The Watermark

I moved to the Watermark apartments four month ago and I had a great experience. The apartments themselves are beautiful. I've been getting a plethora of compliments from visitors on how beautiful the apartment itself is, especially the kitchen and the spacious open floor plans which have that classic retro charm. Mercedes, Robert and Luis were extremely responsive, helpful and attentive the whole time. Whenever there was something wrong, I would immediately get someone dispatched over to get the issue resolved, no excessive wait time, the repair and maintenance team Luis and Anthony were always professional, timely, and friendly. So grateful for the fantastic experience I have experienced staying at the watermark apartments. It was the best decision I've ever made. I would highly recommend renting from The Watermark apartments to my friends and anyone who is looking for an amazing space to call home!

I was looking for a large spacious open floor plan downtown Henderson with one bedroom plus office space, but at the watermark I ended up with something even better, a large spacious one bedroom, plus office and two and a half baths absolutely amazing. Mercedes was great about going through my wishlist with me, finding the perfect home suitable for me. I was very happy with the property, location, amenities and all the area has to offer. I would highly recommend leasing at the watermark which is by far the best apartment complex located in the water street district. I was almost ready to give up my search and to settle into something infinitely less cool than the unit I ended up with. something with low ceilings and paper thin walls. Life would have been miserable. Then in a last ditch effort, I came across The Watermark and could not have been more happy, my move went exceptionally smoothly with zero issues. The maintenance team Anthony and Luis are exceptional, my interaction with the property manager Robert was also exceptional. I never would have found the watermark if I had decided to settle. If you are looking downtown henderson make sure you call the watermark first and they are currently offering an amazing move in special. MAKE THE WATERMARK YOUR HOME YOU WOULD NOT REGRET IT

I'm in the process of relocating from California to Las Vegas. I visited The watermark and I can't say enough great things about this place. From the moment I arrived everything was absolutely wonderful. The apartments themselves are designed very beautifully. the entire community is spotless and well maintained, very peaceful. What really sets this place apart is the staff, I toured with Mercedes she was exceptional, very knowledgeable about the property and all the amazing amenities. I also had the pleasure to meet Robert the property manager he made me feel welcome and taken care of you can tell they all truly care about their future residents. Let's talk about the location it's in the center of everything, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and so much more. I will definitely be leasing at the watermark and would highly recommend this apartment community.

Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Henderson the watermark is the place to be! My boyfriend and I were overwhelmed and having trouble navigating apartment hunting on a tight schedule and Mercedes helped us SO much. Mercedes found incredible options for us and really listened to us and kept our needs in mind-- we loved every listing we were shown. Additionally, she helped us through the application process to help speed it along and ensure we got the lease promptly. Truly could not have done it without her! Mercedes were super quick to respond, never felt pushy and kept it real, and were super friendly. We'll definitely be reaching out to them for our future rental at the watermark in Henderson late November.

Just had an amazing tour at The watermark in old Henderson, the property was absolutely beautiful, I did my tour with leasing agent Mercedes she was an absolute doll, very friendly, knowledgeable and tailored my tour for exactly what I was looking for, I was interested in one of their live work units, they are absolutely beautiful, extremely spacious large windows with amazing views. the property is extremely clean and well maintained, a lot of parking, roof top pool, fitness center, business center, yoga studio and so much more. The location is right across from the hockey center, lots of restaurants and bars you can literally walk out of the building an they are all right there, my tour was amazing and I will definitely be leasing at the watermark, if you are looking for an amazing place and location to call home look no further the watermark is it, I also had the pleasure of meeting the maintenance technician that was working today by the name of Anthony he was absolutely awesome. thank you Mercedes for an awesome tour see you guys soon.

Wow—visited the watermark was an incredible experience! Mercedes the leasing manager was absolutely phenomenal. I had a great experience touring with her. She did an exceptional job showing me the available units and the ones that fit exactly what I was looking for. The units are very spacious and they were designed impeccably. She also gave me additional information about the property and the area that helped me to feel confident about my decision to move forward, I was really impressed with the way she represented the property. During my application process i had a few hiccups but Robert the Property manager was beyond awesome he is extremely easy to talk to and his goal is to make sure you have the very best experience and to make your move in process as easy and as smoothly as possible, I want to give a special thanks to Robert and Mercedes thank you both so much for making this process enjoyable and i look forward to my move in day and calling the watermark my home.

The staff at the Watermark, including Mercedes Vincent, the leasing manager, were professional and friendly. Very beautiful building and extremely well kept. The application process from start to finish, was the same day. Excellent location and reasonable pricing as well. We’ll be moving there in October. Highly recommend.

Mercedes has been wonderful! welcoming and smiling from the beginning. knowledgeable took her time showing me all Apartments till we found the one I like. helping me all the way through the application process. professional, patient and friendly.

I've been living at the watermark for two months, it's truly an exceptional place to call home, the building is well maintained the units are spacious, designed beautifully, modern with really nice appliances. The amenities are amazing from the community room, rooftop deck, swimming pool, gym, yoga room, business center I can go on and on. The staff is beyond amazing, from Robert the property manager, Mercedes the leasing manager to Luis the maintenance supervisor and Anthony the maintenance tech they will all make you feel welcomed, customer service top notch if you have an issue it's handled immediately, they are all super responsive the community is extremely quiet you barely see any of your neighbors everyone is extremely quiet and respectful, if you are looking for a new place to call home I highly recommend the watermark. The location of the building is exceptional you are surrounded by so many restaurants, bars, hockey area and much more, you can literally walk to so many places if you are looking for convenient's look no further the watermark has everything you are looking for and much more, I suggest you come take a tour especially the livework units they are very large and make working from home an absolute pleasure, don't take my word come see for yourself.
