The Best MICHELIN Guide Hotels in Istanbul

"For many travelers the historic district of Beyoğlu is the very heart of Istanbul; it’s among the most picturesque and richly varied parts of town, and is home to more than a few of the city’s finest hotels. To that number you can add the Westist, as purely design-focused a boutique hotel as this city has seen in a long time." - MICHELIN Guide

Would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Istanbul. Location was excellent, right next to the Main Street of the area but still remained quiet. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were one of the most accommodating group we’ve ever experienced. Room was very nice and modern, everything worked perfect. Their spa area felt like an actual premium spa experience , very zen feeling and super clean. The sauna was probably the best I’ve ever used and the staff there were also super friendly and were always attending to our needs. The hotels restaurant was the best and freshest tasting food we had throughout our 4 day stay in Istanbul, the restaurant manager was also super friendly and made an effort to connect with us personally each time we saw him coming out the hotel. The front desk staff also greeted us by our first names each time we entered and exited and always asked we needed anything. If you are coming to Istanbul definitely stay here especially at its price point.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. While the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, they were exceptionally clean. The staff is amazing—from housekeeping to the front desk. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and always smiling, which made the stay truly enjoyable. A must-visit place while in Istanbul!

Perfect hotel!! ||The staff were fantastic, from the front desk staff, the cleaners and the staff in the spa. We went for 4 nights for my partners birthday. Upon arrival we were upgraded room which was a lovely touch after such long travel! The rooms were super modern & immaculate! Fresh towels & bedding every day and the water and tea in room replenished when used.||We were given a discount for the spa facilities and the restaurant next door (which we didn't manage to get to visit but it smelt lovely) We had some cakes placed in our room as a birthday gesture for my partner which was a really really nice gesture.||We visited the spa the night before we left and it was such a lovely touch to our trip! I opted for a full body massage and Turkish bath package and the service was excellent I cannot recommend it enough! Their spa facilities are really lovely, nice intimate settings and calming after the hustle and bustle of Istanbul!||The hotel is perfectly situated about 500 yards from istiklal Street which holds plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops etc. There is a taxi stand at the bottom of the road and beside that there is also a chemist everything you need is a stones throw away. 15 minute walk to Galata tower, and lots of quirky neighbourhood bars in Pera close by! Grand Bazaar is about 10/12 minute uber journey over the water super easy to get to! Will absolutely be staying here again when I return

I have stayed at The Westist Hotel more than five times now, and I can say it always feels like a second home. Every stay is comfortable, relaxing, and truly memorable. The hotel's location, cleanliness, and cozy atmosphere keep me coming back, but what makes it truly special is the staff.|Big thanks to Ms. Sinem and Mr. Mustafa at the reception, they are incredibly professional and helpful. Their warm welcome and attentiveness make a huge difference.|Also, a big thank you to Ms. Ayse for her daily smile and care while cleaning my room.

I booked from Booking. Honestly, the hotel is very nice. The staff’s treatment is wonderful. Their style is very nice. The hotel is in a strategic location, close to a grocery store and Istiklal Street. Thank you.

These guys took the money in full from my card before arriving, and then when I had to cancel our booking due to closed airspace and all that is happening between Iran and Qatar, which you can imagine was incredibly stressful, they refused to respond to Booking.com’s request to waive the cancellation fee (which was paying in full…) and also are no longer responding to me. I’m not one to write bad reviews often and I’m happy to pay a cancellation fee under normal circumstances but this behaviour I find really bad

Very accommodating and quick with answers to questions. Located just off istiklal street, this hotel is centrally situated with multiple public transport links within a short distance. All the people working here that we encountered so far have been very helpful and friendly. Additionally the restaurant next door is pleasant and reasonably priced for a quick meal
