The Whaler's Inn Hotel of Mystic

This was our second stay at The Whaler’s Inn - first time was just pre-pandemic, but we had been wanting to return for 5 years! This time was only one night, but another really lovely experience. Every staff member we dealt with was friendly, courteous, & helpful. Our room in the Hoxie House (one of several buildings that comprise the Inn) was spacious, comfortable, clean, & very nicely decorated. The location is wonderful - central Mystic right outside & a short walk across the historic bridge, restaurants & shops all around, & other attractions (Seaport Museum, etc.) either walkable or a short drive depending on your abilities/choice. We had a terrific dinner at the Inn’s restaurant, the Shipwright’s Daughter, which had been under renovation & closed on our previous visit - it was definitely worth the wait! Excellent food, service, & a lovely atmosphere. We will certainly return!

The Whalers Inn is a fabulous place to stay! Mystic is a wonderful place to visit and dine! Rachel at the front desk was so friendly and very welcoming after our long drive. She showed us to a beautiful room. The next day we had the pleasure of meeting Roger the general manger and Brian who funs the front desk during the day. It is not often we come across a place like the whalers Inn. The staff's commitment to service and hospitality far exceeds other hotels. The rooms are immaculate and beautiful. The vibe is exhilarating and the staff couldnt be nicer! We cant wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at The Whaler’s Inn. The staff were welcoming and kind, the location is perfect, the room was very comfortable, and everything was spotless. During our visit, my son experienced a seizure and became unsettled. Out of courtesy to other guests, I went to check out early, fully understanding and expecting that their no-refund policy would apply. To my surprise, the staff showed great compassion and refunded the room without me asking. This gesture of kindness went above and beyond and meant a lot to us. It’s rare to find a hotel that not only provides an excellent stay but also genuinely cares about its guests. I’m deeply grateful and will certainly return.

We had a fantastic stay at The Whaler’s Inn. The room was clean and cozy, the bed was amazing, the amenities lovely and the food at their restaurant superb. Ariana at check in was warm, kind and overly accommodating. A hand written note from Madeline in the room was icing on the cake. They truly care about guest experience. Don’t skip the cookies at check in-they are delicious!

Our stay at the Whaler's Inn was wonderful. The rooms in the new Stanton House are well appointed and beautiful. The service at the front desk was wonderful. We loved brunch and breakfast at the Shipwright's Daughter. You can walk to many stores and restaurants from the Inn. We will definitely stay here again.

The Whaler's Inn was my first choice of where to stay in Mystic. It is right in the center of town, so it is perfect. While booking it, I knew exactly which room, in which building I wanted to stay in. It was room number 10, in the 1865 house. It was available ...perfect! When we arrived at the hotel, we were escorted up to our room. We were told that they had coffee , and cookies available for the guests. I asked if they were homemade and the answer was yes. Shortly after we got into the room, there was a knock on our door. We were brought two fresh cookies for a little snack. Now, that is customer service! This is the kind of experience you should receive every time you stay in a hotel. It is what makes your whole experience memorable. The hotel is so pretty and very relaxing. I will always rave about our stay here. This hotel is so worth it.

The place is way overpriced. We thought we’d be getting a luxurious room, but the closet at my own home is bigger. It’s impossible to turn off the fan unless you turn off the light? The paper products are a little bit better than sandpaper. I had a hard time sleeping as our room was on the front by the street. The staff was very, very nice and did give me a white noise machine. The staff was the nicest part of the Stay. I guess it’s what you deal with when you’re in a tourist town.

We had an amazing breakfast at The Shipwright's Daughter in Mystic, and it was a great breakfast experience! My husband ordered the Avocado Toast with Egg, which was beautifully prepared and delicious. I had a poached egg with toast, mixed greens, and a hash brown. That hash brown was next-level--crispy, flavorful, and hands-down the best I've ever had! The ambiance was fantastic, with a stylish yet cozy vibe that made for a relaxing start to our day. The service was also impeccable--friendly, attentive, and efficient. We'll absolutely be back on our next trip to Mystic. If you're looking for a memorable breakfast spot, The Shipwright's Daughter is a must-visit!

The rooms were clean, felt very cozy. The bed was comfortable. Walking distance to all restaurants and shops downtown. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed here for a little babymoon and we were incredibly happy with the convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and clean room.

