I truly had an enjoyable stay from check-in to check-out. The customer service at arrival was exceptional—friendly, warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The Valet agent went out of his way, effortlessly, to help with my luggage and get me settled in. The customer service at check-in was especially outstanding—efficient, professional, and delivered with genuine hospitality. The overall condition of the hotel—from the lobby to the elevator to the guest rooms—was perfect. It's clear the team takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. Even though it was just a short golf trip, it felt like a true vacation. At checkout, the team was just as thoughtful, wishing me well as I rushed to catch my flight. That final touch really stood out. It’s clear that the GM and the entire team set the bar. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Frisco.

The Westin Dallas Stonebriar is a great hotel. We have been going for years. Some of the rooms are starting to show a little age, but the hotel is clean and we are always glad we stay there. We will definitely return. It's an excellent location in the greater Frisco, TX area.|We stayed mostly to enjoy the pool outside with our families over Memorial Day weekend. Sterling out at the pool area was an amazing employee. Super helpful, took care of everything we wanted and needed - truly wonderful. It was fun to get to know him during the weekend. This hotel is lucky to have him as an employee.|We look forward to a return trip soon.

From the moment I arrived at The Westin Dallas Stonebriar, I was thoroughly impressed! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a calming ambiance and attention to detail that makes for a luxurious stay. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by Marcus, one of the supervisors. He went above and beyond to ensure our experience was smooth, personalized, and enjoyable. His professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable—everything from the lobby to the guest rooms was spotless and well-maintained. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the property in pristine condition. I felt comfortable and cared for every step of the way. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

I want to highlight how exceptionally kind and helpful Sterling was during my time at the pool. The grandkids had a blast. He went above and beyond to make sure we were well accommodated with food, drink, towels and other. The hotel itself was wonderful—clean and conveniently located. I was there for a conference. Very convenient location from the airport. Check-in was quick. Rooms were large and well maintained. I had a nice view of the city. I had lunch at the Beans and Barrel which is a coffee and snack counter and a day and night bar and restaurant in the lobby. Food and service was superb. I was pleasantly surprised that the price was reasonable. Friends had good things to say about the pool and the gym. Our conference arrangements and the food was great. They have adequate toilets to conference rooms that is a plus. There's a nice verandah where we had breakfast and evening cocktails. Staff were extremely courteous and cheerful. There's a mall across the road with shops and restaurants .i was told there's a shuttle. There's a Top Golf and a regular golf course.

The hotel overall was good, check-in was great and the front desk guy was really amazing, sorry I can’t remember his name. He knew it was my husband and I anniversary so he made sure to send a bottle of champagne to the room. The lobby area was extremely warm so I assumed there was hvac issues however they did attempt to accommodate with the portable ac units in the lobby. The room was very nice and clean. I would’ve liked Hsk to remove the used glasses that we brought from the bar when they serviced the room. We didn’t have dinner at the property but it looked good and the restaurant looked nice . The pool area was a bit unkept there were empty water bottles and a little trash in certain areas also debris was floating inside the pool that grossed me a bit so we steered clear and just didn’t stay in the pool long. Overall our stay wasnt a WOW like I expected but it was good..

This hotel is very nice with clean rooms and |a large heated pool and hot tub. There is|usually entertainment on the weekends which |is always nice. There is a Starbucks and they| usually have pastries too. The staff is always|friendly and helpful if you need anything.

we stayed for a weekend for a wedding. Demarcus at the front desk was SO nice and welcoming. He had such a positive attitude and an electric personality. Every time we saw him he had a smile on his face. He was also very good with making sure my breast milk stayed safe in the freezer. We had lots of drinks at the bar but Megan was the best by far. Her espresso martinis were to die for. They tasted like I got them from a five star restaurant. I will say they were VERY short staffed so the bar got backed up very very quickly but Megan held it together and still made it happen. Juan Carlos was back there helping where he could and cleaning / being a good bar back. These 3 employees deserve all the credit as they made the stay one to remember. 2 negatives—having them understaffed when they knew how packed the hotel was going to be (i think there was 2-3 wedding parties staying here at once)… i also do understand it is hard to find good workers at the moment. another lady (possibly a manager of some sort) was verrrrry rude to us when we walked up to the bar. I won’t go into much detail so I don’t take the good from the 3 outstanding employees we did encounter.

