As I am very picky in regards to seafood, I was sure i was only going to try the non seafood options. But as my boyfriend dared me to try at least one oyster, I did try it. The guy who served us the oysters explained where the oysters were from and explained the sauces too - and let me tell you I was surprised how good they were.. only having one turned into having 4 in total!! They were fresh and the sauce paired so well with them. After a little wait we were served the Arctic char sando and the honey glazed five spice pork collar on rice.. my taste buds were so so happy because both dishes were just wonderfully prepared. The drinks were great as well, even tho the strawberry swing was a bit more bitter than I anticipated but that's literally nitpicking in the most luxurious form. We had their rendition of a black forest cake.. which wasn't really a cake but I am not mad about it because it was so tasty. We were very happy with the service and the food and cannot wait to come back! 🫡

Not just oysters. This place is a bit hard to find but most certainly worth the effort. This time I had oysters, the Sablefish Collars, and their Citrus Pearl cocktail. Wow!!! Here we are in the high-arctic and as a foodie this place is as good as it gets anywhere on earth. I have also had their arctic char, chicken and pork dishes, and abdominal-regrets, only longing for more. They also have vegetarian options that are also worth coming here for. Notice the malt beer tanks? Their homemade beer is superb. I have no connection to these people other than an admiration for their culinary magic. Don’t miss out!

Staff are very nice and welcoming, and great at giving recommendations. The oysters and mussels were delicious, but the olives are truly underrated. By far the best olives I’ve ever eaten.

Great staff in am amazing restaurant. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Just watching the staff will out a smile on your face. They are very knowledgeable about the trinkets and artifacts around the restaurant. To top it all off, the food is fabulous!! I wish I could have tried everything on the menu it was so good.

Too bad during COVID there's no happy hour. Really loved their oysters as they're fresh and juicy. Definitely make reservations cuz they're busy on the weekend. For 2 people, you can only fine in for 1.5 hours before they take the next reso. We wanted to order more but ran out of time. The food is decent but the spot prawn is off season and I can taste that it's frozen, maybe it's better not to serve off season food. Cocktails are okay.

Best food in Whitehorse. If you’re looking for a place to get a little dressed up, have some unique and delicious cocktails with friends, this is the place. The oysters are delicious, they usually have a few different varieties from different parts of the coast. Always fresh and you can order by the half shell. Food is on a rotating menu which is nice because you can tell the cook staff really put a lot into the food. Wait staff are very personable and knowledgeable about the menu, we’re able to make good recommendations, I was also able to meet one of the owners who came by and checked in on us to see how the food was doing, also offering me a nice compliment about my sweater which was very welcomed and made my night. Long story short, this is the spot for a night on the town with friends, or a great date night.

I had previously rated this place lower because of the small portion sizes, but I just ate here again and that problem has been resolved. This place is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Seriously, the food was amazing. The relaxed atmosphere makes it a comfortable high end dining experience. The servers are attentive and the food is absolutely amazing. We had the brussel sprouts, clam chowder, and 2 of the three mains, and a delicious Ginger cake. You can see the kitchen from anywhere you're sitting, making you feel included in the process and able to see exactly how hard they're working to bring you works of art. This place is 👌