The Whalers Inn is a very nice boutique Inn with a good downtown location near the drawbridge. Rooms overlooking the East Main Street attractions or parking lot. Private parking- walk to most Mystic stores. Why no 5th star? : it is very expensive at $500 per night, even with a $15 per person Shipwrights Daughter Restaurant credit per day (excellent breakfast right on site) $500 per night are NYC hotel prices - There is at least one less expensive alternative that we have stayed at with cute personal Mystic River named boutique riverfront rooms. The Whalers rooms are large, beds comfortable and the bathroom nicely appointed. This is a nice centrally located Inn.

Whenever I go to Mystic for an vacation I always chose this place. The lobby is comfy with free cookies after 6 pm and a coffee machine. The Whaler's Inn is also close to the local Candy shop and Ice cream shop if you want to grab a treat. It is also very fun to watch or hear the Mystic Drawbridge go up and down when ships are crossing along the river. Just plan in advance when getting a room though as it can be a pain sometimes to get a room. The Whaler's Inn has a morning cafe on site with good food and excellent costumer service.

I am a visitor to the quaint little town while conducting business at another hotel. While walking around visiting the many restaurants and shops I came across the Whalers inn. It was a sunny cool/cold day and I walked the lobby and greeted the front desk staff introducing myself as a cold visitor from Florida. There was an elderly English woman and her desk mate a white haired man as well as some staff in the office behind the desk. The lobby was a blend of working space, comfort chairs, retail and hosted bar area. I was a bit surprised not one person showed me any warmth, welcoming, or any consideration. Not even a warm smile. This front desk is the first and last impression a guest or a simple visitor to Mystic might get of the Whalers Inn. My impression was less than nice. I received no Greeting whatsoever, so I can't even say it was nice or not so nice. I'm not one to often leave a review, but I am in the hospitality business and was quite perplexed at the energy that was pulled out of me expecting a warm welcome of such a nice place and received zero welcome , or any greeting whatsoever. I was so impressed with the general area in town. I wanted to approach the wailers in to see if I could make arrangements to bring a small group to town for a three day meeting. I'm going to be planning in the area. This front office staff, motivated me not to inquire. I'm looking for and will find accommodations that are welcoming and warm. I wish the wailers in all the luck in the world. It looks like a wonderful, charming place, but there was no warmth in the staff.

What a great stay! Our room was immaculate -- charming, and modern at the same time while still being inviting and cozy. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I love the credit they offer for The Shipwright's Daughter -- the restaurant attached to the inn. I highly recommend dining there, it's fabulous! The Whaler's Inn has a perfect location to shops, the museum, aquarium and dining! Can't recommend this inn for a wonderful getaway for anyone!

The Hoxie Guest Room at the Whaler Inn is wonderful! Very clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the room spacious with a fireplace! Ashley at the front desk was very welcoming upon arrival and accommodated an early check in for us. She also set up our dinner reservations, suggested things for us to do in the area and gave us a quick tour of the property before directing us to our room. She made us feel very "at home" during our entire stay. The only negative about the hotel is that the walls are thin and you can hear the people in the hallway and next door so it's not easy to sleep in but other than that everything else was great. This was just what we needed - a relaxing weekend get away! We will plan to stay here again in the near future! Highly recommend!!

Love going to Mystic, so brought a friend visiting from Colorado on an overnight. Both rooms were on point, spacious, clean and the Inn near everything you want to be near. Such as the ice cream shop across the street where you can sit and enjoy the Mystic River and boats. Dan provided us an excellent reception and had cookies fresh from the oven. Our stay was perfect. Thank you!

The room was amazing with great service when I was taking content with a welcome note, gift, and free mugs from the gift shop they also had hot chocolate coffee and tea in the lobby with a coffee machine in my room which was room 17 mattress was very comfortable 100 sleep score not noisy near lots of stores. Snacks available for purchase as well as umbrellas sweatshirts and more in the gift shop. Great decor and warm in the lobby as well as the rooms. Games in the lobby and amazing staff.

