The Watermark at Bellevue

If you are looking for a place to take care of your loved one, Watermark is the right place. Our mother moved there last year, and she loves it, we all love it!! Our mother is always enjoying an activity or celebrating something when we come to visit her. The staff is really amazing. My family feel really lucky to had found Watermark, they really are giving peace of mind to all of us, because our mom is our treasure. Thank you so much Watermark for everything that you do for our mom.

I was in a dilemma about having my retirement party at the Watermark of Bellevue; however, the Chef and his culinary team and servers, came through and took care of everything; they were absolutely exceptional as they all went above and beyond!! They did all the work; I just invited the guests. First, the Sky lounge,where we had the dinner provided a relaxing, comforting and spacious ambience which welcomed the guest favorably. Second, the food was creatively presented. The hors d'oeuvres were delectable; entrees -- baked salmon with fresh herbs and lemon was especially savory, and the succulent roasted chicken totally inviting to everyone; and the salads were fresh and totally incredible. I have to mentioned that the decadent desserts compliment the cake we bought. Lastly, the valued professional serving team worked seamlessly together, were friendly, accommodating and absolutely helpful with all of us. Thanks to the Watermark Chef and the team, everybody was content, happy and interested in further parties and dinners and even inquired about this pristine place. THANK YOU WATERMARK!

The Watermark at Bellevue is absolutely beautiful! The atmosphere was serene, welcoming. I felt very safe and comfortable too. Cindy and Patty were professional and answered all of my questions during our tour. Amazing.

I am very impressed by what Watermark Bellevue can offer. The building and amenities are modern and comfortable. The staff are very warm and helpful, and they are team players - smooth transition from one to another. The veggie pizza at Wine Down Wednesday is the best that I've ever had. I can tell that people are genuinely happy living there. It looks there are many activities scheduled regularly. I am surprised by the sense of vitality in a senior living community. With its convenient location, it's not hard for residents and visitors to participate in the vibrant city life of downtown Bellevue.

Wonderful tour this week of both the Independent Living and AL buildings. Such a great vibe in the community, lots of activity and engagement. The units were stunning, spacious, may with great views. Very much liked the small footprint of each floor, creating a nice neighborly feel. Food is great, very much enjoyed the lunch and company.

The entire Watermark team in every capacity exhibits a true professionalism and wonderful interaction with guests and residents. The staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure every need is met. The amenities are modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed — whether it’s the common areas, fitness center, or social spaces, everything reflects a high standard of quality and care. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to great dining, shopping, and entertainment, while still maintaining a peaceful and private environment. The Watermark is an absolute pleasure, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a premium Bellevue experience. Five stars all the way!

The Watermark at Bellevue provides such a high-end experience. The facilities are modern and so well cared for. The amenities from dining to common and social areas are fantastic. The staff is so warm, welcoming, and attentive. You really feel at home from the minute you walk in the door.

My favorite hair stylist, Pei, relocated to this hair salon attached to this building. Parking was complimentary with limited space. They took care of residents by appointment and welcome walk-ins. She was skilled and flexible with customers' requests. She speaks Chinese and English and very good at what she does. If you are picky like me, you should give a try.
