The spacious seaside terrace also has a small terrace for feeding silver carp. The restaurant's dedicated staff prepares fish meat for the guests to feed the fish. It is very interesting to watch the silver carp jump with joy after eating the food.
Every restaurant server was friendly and welcoming, and we visited the cigar and wine room...
We ordered Caribbean-style pork and grouper. I liked the fish sauce the most. Both the pork and fish were fresh, delicious and sweet. The mixed and matched pattern of vegetables of various colors improved the quality of the dishes. It seemed to me that I had caught the shadow of the taste of a Michelin chef.
We will come back and hope to have more time next time to explore this ancient legendary restaurant and various interesting activities. The more than 3,000 kinds of wine will also attract my family to explore it.