The Whalers Inn is a boutique hotel in the heart of historic Mystic, CT. It is comprised of a few charming, quintessential New England style buildings. The majority of popular restaurants and shopping, plus the Mystic Seaport Museum, are all within walking distance. Check in was seamless. The lobby was cute, decorated in a tasteful nautical theme, and the young lady working was very hospitable. They offer free reserved parking, 24 hour concierge, and complimentary tea/coffee/freshly baked cookies for guests. We splurged on the newly renovated Hoxley House ($450/night). There are only 4 of these rooms at the Inn, recommended for honeymooners, or anyone celebrating a special occasion. Our room overlooked the town center, providing nice sunset views. Unfortunately, the bed was rock hard, and had thin, scratchy sheets. There were stains on the carpet. Nothing about it felt luxurious, or worthy of the price point. The walls were paper thin, but fortunately we had no neighbors until our last night. We were woken up at 5am by a loud guitar in the next room. My fiancé knocked on their door and spoke to them, but the music continued. I complained at the front desk, and brought up the matter at check out, but the older woman working was dismissive and unapologetic. I would not stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend in Mystic and we loved it. It's a perfect location to walk all around downtown. The space is completely updated and upscale, which is great because it's a bit pricier than other boutique inns. I personally have no problem paying as long as the space and service match the dollar amount, and this place does. Our room was spacious and had a fireplace. It also had a bubble tub which was great to enjoy a champagne in at the end of the day. If we ever head back to Mystic overnight we will 100% stay here again.

What an absolutely charming inn right in the heart of historic Mystic. Staff is first rate. Rooms are amazing and clean. Within walking distance of almost everything you would want to do in Mystic.

We attended a wedding and fortunately found a wonderful place to stay at the Whalers Inn in Mystic. The rooms were very comfortable the Inn was clean and in a great location. I would like to give a special shout-out to the amazing Coletta who was at the front desk, such a warm, accommodating, inviting spirit of a person, she really made for this 5 star rating.

You can't get any better than staying here at the Whaler's Inn. The staff, the nautical theme throughout, the freshly baked chocolate cookies every afternoon - there little touches of wonderful everywhere! Mystic River is incredibly underrated if you've never been, like us. This location is PRIME when you want to be close to everything, and be in the center of it all. I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else because I am now so jaded! Room 73 was above and beyond our expectations, for sure. I've never had to physically step UP into a King size bed before, but you had to here! I've never had such a magnificent night's sleep in such cloud-like pillows and plush linens. No tossing or turning for either of us in this Captain of a bed! The decor of the room was relaxing and serene; you could almost swear you could smell the salt in the air and the crashing of waves. The bathroom also kept with the nautical theme, and the soaking tub was another added surprise! White robes?! Don't mind if I do! Our room looked out over onto the Mystic River and the drawbridge, which was really awesome. We waved good morning to the Argia ship across the way, and got a very accurate weather report from sticking our heads out the front window. We watched the sun rise and set from the comfort of our room - we even caught glimpse of a bride on a yacht on the way to her venue! Really a magical experience! The staff are incredibly informative, and offer discounted tickets on many of the great attractions in and around Mystic. See the front desk before planning your whole day! We couldn't of had a better long weekend, and we will be visiting you soon!

We stayed here during the week while seeing some concerts at Mohegan and we were very happy with our stay. We were greeted by two lovely staff members and given our key. Check in was very easy. We did have some trouble with our key which they were able to fix quickly. Our room was very spacious and everything was spotless. The bed was so comfortable and we were able to get a late checkout for a quick catnap before leaving. There's a tv with Roku set up so you can watch whatever you like. We loved the little touches of the old school phone and nautical theme throughout. The hotel has a deal with a local restaurant where you can get a breakfast item to enjoy and we loved the danish egg with rye bread and breakfast taco. The location of the hotel is one of the many reasons why we would come back again - it's right near everything so you can walk anywhere you like. I did pay the extra $50 for the "coast to casino" package which is a good deal since you get your money back with a $50 Uber credit and some snacks (box of chocolates, pirate's booty and some boxed waters). The only issue was there were no Uber's at 5:00pm when we wanted to leave for the casino. We planned on using the Uber and so we waited, and waited, and waited and got nothing. We ended up waiting an hour for a car that never showed and ended up driving. I can't place the blame on the hotel but it was definitely frustrating since I asked about whether it would be hard to get an Uber in the area during the time we were staying and the receptionist said we shouldn't have a problem. Having said that, based on how great everything else was, we'd definitely be back. We love mystic and think this is our spot to stay in whenever we visit.