Stayed at the Westin Stonebriar over Easter weekend to attend a Celebration of Life for a recently departed friend. The Westin went above and beyond. First, even though I booked through a third party, I was able to add a friend and my Bonvoy number the day before my stay. Second, my friend was able to check in early and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony. Third, the lady at the gift shop drove me to the golf pro shop and tennis pro shop in a golf cart so I could look at clothing options for the COL. Fourth, even though we were rambunctiously loud, fellow guests complained but were far more reasonable than I would have been, and the hotel never said a word. It was a tough time for us, but we were wrong for being so loud so late, and we appreciated the respectful reminders to keep it down. Fifth, even though we were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order, the steam room in the spa was a lifesaver. Sixth, we were surprisingly given free breakfast passes for Easter. Seventh, the hotel promptly corrected an incorrect bar charge. Mistakes happen, but they caught it even before I called to inquire about the charges, and cc was refunded less than 24 hours after I called. Eighth, even though the hotel is a little far from downtown Dallas, there were a ton of dining options nearby including Hutchins BBQ, which was recommended by the bartender and is legit Texas bbq. Ninth, beds, linens, furniture in room, dual head shower and all other room accommodations were "heavenly," clean, well kept and upscale. Tenth, everyone working at the Westin, including front desk receptionists (shout out Marcus and Zack), bartenders, gift shop lady, spa receptionist, etc, were friendly, accommodating, and overall amazing. I travel a lot and travel to Dallas a lot. The Westin Stonebriar deserves 5 stars

Pleasant family staycation! We truly enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day weekend. We booked through a 3rd party vendor website, with that we called a few days prior to confirm everything was set as expected. Upon arrival valet and bellhop were friendly, checkin was smooth and efficient. Our two queen room was spacious and updated. We stated with two young children who loved exploring the amenities from the pool and slides to the outdoor lounge areas. Food and drink at each restaurant, cafe or pool bar weee excellent and service was always more than friendly. Prices are reasonable from my perspective for a 4 star hotel. We even received a special birthday treat in our room. Check out and reconciliation of our charges was quick and efficient. We enjoyed the holiday weekend events as well. Great job Westin Stonebriar, we certainly plan to return again soon.

Great rooms, comfy beds, plush towels, and a bath robe - what else could one ask for? Add on a nice bar, live music on certain nights, a free shuttle bus within 5 miles of the hotel, and a well maintained property. Well sound insulated rooms, all great. Downsides were - during check in the agent wrote the wrong room number on my key envelope so I had to return to the front desk after a long trip. Horrible elevators that need refurbishment; elevators are painfully slow during peak periods. Shuttle driver and several guests mentioned the elevators have been screwed up for many, many months. Signed up for shuttle on my last day the day before and the valet : driver went missing in action. Overall a nice property but check in desk, shuttle, and elevators need additional attention.

I love it!! Very clean rooms, and VERY spacious. Also, we got a quite nice view. Outside, you will find tons of acorns. Service was excellent! Did an incredible job cleaning my room. Even just a standard room is incredible for five people. Very spacious rooms, very nice service, and a lot to do at the Westin Stonebriar Dallas!

My boyfriend and I came to stay here after not seeing each other for a few months. It was an important trip for us and of course I accidentally booked two queen beds instead of a king room. I called the hotel to try to change it but they said they didn't have any kings available for the weekend. I was so so bummed! I was stressing because I wanted everything to be perfect for our weekend getaway. But When we got to the hotel, I asked again. DeMarcus Thomas was the one who checked us in and I begged him if we could please have a king room, and he made it work for us!!!! I was so beyond grateful and happy. DeMarcus was so accommodating and kind. He made our weekend that much more enjoyable and perfect!!! Thank you DeMarcus!!!

As soon as we got to the 2nd floor we noticed a lot of stains on the carpet in halls, wallpaper coming off and looks to be mold underneath. The hallway smells awful. As soon as we walked into our room we could hear people in an adjacent room just having a regular conversation. Crooked tv with an awful signal or screen, it was tiling, hard bed (not the usual comfy amazing bed in Westin's). The a/c will not turn on. After being told our room would be ready in a couple of hours and they would text when it was ready, over four hours later we checked to see if it was ready for a 3rd time. It was, they did not notify us as they said they would. Will update review after our stay is over.

