This is a fantastic hotel! Great location in the middle of town - walking distance to the major attractions (palace). The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The gym is arguably better than most standalone gyms - not just free weights but barbells too. The food in the restaurants, whether for breakfast or dinner, is great. It was hard to leave this one and would absolutely stay here again

Can't say enough about the level of service and hospitality that the hotel extended to our family. We had left a few critical items at home for our toddler son and the staff was very accommodating in helping us with loaner items during our stay in Korea. A big thank you to David and Joon of the bell staff for their superb service and attentiveness. ||The accommodations were well kept and to lived up to the Westin standard. Food was excellent and top notch. ||Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Top notch experience all around. Staff: friendly, professional, one may dare to say world class. Facilities: clean, refined, and more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. The spa is great. The lounge feels elegant. No notes, and I would recommend to anyone looking for memorable accommodations in Myeondong. Some of the 1-star reviews highlight the age of the building, which is apparent with the lowest expenditure of effort to research, but in no way does it detract from the experience.

Superb hotel. Location for shoppers....cannot be surpassed. Great service. Super fast to replenish towels, water, ice, etc. They come within minutes of calling. Warm and welcoming staff everywhere, at the spa reception, the lounge, the front office. Ery clear they have been given solid training on customer service. Excellent gym, superb spa and onsen. Lounge food was very good, drinks selection great. For sure will come again.

Room condition pretty old and requires refurbish (bathtub is yellow and some furniture are old). Overall, it’s a safe bet hotel especially for a last minute trip. It’s a good location to not be in the middle of myeongdong busy streets.

Spent 40th anniversary at the Josun in November. Was called the Chosun when we spent our honeymoon there in 1984. Very friendly, helpful staff in the lobby, executive lounge, and Aria restaurant. ||Room was very clean and comfortable. Somehow the windows were spotless considering the pollution/dust levels downtown.||Food and drink selection in the executive lounge was better than expected and well stocked considering how busy it was. ||Will plan on returning at the next opportunity.

Check in : was a nice experience with front reception (in particular Chris Lee) who check us in with warm welcoming gesture and understands what we required as a family stay! Thanks to Anton Yoo who take the effort to recommend us some nice shopping area for my teenage girl! Thanks! ||Westin Club floor: |I must say the entire team was great and professional! Specially thanks to Wendy, Lizzy, Ping who has taken their effort to make us feel comfortable and resolved our room issues. Thank you! The club lounge was up to standard with nice drinks, cocktails & HHr food variety / choice!
