The Welsh Rabbit Cheese Shop

In town for a wedding, visited Old Town. While shopping, came across this gem of a wine and cheese shop. Great wine selection, great cheese selection, and great service from Marybeth. We sat outside as the weather was perfect. We chose a variety of cheeses, and a glass of rose. Luckily we don't live local, as we would visit weekly. Maybe they ship... Lol

I cannot recommend this place enough!!! The food is amazing, the wine is spectacular and the service was impeccable! It was more than just a meal it was truly a fantastic experience. We did a variety meats and cheeses, sides, salad & soup and all was fantastic and our server was so nice, attentive and very knowledgeable!!

Had never been in, but met a few friends on a slow week day and this place was incredibly charming! The wine selection was approachable and our server was very knowledgeable. I'll be back to wine and dine!

Absolutely loved this place. It’s so cute inside! The staff helped us pick two amazing red wines. I thought the charcuterie spread was great. I felt there could have been a bit more cheese, but overall really enjoyed everything!

What a nice snack we just had at the Welsh Rabbit! De-li-cious cheeses, meats, and fresh bread, and excellent service. We will absolutely be back. Thank you!!

Had a wonderful evening! We ordered a beautiful assortment. There wasn’t one thing on the board that we didn’t like. Server was an absolute delight. If you get the Caprese Salad have them give you more dressing. It’s was exceptional.

Finn was terrific, took great care of us and his recommendations were outstanding. We had wanted to come in for years (no longer live in Fort Collins so opportunities are rare) but are so glad we made it happen! This is worth a trip up by itself, the food (get the bread, trust me) and wine were phenomenal. Definitely will not allow a long time between visits!

We were looking for a local vino restaurant and found this gem 💎. Everything was delicious including the barrata salad (which was enough for two). The red wine flight 🍷 was so amazing. Highly recommend it! It’s our new favorite while visiting Fort Collins.
