The 15 Best Bubble Teas In London

"Order: Milk Tea Boba This bubble tea cafe in Queensway has a couple of tables inside, but it’s so close to Hyde Park that having a milk tea picnic is almost a given when the weather’s nice. Get a milk tea boba—a comforting drink that tastes a little like cereal milk in the best way possible—and head to the park where you can sip, chew, and enjoy." - rianne shlebak

Fantastic Oriental Bakery and tea shop. Such reasonable prices for such huge portions. Have tried many items and all absolutely delicious. My favourite is the honey toast so far! Available for delivery too. Long opening hours. Just fantastic and what we were missing from the area.

Surprisingly, the almond Croissant is sooooooo good with such generous fillings! Definitely going back for more pastry, I asked and the pastry is made by their in-house pastry chef! I bought the special combo bubble tea drink n pastry at only £7.50. 👍👍

Great spot for some refreshments when in Bayswater. We had the sour dark plum jelly drink which was lovely and also the milk tea boba which was nice. You can order from the screens or at the till if not too busy.

I recently tried the spring onion chicken roll at The Whale Tea, and it was incredibly delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the chicken was so tender it practically melted in my mouth. Plus, knowing that it's 100% Halal adds to the satisfaction. While I've always been a fan of their milk bubble teas, this new launch of savouries and pastries has definitely won me over. I can't wait to go back and try more of their pastries soon!

I used to buy bubble tea here because it's close to my accommodation. The staff’s attitude has never been friendly from the very beginning. When the drink number is called, they just place it on the table with other drinks, and I often have to ask which one is mine. One day, I bought two breads — one with tuna and one with chicken floss — along with a Too Good To Go bag. As usual, they just placed everything on the counter. I asked if it was mine, and a new employee (I think) said yes. He didn’t mention that only one bread had been included. We all left, and no one said anything about another item being left behind. I gave the baked goods to my friend since he had never tried them before. The next day, I realized I had only received the tuna bread (because he shared with other friends and everyone was puzzled because there's no chicken floss at all) even though I had paid for both. When I went back, that same grumpy woman kept insisting that I needed proof. But how can I provide proof when I gave the food to my friend in the hostel and I was the one who paid? She even said, "If it’s like that, everyone will come asking for more." What kind of logic is that? There was no apology for their mistake. Honestly, I find the staff's attitude disgusting. I can’t believe the owner would hire people without proper training or do they just because they’re Chinese? They spoke to each other in Chinese, assuming no one would understand but I did, and I found what they said completely inappropriate That being said, the bread itself is great.

Got a too good to go bag from here and I have to say the pastries are actually incredible! The honey toast is divine and so is the spring onion bun that came. It taste really soft and fresh and not stale. I wouldn’t have think to come in here for pastries as its a bubble tea establishment but I actually think the bakery aspect is a hidden gem.