Loved, loved, loved our stay here. We came to Mystic in February (this is a bad habit we have, of ending up in seasonal tourist spots at the wrong time of year) and this hotel was so cozy, welcoming, and gorgeous, we basically never wanted to leave. The front desk staff was professional and also FRIENDLY (I'm not from New England so I often think people are stand-offish, but the staff here were downright warm). When I forgot a toiletry, I texted and they brought me a replacement in less than five minutes. The bed was so soft. We had a Junior suite so my son slept in the cutest little bunk-bed nook. We slept like rocks because it was silent. I'm not sure if we will be back to Mystic, but if we do, I will certainly stay here again.

had a great stay at the whalers inn. you really can't beat the location of this accommodation - it's just a 5 minute walk to basically all the shops/restaurants. we had a terrific view and utilized the fireplace as much as possible. my only regret is not waking up early enough to have breakfast at the restaurant - that i can only blame on how comfortable the beds were! we seriously loved staying here - i can't wait to come back.

If only we could have had more time here. Snagged a room for a one-night getaway/family reunion and the entire experience was top-notch. Staff eternally obliging, amenities were very nice and the room was immaculate and quiet. Comfy bed, perfect pillows, big bathroom with giant sink and spacious shower. Steps away from the Mystic Bridge and center of town so we didn't have to go near our car once we parked (even the lot attendant was nice). And don't miss their restaurant the Shipwright's Daughter -- that rave review will be posted separately. Highly recommended.

The food was absolutely delicious and Lee the server was excellent . We will be sure to come again.

The Whaler's Inn evokes a seaside cottage with the amenities of a well-run hotel. The floors have settled considerably, but if that doesn't bother you, the rooms are just the right size and comfortable. The thermostat is easy to control, and the TV offers all basic cable channels, rather than the usual limited hotel selection. One of the night tables has a Crosley radio that is also easy to use and that contains an easy-to-set alarm. The concierge was very friendly and offered enthusiastic recommendations. The view from this room was of the parking lot, but other than that disappointment, I recommend the Whaler's Inn highly.

Spent a night last week - strict Covid rules in place that probably hurt the overall warmth of this place. That said every interaction was cordial and they are handling the service side well. The restaurant staff were also awesome and gave me the hometown feel. I'd love to be local to mystic. Hotel has a nautical theme (which I loved) and was nicely appointed. Location is unbeatable. Town itself is shockingly awesome - great mix of food and nightlife on top of cultural activities (even in Covid). Five stars all around for the whalers and mystic!

This place is a must-stay if visiting Mystic! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Seaport Museum. Beautiful large rooms, tasteful decor (nautical but not kitschy). Hair dryer, toiletries and a fridge! Because of Covid, they didn't have housekeeping, but left a clean bag of towels outside our door every morning. They said the place was fully booked, but the hotel was so quiet it felt like we were the only guests. Definitely eat at the restaurant downstairs; food is excellent and you get a $15 credit for being a hotel guest. Rooms are pricey, but book through a third party and you'll save big ... plus they still give you the restaurant credits! Cannot recommend this hotel more!

We experienced a wonderful stay here during our first visit to Mystic, Connecticut. Their location couldn't be any more perfect. Small walk (about 10-15mn) from the train station. They are right on Main Street, near the entrance of the draw bridge facing the harbor. Pretty much, it felt like being right in the center of town and walking distance from most cafes/restaurants. In love with their decor. They were consistent throughout with the maritime theme (dominant colors being navy blue, white and yellow). Their welcoming lobby featured floor to ceiling windows, warm pieces and a couch.The staff was super friendly and helpful. Complimentary cookies at check in. Each room also had their own Keurig. Their continental breakfast included wonderful baked goods from Sift bakery (where we stocked on on our last day). They had more variety than I expected (eggs, quiche, croissants, cookies). Our room (#38) was on their 3nd floor. The stairs were a little steep but we had no complaints. We had the luck of landing a corner room with great window views of life on Main Street. Our room was very spacious with lots of light. The bed was very comfortable with crisp and heavy linens. Bathroom was pristine white, good size. We had no issues with their wifi. The biggest draw about this place was that it wasn't hotel like. it was more family-owned and seemed part of the Mystic community. The staff was tuned into what was going on and had great recommendations. Would certainly stay here on my next visit.

A very nice place to stay in Mystic Connecticut right on the river In the heart of this old whaling town. The Inn is very comfortable and offers great accommodations We had breakfast this morning and decided to supplement the free continental breakfast included with your room with eggs bacon etc. it was all very good. The only issue that we found was after returning from dinner off site last night there was no place to park in the Inn's small parking lot . I had to park on the street . The hotel told me that parking on the street was OK overnight but that I had to move the car by 9 o'clock the next morning or I would be ticketed . Luckily I found a spot in the hotel's parking lot the morning Other than that minor inconvenience I highly recommend this hotel .