The staff at this resort provided great customer service! I reserved seven rooms for family members to attend my daughter's wedding in the area. All the rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked great as well. No one had any complaints about their rooms. I have stayed at this resort twice in the last year and both times have exceeded my expectations.

IPAD AND LAPTOP STOLEN FROM VALET The hotel was fine, but the morning we were leaving we loaded up the car and left it with the valet. We went inside and ate breakfast at the restaurant then we got in the car and left. We dont live that far so we didnt need to make any other stops on the way home. When we got back we realized our electronics were all gone. We have photos with our electronics in the background so we know for sure we made it to the hotel with them, and we know we didn't go anywhere or stop anywhere else after leaving the car with the valet that morning. We called once we realized they were missing and nothing had been turned in. So. Go if you want its a nice hotel, but keep anything important or expensive on you at all times.

He went above and beyond to ensure our time here at The Westin was as wonderful of an experience we could've ever imagined. How nice if my husband to arrange a staycation to relax during an especially stressful time. The room was empty of the desk amenity but the emptiness-minimalism of the room appealed to me. Quiet corner of the hotel allowed me to remember sleep is not overrated with fantastic pillows and a just right bed. The bathroom amenities were just right. We went to the pool the first day for several hours. The morning is resort style in a rate to save a chair. Midday turns more into a party atmosphere with DJ. Once he's gone it's kinda chill with less kids and more adults hanging out. It was exactly the 48 hours of no responsibility or phone this girl needed.

This hotel is a sad excuse for the Westin brand. I was very surprised at the horrible experience that I unfortunately had. I won't go into to much detail about EVERYTHING that happened, BUT I will warn others that pictures are VERY deceiving. One recommendation, don't bother getting the stone brier suite, it's not worth the outrageous rate they charge AT ALL!

I reserved a couple rooms for family visiting from out of town. Upon arrival , no valet available. One of the rooms smelled like smoke and was hot! Not as clean as I would expect it to be. Disappointed. The elevators were so slow! The pool, which is why I picked this hotel, was also a disappointment. It was dirty, looked like it hadn't been cleaned well. The slide had a dark stain on it- which no one wanted to ride because it looked dirty. I don't know why this pool is in such bad condition at the beginning of summer?! Only positive was the servers at pool, they were on top of things! Won't be back! I did notify staff of issues.

Really really wanted to enjoy our stay! It was our BabyMoon! (A weekend before baby comes. ) I had a maternity photoshoot in our room schedule for 4 & family photos scheduled for 6. Got my hair & make up done prior & was soo excited. I'm 28 weeks pregnant. When I arrive on Friday. There was no valet. Guess the person was sick? So after I checked in. I had to drive & park my car & carry my stuff inside. In the hot Sun. 28 weeks pregnant. Leaving my car outside all weekend. Got to my room it was 78 degrees. I called & the air had broken. & was currently being fixed. But I had my maternity shoot, in the room. In which I sweated out my hair & makeup, which not only ruined that photo shoot, but my next one that I had at 6 pm. When my husband & daughter arrived at hotel, there was valet, but nobody helped him push up his luggage, which he had to do while carrying a one year old. Elevators were going slow all weekend. Waited 5 min for one at some point I understand that it's hot outside, but our room never got below 75 degrees. & being pregnant, was not the relaxing trip that I expected. & on Saturday we got massages at 11am, which was great, the masseuse forgot to do one thing, but we easily got that taken off, & then we went up to room, it was not cleaned yet. So we decided to go to pool. Stayed there until 4, then headed back up. Room still wasn't cleaned. So we head down for dinner, in our swim suits. Which we wanted to one go a little later after we showered, & two we wanted to look nice. As I said I really wanted to enjoy my time, but there were a lot of things that added up, to make us not have the best time. Beautiful hotel .

