The Watermark at Bellevue

The Watermark in Bellevue was my mother’s home for the past 12 months, and we could not have been more pleased with her experience. She was truly happy there. The dining program is excellent, the food consistently high quality, and the overall ambiance is sophisticated and welcoming. The caregivers and staff are exceptionally caring, thoughtful, and attentive. During difficult times, they showed genuine empathy and compassion, which meant so much to our family. The entire community is modern, beautifully maintained, and designed with residents’ comfort in mind. Packages are delivered directly to the apartment, and meal delivery is also available when needed. There is a wide variety of activities to keep residents engaged, and the holiday décor throughout the dining and reception areas is always tasteful and festive. Each floor offers convenient washer/dryer access, and laundry service is included in the rent for added ease. Highly recommend The Watermark for anyone seeking a warm, well-run, and beautifully appointed assisted living community.

This place is absolutely stunning, right in downtown Bellevue—who wouldn’t want to live here? From the valet attendants to the chef, servers, and management, the staff was truly top-notch. It’s clear that residents are well cared for and enjoy a wonderful lifestyle in this building. I made sure to capture the breathtaking views along with the incredible spread prepared by their chef for our group of CFOs—it was as delicious as it was beautifully presented!

We recently hosted an event in their Sky Lounge and everything was perfect—the staff was warm and attentive, the service seamless, the space gorgeous, and the food absolutely incredible. Huge shout-out to the culinary, service, and bartending teams—you made the evening unforgettable! It’s easy to see why Watermark has been nationally recognized with the **ICAA Gold Plate of Distinction** (the Michelin star of senior living!). The consistency and care here are second to none, both for residents and for guests. A wonderful place that sets the bar for hospitality and excellence in senior living.

We had a fantastic time at The Watermark this week! From the moment we pulled up, the valet and front desk staff provided excellent service. The facility itself is stunning - bright, clean, and exuding the charm of a grand hotel rather than an institution. The staff truly make The Watermark special. Karen Lucas made our planning process a breeze, And Chef Mark, along with Danny, Sam, and others, created an incredible buffet. We also enjoyed hearing from Shawn Jarvis, who welcomed us warmly and shared some great insights about the facilities. Overall, it was a magical day filled with positivity and joyful energy. We can’t wait for our next visit!

One of a kind gem of a place! The White Lotus experience in the heart of downtown Bellevue. The staff must have gone to Austrian Etiquette school- high-end, top service you can think of. Hospitality at its best!

My mom was one of the original guests in October 23 when memory care at Watermark was opened. From the minute we started they were incredibly welcoming, patient with all of our questions and made her feel at ease right away. She truly had some of the most fun times of her life with all their activities. he felt loved by all the staff, every day. My mom recently passed there and my family stayed with her the entire 8 nights it took for her to pass surrounded by so much love. Staff came in to cry with us, sing to her, pray for her and treat her with so much kindness and dignity. We will never ever forget this place and cannot recommend them enough. Thank you especially to Leysa, Meron, Nelly, Emily, Abraham, Naomi, Marjorie and so many more that I am forgettng likely as this is so fresh in my mind, losing my mom. You are all wonderful at Watermark:)

We recently visited Watermark, a high-end senior living community in Bellevue. Kristie warmly welcomed my husband and me. She was so gracious, patient, and friendly, making us feel incredibly warm and happy. We not only toured the brand-new independent living community but also the assisted living community. Finally, we were fortunate enough to sample the delicious food at the assisted living community. The experience was truly wonderful. We're looking for a new community that's just right for us, one where we don't have to cook, wash dishes, or clean. We may not be that old yet, but when we feel physically and mentally exhausted, we need a peaceful haven. I'm grateful to all the staff at Watermark for hosting us. If you can afford it, I highly recommend Watermark as a place to cultivate your character and live a long and fulfilling life. Thanks Very much-Watermark!

My husband and I are both at The Watermark, he in Assisted Living, and I next door in Independent Living. Having been here since July/August, I can unequivocally say that this is the highest quality of service offered for seniors that I have seen or visited in the quest for the best place to move. The staff is completely professional and entirely friendly. They learn and use your name, they are willing to do nearly anything they can to make your life pleasant. They valet park your car, help with bags and bundles, and are a pet friendly location with treats at the concierge desk. The food is largely local and outstanding and they ask for feedback to see how "they are doing." All in all, a wonderful place to be.

My favorite hair stylist, Pei, relocated to this hair salon attached to this building. Parking was complimentary with limited space. They took care of residents by appointment and welcome walk-ins. She was skilled and flexible with customers' requests. She speaks Chinese and English and very good at what she does. If you are picky like me, you should give a try.