This is a wonderful Inn. The staff is so helpful and cheerful, and the location can't be beaten - by the draw-bridge. Our room was cozy with a gas fireplace. Every afternoon there are fresh and delicious baked cookies and hot coffee or tea in the lobby. The coffee was superb. The only thing I didn't like was the complimentary breakfast. This little place we were sent to had some pretty weird food. My oatmeal was half cooked. BUT - the Whaler is building its own restaurant so that won't be a problem.

Thank You for an amazing weekend. Victoria went over and beyond in ensuing my accommodations were in order. From directions to suggestions on where to go and things to do. First order of business - the chocolate chip cookies, and the truffles. Such an outstanding gesture of warming and inviting ambience. Sleep - the mattress is pure heaven. If anything just go for the heavenly bed and pillows. Breakfast was on point and I'm a huge fan of the quiche. Overall everything looked so delish I'm planning to come back. Hands down this is a must for your stay in Mystic. Prime location, an easy walk to get around town, perfect for family, a boys fishing trip, or just a girls weekend getaway. Beautiful, old, hotel right in the center of Mystic! Easy walking distance to all of the great shopping and sights or a perfect place to set out to drive to them. The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable the rooms were neat, very clean, and quiet. For the most part. You are situated in the center of town so you'll hear people passing by the hotel at night. I guess it depends on how close to the front of the hotel your room is located. The hotel lobby always seemed to have a plate of fresh cookies along with tea and coffee. It can be hard to get a room so reservations are a must! I'd suggest no later than two to three months before you plan on staying.

Great little updated hotel in the heart of Mystic. Staff were super friendly and rooms very clean and comfortable, including beds! There's no restaurant on site but plenty great options within a 5 min walk of the hotel. I definitely recommend to stay here.

Ok. Here we go.. This place is beautiful. It is insanely clean and well kept (and this is coming from someone with OCD/ADD). We stayed in the main building where check in is located. Easy parking. Friendly staff. No vegan options for breakfast, but that's a standard and can't be upset about that. Room was mega clean and crisp. Charming and well updated. No HD tv, but I think the tv may have been on 30min during our stay. Closely located to the casinos too. The ONLY issue.. Our room was located above two huge exhaust units right outside the window. Each time they fired up, it sounded like a jet engine starting. When they stopped, there was a loud "bang" and a water gushing noise. We will 100% be back. We will 1000% ask to NOT be in room 25.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our first anniversary. We were happy to be greeted by a friendly woman upon check-in. It was painless since I had already made reservations online. Since I had shared that I made a reservation at the inn on social media, I was awarded with a free pass for one to Mystic Aquarium or Mystic Seaport! It expires next winter and I can't wait to use it. We stayed in a deluxe suite in the Hoxie House. We had a nice view of the Mystic River drawbridge. The room was just as quaint and inviting as we had hoped. The temperature was perfect. Everything was clean, pristine, and comfortable. The fire made the room so warm we didn't even need the heat on. We made great use of the whirlpool! It was wonderful to have a Keurig in the room, had we known we would have planned and brought some K-cups of our own. We also would have brought a Bluetooth speaker so we could play some quiet music and relax! The wifi was a nice bonus. We weren't up early enough to enjoy the continental breakfast but we were able to grab some juice and coffee before checkout. Improvements: no bottled water or other beverages available, especially at night! Some sort of vending machine by the buildings would make a big difference after hours? I know it doesn't fit the "inn" vibe. Hmm.

Absolutely first rate. Ideal--great location, beautiful decor, impeccably clean. Restaurant superb. Everyone was great. We would leap at the chance to stay here again. I wish every hotel could be as clean and aesthetically impressive.

Major con to be aware of: very limited first come first serve parking. Not a fan of it and we had to park a couple blocks away. Pros: very cute, right next to the drawbridge so most things are walking distance or a short drive (maybe uber if you claimed a parking lot space tho), quaint rooms.

Stayed in the 1865 house for a 1 nite visit on a Tues. Well appointed room with funky antique style phone, radio and accessories. Lobby staff was very helpful, professional and responsive. Restaurant was good and Hotel's $30 restaurant credit was appreciated. Location to town can't be beat.