We tried to check in and said they cancelled our reservation with no penalty! For no reason, the manager upfront had absolutely no reason. We asked to speak to someone above her, long story short we checked in. The room we stayed in was nice, yet not much place to put your clothes in for 2 adults and 3 kids but like 5 hangers. We had only one bathrobe. We ordered room service, they got our order wrong, called to get it corrected & still brought it out wrong. The day of checkout I called to ask for coffee cups, they brought more coffee bags but no cups. Seems like the person on the phone can't seem to get anything right! If your looking for hospitality stay away from this place, there's plenty of other great hotels out there for a family!

She helped us out last visit also. Rooms were clean and very comfortable! Love the old time hotel concept---they are there to make your stay amazing. Love the valet. The men were helpful. Thank you for offering a caregiver discount for medical staff...much appreciated after during these trying times! And your location is. Great place for a getaway!

I had a great stay here for a business conference in Oct of 2018. The hotel grounds are vast, I am not sure I saw it all in the two days I was there. My room was on the 3rd floor and had everything I needed. Free water at checkin, an iron, hot water, spacious rooms and a comfy bed. The internet was reliable and fast enough to stream. I had one meal in the restaurant, Ernies, and it had a good lunch menu. Prices were okay for a high end hotel, and the seating was big enough for a group of 8 to find a seat with no reservation. All of the staff here at the hotel was great. I didnt get a chance to workout or play golf but those amenities looked great. I would definitely stay here again or recommend it for business stays, parties or conventions. Fyi - It's about 35 minutes with no traffic to the airport, there is no shuttle and Uber was $45. Its only a mile from Toyota Tech Center.

This is a beautiful hotel. We pulled up and were immediately greeted by an employee who helped load our bags onto a luggage cart. Check in only took about ten minutes and that's because we needed to make change for tips . The employees also helped unload out luggage in our rooms . The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathrooms are large with a large sit down tub and a rainfall shower. We received two complimentary vouchers for the breakfast buffet. There was an omelet station for breakfast that was delicious and the bacon was crispy just like I love it . The staff in the grill Were really friendly and welcoming. If I am ever in the Frisco area again I would most definitely stay here.

Tough one to review as the property has so many great touches with high end touches but the room I was in was really not up to the Westin standard I'm accustomed to. The room I was in had a torn office chair, peeling wallpaper and mold in the shower. Not good. Really wish the room wasn't so rough as the rest of the property is beautiful.

We wanted to have a nice weekend getaway, and had narrowed our choices between Westin Stonebriar and Four Season Las Colinas. Both have golf courses and the price difference for three nights was about the same. We ended up choosing Westin because we wanted to spend some time in the nearby Legacy area. We made a bad choice. The water in our room only got warm, never hot. The sheets were stiff and the bathroom hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. More than one room had left trash/room service outside their door, and it littered the hallway for nearly 24 hours before it was finally picked up. In fact, not once did I ever see room service in the halls. We paid extra for their continental breakfast each morning. The food was fine, but the service was very slow. We were so disappointed in the hotel that we actually checked out a day early and drove home. Now for the positives. The staff was friendly and the golf was great. I played the Fazio course ... nice layout and good playing conditions. I liked that I could take care of my tee time and greens fees at the hotel pro shop and go straight to the driving range instead of having to pay at the club pro shop, which looked very busy. Special shout out to Grace at the hotel pro shop, she was awesome.

It's been quite a while since I last stayed here but this Westin hasn't lost a step. Beautifully appointed, elegant, with excellent courteous service. The standard room I occupied was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water in the room as well as the free wifi. The hotel restaurant (Legacy Grille) was a nice place for a meal; breakfast there offered a well-laden buffet with a cook-to-order egg station. I'm not a golfer, so I can't speak to the links or amenities related to those, but I did enjoy the well-groomed lawns and gardens!

I was just here and can say that this place is always on top of creating a new and exciting experience. Since 2007 I have been coming here for business trips and this time around they made some incredible changes that I believe all will like. Now it's still in the works so be patient if you go soon but it is well worth it. You will see that the bar area is now an open space bar but also the decor is brighter. Look at the photos I posted and judge yourself. Though this pandemic has stopped travel for now, it also have given properties like this an opportunity to update. I love it and I know you will as well. The staff is awesome, they take great pride in safety of the virus and wearing your mask is well, just plain smart. Even the little touch of having clean pens out into the used pen cup says alot. So glad Marriot did a great job here.

