been an amazing experience. Everyone has been welcoming and kind every time we are there and even though we have not moved in yet, we feel we are already part of the community. Cindy has been so gracious answering our many questions and being available to show the apartment on several occasions for us. Chef Sam, David and Priya have greeted us with a smile every time we have been in the dining venues and I can't speak highly enough about how good the food is! Alexia's bubbly personality is always appreciated when we go to North of Main for a morning coffee. These are just a few of the wonderful people who make The Watermark feel like more than just a place to live, but a place to call home!

I have had the opportunity on several occasions to visit the Watermark, both the assisted living/memory care building and the brand new independent living tower. Every time I visit I am treated like a VIP from valet parking to 5-star food and wine. These communities understand that their residents come first and go above and beyond to ensure quality of experience. I have worked with Debbie, Kristie, and Cindy and they put the needs of prospective residents above their own, ensuring that each resident feels confident about their choice and move. The new tower is a MUST see for the best views in Bellevue- go check them out!

I recently moved my mother into the Memory Care floor of The Watermark Bellevue. Granted, I selected this facility in no small part due to the proximity to my home. However, my choice was made after having vetted several facilities, including one on the East Coast in my mother's neighborhood where she was living before her relocation to Washington State. In short, my experience with Watermark Bellevue's Director of Outreach, Patty Aldridge and the attentiveness of the staff, the many positive Senior Living reviews that the Watermark name has accumulated over the years, and last but not least, the quality of not only the facility, but its rich programs (available to its memory care and assisted living folks alike - bonus!) sealed the deal for me. It has been just about one month, and I have not been disappointed! I have felt heard as a caregiver, and my mother has received the respect, dignity and kindness that I had expected. She is making friends, enjoying the activities, and feeling empowered by living within a safe community that provides her with the supportive framework she needs to live more comfortably and joyfully despite her considerable short term memory challenges. It's not without its ups and downs - life is a journey, that's for sure - but it works, and works really well. As time goes on, I look forward to engaging the staff to help me stitch together the best possible fabric for my mother's new life at The Watermark Bellevue.

I am delighted to share my positive experience with the activities offered at The Watermark at Bellevue. The diverse and engaging schedule they provide truly sets them apart from other assisted living communities. What impresses me most is the facility’s commitment to continuous improvement. They regularly seek feedback from residents and their families to enhance their offerings, ensuring the activities remain fresh and exciting.

One of the nicest retirement community facilities I have ever been in! Great options with floor plans and great amenities for residents. Upscale and modern, but at an affordable price. It is also close proximity to parks, grocery stores, and everything else Bellevue has to offer.

My favorite hair stylist, Pei, relocated to this hair salon attached to this building. Parking was complimentary with limited space. They took care of residents by appointment and welcome walk-ins. She was skilled and flexible with customers' requests. She speaks Chinese and English and very good at what she does. If you are picky like me, you should give a try.