There was so much wrong with this Inn. Incredibly small rooms with cheap beds. Showers were so small one couldn't even turn around in it. Lastly I left a gift bag I had been given in the room and it was missing when I returned. Terrible experience.

The Whalers Inn is centrally located, in the perfect spot really. The room was fantastic, and with the different "houses" your room feels special. Coming from San Francisco the pricing was more than reasonable. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only complaint (and reason for only 4 stars) that we had about our stay there was the breakfast. The pastries were days old (at least that's what they tasted like), the oatmeal was overcooked, and I would recommend spending your money for a good breakfast anywhere else. Other than that - worth every penny. D.

We have a great stay at the Whaler's Inn. The location is perfect for a day out in Mystic, everything is in walking distance to the Inn. The Inn was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. The only recommendation would be a small fridge in the room.

We decided to try our first staycation due to Covid and could not be happier with the Inn. Exceptional Covid safety protocols and procedures spotless gorgeous property in a great location. We stayed in Hoxie house the room was amazing comfortable king bed gas fireplace and views of the river and bridge. We did not want to leave and can't wait to come back !

We stayed one night here a few weekends ago and absolutely loved our stay. The room was very clean and beautiful. Parking was easy. Location was amazing. COVID protocols were exceptional. Breakfast was good (only complaint is that you could only get a hard boiled egg on their complimentary breakfast menu instead of a scrambled egg). The front desk gave us some great recommendation for things to do around town. If I came back to Mystic, I would 100% stay at the Whaler's Inn.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my reservation last minute. Maddie was EXTREMELY understanding and accommodating. I will definitely book here again just based on customer service!

Was a wonderful experience ! Very cute and nautical in the heart of town. The staff was very friendly! No mini fridge or microwave.... but we had a very nice stay and would go back for sure!

We went here at the end of September and stayed at the Hoxie House for two nights. The room was amazing. Very clean and beautiful. We had a view of the bridge from our room which was great. The check in process was outside in the parking lot to keep distance during covid, everything was perfect. We would love to stay at the Whalers Inn again in the future, especially in the Hoxie House portion!! Be sure to go to the Shipwrights Daughter (restaurant attached to hotel) for at least one meal while you are there!

My wife and I went for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. I called the morning of my stay to order flowers and they were not sure if they could pull it off same day. When we checked in, they were sitting on the table in our room. I was really happy that it worked out. Our room looked nice with two beds. Room was pretty simple which was ok with us. The bathroom was a little small for us. There was not really a place to put your normal bathroom stuff. Things were constantly falling into the sink. Did find a large strand of hair on the hairdryer but just got rid of it. My wife and I found the bed to soft. We were up most of the night. The sheets made us very itchy. Maybe the laundry detergent they used. We were able to hear footsteps all night so I suggest getting an upstairs room. The continental breakfast was ok. I was looking forward to my morning coffee but the room where they served breakfast was way to warm. The location was perfect, but I don't think I would stay here again.

Hotel & restaurant in downtown Mystic. I needed a mini vacation and picked this place by googling B&B's in Mystic, Ct. It looked decent and the prices were good so off we went. The hotel is big- there are like 4 buildings and it is conveniently located in the downtown of Mystic village - right at the crossroads of the 2 main streets - so you can walk to everything. The staff i the place were all super friendly and we felt like we knew them after two minutes - they love what they do apparently and it shows. The room was perfect- plenty of room to walk around and furnished nicely. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. I slept like the dead. There is a restaurant on premises but I did not try it. They have a continental breakfast for free and free wireless throughout the place. Parking behind the buildings.

We stay here every year for our mother-daughter weekend in Mystic. It is our absolute most favorite place. The proximity to the center of Mystic is perfect. The rooms are super clean, cheerful and inviting. I would highly recommend this Inn to anyone who plans to visit Mystic!

Location Location Location! Smack middle in the small coastal town, walking distance from pretty much everywhere! Staff is wonderful and very helpful and friendly! I'll back in the summer

Just finished our stay in the Mallory suite and I couldn't have been happier! The room was immaculate, comfy bed and big bathroom. The adjoining kids room with the bunk beds was perfect for our toddler. She had her own room to sleep in which gave us more privacy and better sleep! I would 1000% recommend this hotel to any family or couple. Great central location walking distance to great food and shops 5 minute drive to the aquarium. Hotel staff was great and valet always made sure we had a parking spot each night.