Chose the Caesar Salad with Shrimp, and a perfectly made Bulleit Rye Manhattan Overall, lunch was a good value for a Westin property. I was also at the property for a group event, and the catered food and service was very good.

What a disappointment with this newly renovated "resort" near home. We stayed here while the house was being painted. The first thing we noticed when entering the room was the lack of drawers. I do not mean not enough, I mean zero, none. What kind of hotel do you check into that you have to live out of your suitcase? When I mentioned this to staff they told me they hear the complaint over and over again. When we were leaving in the am we saw the housekeeper and mentioned that there are no "do not disturb" signs or housekeeping signs in the room. She told me due to COVID they removed them. Really, enough already. How do you keep people from knocking on the door when you don't want them? They also mentioned that you have to request your room to be made up. No notice of this upon checking into the room. We spoke to the front desk person before we left to request this along with different pillows. When we returned at 5pm nothing. How can you expect to maintain anything like a 3 star rating if you cannot provide basic services, much less a higher rating. BTW the Heavenly beds seem very tired. So as an update to this epic disaster, we had spoken to Ashley the guest services manager before departing for the evening. She assured us everything would be taken care of as soon as we departed to go out for the evening at 6:45pm. You guessed it, NOTHING WAS DONE OUR ROOM WAS AS WE LEST IT. How does a place like this stay in business as a Westin, shame on you.

Great experience at the pool and the cabana. If you run into any trouble past that, you're in your own. Traveling with a baby. Our brand new Yukon had battery problems and just needed a jump. Told us we were on our own. Not sure what happened to southern hospitality. Or just decency for a quick favor.

My husband and I booked an anniversary weekend here, the weekend of June 7th. We decided to go big or go home this year because we both were sick on our honeymoon and spent our first anniversary at a funeral. So, we did some intense research and chose to spend our weekend at the Westin Stonebriar Hotel & Golf Club. One of my struggles with The Westin Stonebriar was the beautiful pool. Ironic? Yes. The website prided the Stonbriar on the large pool and relaxing nature of there being a separation of children and adults. I found this very untrue, as the majority of the swimmers were children. As we were trying to relax, we were constantly being splashed and kept hearing loud screams. This would have been ok, but because they advertised differently I was disappointed. We booked an in room couples massage and paid an arm and a leg for it. After the massage, they told us to call when we were ready for housekeeping to clear the massage beds and rearrange the room back to its original setting. When we arrived back to our room, housekeeping had taken the beds but did not put our furniture back and left a bowl of half eaten fruit and trash on our dresser. While I enjoyed or experience for the most part, it was not worth what we paid for our weekends away. We will not be back.

I decided to stay here for a business trip given the competitive price and how beautiful the hotel looked. I was a bit disappointed given how high-end Westins are and that's coming from someone who isn't that picky with hotels. To be fair, let's breakdown the experience because it's not all bad. Pros: the entire staff (restaurant, front desk, managers) were phenomenal. Considerably more friendly and helpful than most hotels. The lobby area and restaurant are nice. The food quality is pretty good. The gym is one of the nicest and definitely biggest I've seen. Cons: the WiFi was spotty my entire stay from the room. The air conditioning was inconsistent. My room was set to 65, and I was sweating most of the night. There was a live cockroach in my shower. The TV remote was missing from the room. The rooms are surprisingly old, bland, and sparse. My room felt very much like I was in my grandmother's house. Given the staff and foundation in place, this place has the foundation to be great.

As others have mentioned the rooms while spacious are lacking in comfortable chairs, no work desk, and no storage for clothes. We were there for five days and it was very uncomfortable. It felt like the room was never finished from a furnishing standpoint. There is no restaurant for dinner nor room service so you must go out. You'll note any positive reviews were several years ago so after the remodel it has declined. So sad since this hotel is in a lovely setting.

