Great bar in the back! Tammy is the greatest mixologist in Lyons no doubt! And she knows her beer! Great group of people working there!
Also love the equipment they sell in the front! Got me set with a bunch of quality climbing gear. They have a lot to offer in the shop including handmade flies for fly fishing, bike shop repair, ski waxing, and bike rentals!! My favorite shop in lyons :)

The best bar in town by far. Tammy is a killer mixologist and Chase is a great dude to talk to. Definitely worth the stop on the way up or back from Estes. The single best bar for a post climb beer. Real local vibes, good art, and a great atmosphere. $1 hamms for the fams!

I’ve been waiting a long time for this spot to open and now the time has come. Such a friendly staff and great atmosphere inside and out. Hey, I may even pop into Wildcat Mountaineering and pick up some sweet gear for my next climbing, skiing or biking adventure!

Went to Lyons and was exploring the Main Street and came across the cutest bar in the back of an outdoors shop! There were so many cocktails to choose from. My favorite was the Xila-rita! Can’t wait to come back for some live music.

The Wayback Bar is exactly what our little town needed. As a local, it’s become one of my favorite spots — the drinks are great, the staff is welcoming, and the live music, trivia, and karaoke make it feel like a true community hangout. Lyons has its share of charm, but this place really brings people together.

Love the Wayback!! Been there 3 times since the grand opening. Great cocktails and the PBR deal is awesome after a day fly fishing or at the crags. Saw they have music guests now - that will add to the already great, laid back vibe.. Gotta add a plug for the attached climbing/hiking/backpacking/flyfishing shop, Wildcat Mountaineering. Great store, great local beta for climbing & fly fishing!!! Don’t pass through Lyons w/out checking this place out!!!

Kaz and Tammy are the coolest bartenders around! Also this is totally a hidden gem in Lyons, kind of speakeasy vibes. Love drinking and partying here.