I was definitely WOW'd. From the moment I stepped in, the concierge greeting me as I stepped inside to the warm smiley face of the front desk person, this place has an inviting vibe to it. Check in was quick and easy and everyone who worked there seemed to enjoy being there. This is not always apparent in most hotels I've stayed in my travels. The one thing was getting to my room, the way the hotel is designed, you may find yourself doing a bit of walking towards your hotel room depending on where it's location is. The room itself was amazing, spacious with an office area and comfy lounge chair and ottoman. The shower was my favorite perk, the large shower head so when you are showering, you can pretend it's gentle rain pouring down on you, or if your more imaginative like I am, you can pretend your underneath a gentle waterfall. LoL that's just me, though... The place has wonderful amenities to take advantage of. The swimming pool in the back seemed elegant at night where there are lights that change color to give the experience a nice flair. Understand, it is cold during this season, so no swimming for me. If I ever come back to visit I would definitely come back to this hotel. There are several other hotels in the area, but I feel this was the one closest to a four star experience. Even at check out and having the complimentary breakfast buffet was the 'cherry on top'. I want to say thanks to the staff for being so friendly and hope to visit again in the future! :)

Came in to the hotel looking for a different experience. My husband and I needed a weekend away so we did. The hotel lobby is beautiful and I love the old world wood details which are absolutely amazing. The ambiance and the views are worth the stay. However, when in our room, cleaning service knocks and came in. Did not give us time to answer the door. Luckily we were dressed but then it happened again when we got a knock at the door and the door opened to ask if our room was serviced. The cleaning service was not as I expected. I mentioned to her that we had some black backwash on the sink and she told me to call someone. She didn't see it so she can't do anything. Basically blew me off. A simple "I will relay the message" would have been enough. Just give us some time to answer the door to avoid embarrassing situations and don't give me more work when I mention something is wrong. Breakfast was wonderful, the buffet setup had great choices and the food was fresh. I suggest keeping the meats hot. Rose the hostess, was amazing on Saturday morning. Sunday was just NOT the same.

We absolutely love going here for a quick staycation! Mikki is always SO SO friendly and helpful every time out at the pool bar. If we need water, she gets it. If we need a refil, she's on it! If we are hungry, she's there with a menu. She's a great welcoming smile every time!

Heavenly beds! So nice! And what's even greater was the GF and Vegan options on their room service menu! They also have juices! I woke up and had their cucumber, mint, and pineapple juice - YUM! Ample parking. Friendly staff. Allowed us late checkout on New Year's Day. Great place and will stay here again!

I stayed here one night for business so I didn't get to enjoy any of the amenities, but the pool and golf course seemed beautiful and well maintained, as was the rest of the hotel. Every staff member was courteous and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the rain shower and the blackout curtains. When my alarm went off in the morning I was thrown off because I thought it was the middle of the night! The only negative is that free wifi is only available in the lobby and you have to pay for it in the rooms. I thought that in this day and age wifi always just comes standard.

I'd like to start with the pro to make sure the valet staff does not get overlooked. Every valet employee we encountered we're friendly, professional, and very helpful. They represented the hotel very well. The cleanliness of the hotel was also up to standards. Unfortunately, past the valet was where the experience started to go downhill. I will spare the details and get to the point. Front rep showed no enthusiasm for his job nor the customers. Had an issue with the restaurant night manager who refused to offer an exchange or a refund for a dessert that looked unappetizing that seemed to have been left out for a while. We politely explained the situation but received a rude and unapologetic response instead. Prior to checking out, I spoke to the front desk regarding my stay and he just had a blank look on his face. Clearly not interested in hearing about my experience at the hotel. I had also written to the hotel management in hopes of getting some closure but it has been over a week with no response. Again, valet staff was great. The cleanliness was good. But the hotel service overall was very disappointing. It was not at all what they promised on their website.

The BEST part about the Westin Stonebriar is the pool during the summer. As a family we simply loved the family movie nights where they set up the movie screen outside by the pool and play kid friendly movies. Pool area is complete with ping pong tables, pool side service, mini golf, croquet, a small slide into the pool and plenty of big beach balls to share. Fresh apples in the lobby were awesome and the valet service was very good: I am always grateful for the extra help when trying to manage with a toddler. Service was good all around; however I found the restaurant food to be not-so-hot for a Westin. Not a problem, plenty of local restaurants nearby that are fantastic.

First the grounds are beautiful. The pool was a big hit for the adults & our daughter alike. Bar area is nice --paneling steeped in rich mahogany (Yes, Ron Burgundy!)--& a great place to catch a World Cup game. Have some happy hour dink specials as well. The Legacy Grill offers an expensive, albeit good spread for its Breakfast buffet. The rooms, particularly the Executive King, are spacious and in good condition. Housekeeping did its job. As a cliff-notes, there was some confusion over my SPG rewards reservation, to which I added an extra night several weeks before our stay. But the front desk was courteous & professional in sorting it all out. Family also enjoyed the hotel, as we traveled down for a wedding weekend. Stay was not without problems, but we will return. Tip: check the hotel newsletter by the front desk for special events/ deals (free WiFi code at the time of our stay).

One of my favourite hotel, excellent service. Very clean room. Staff is very polite. They even upgrade us to a nicer room for free. Pool is very clean and also the hotel is kid friendly. On the down side the room didn't have a microwave which I wish it did, cause i have a 2 year old and a 7 month old and every time I have a make a bottle of milk i have to go downstairs next to the coffee shop to use the microwave which sucks, i would definitely recommend this place bit not for babies .

Awful. We checked in late yesterday evening. After a long week of traveling and helping family move. We are exhausted. When we checked in they said no problem- you can stay another night, just book yourself online. We asked if they had rooms - that said yes. We go to book online and nothing. After we already settled into our room. We were so exhausted we just went to sleep. I really wish they would have been honest with us. Nothing I don't like more than dishonesty. I would never stay here again. All we wanted was one more night. We have had a draining and extremely stressful week dealing with a family emergency. Stay somewhere else that doesn't lie to your face and cares about family and it's Thank you for taking care of this for us Craig. We truly appreciated it. You are a true professional. And thank you for taking to the person. I would am happy that won't happen to another Guest.

If I could give Westin Stonebriar 100 stars, I would...and that's coming from a very critical reviewer. From the moment we parked (easy, accessible, shaded but secure parking) and walked into the beautiful lobby- I was relaxed. I love that the lobby is large but cozy. Every receptionist was SO warm. The valet/bellmen were so hospitable and helpful. They offered an upgrade because we were celebrating our anniversary. Here is a big thing: I am a clean freak and the room was SO clean! Usually, even nice hotels can be a little under maintained/worn- NOT Westin Stonebriar! Great upkeep, clean, love how even the halls smell amazing. We had an amazing view of the golf course and I loved how quiet the room was. The hotel wasn't crowded while we were there and I appreciated that they separated the guests instead of keeping us all on the same floor. The room service was delicious and not outrageously overpriced, definitely not your typical under seasoned bland food! Lastly, the amenities here are unbeatable. We picked it for the high end gym mostly because access to a full gym was important. It is unrivaled. The outdoor pool area is amazing and includes bar service and food (I think Fri-Sun).

I understand Covid restrictions but the Westin has refused to adapt. No room service, no spa, no pool. Nothing is open and yet they are charging the same price. I just stayed at the Four Seasons which has all amenities open and ordering is done through an app so you have zero contact with anyone, all very safe.

This hotel was beautiful. When we arrived the valet was already outside waiting like we had called to tell him we were pulling up. I say this because it was after 8 pm and around 25 degrees outside. The lobby was nice and warm and two smiling faces awaited us at the front desk. Checking is was quick and because I was Gold elite my room was upgraded to a suite. The next morning I found out we where given a voucher for two free breakfast buffets since we chose to spend the New Year weekend here. Not that we had a choice when one of your Favorite Cousins decides to get married on New Year's eve. Ok so back to breakfast, usually I would prefer not to do a buffet but this one was delicious! There was an omelet station with your choice of eggs (I love brown eggs) AND a large variety of veggies and meat to add in! I can't speak for you but I love love waffles and the Chef making omlets was doing a great job multi tasking and kept the waffle station full. They had potatoes, sausage, bacon and a variety of fresh fruit. To top it all off the coffee and juices where yummy also. Our waitress took great care of us. She kept our drinks filled and made sure we were satisfied and happy with our selections. The beds where awesome I see why they are called heavenly. Our suite was very spacious with a great view of the beautiful pool and golf course. Now for my only issue .... while showering on my last night the tub backed up and freaked me out! The maintenance Man can shortly and unclogged the tub but I was not willing to be surprised again so we finished our showers in a cousins room. Honestly had that not happened I would have had a five star visit.
