Fantastic pie shop with both sweet and savory pies. The selection varies daily bit you won't be disappointed. Any of the savory pies with the beer braised beef are to die for. The pies have a wonderfully flaky crust though the Chantilly cream on top of some of the sweet pies like the Fairy Godmother tend to push the sweetness over the top for me.

I am a little speachless after biting into the crust of the lone wolf. Wow the crust is the best crust I had in my 40 something years. So I going to keep it simple... try it . If you don't like I will eat it for you! When I heard people say food made them want to cry, I now know what they mean. My wife had the hot tamale and she had to pause after her first bite it was so good and very filling. And you owe it to you self to try "the trophy wife". They should change the name to "the real deal" or "The total package". Delicious smooth lemon custard like filling, sweet with a little tart at the end and true crumbly ginger graham cracker crust. And I'm going to say it again, if you don't like it I'll eat yours! You OWE it to yourself to try it

I've been looking for a pie place to replace the ones that have closed down. On a rare trip through Santa Rosa I saw this place and decided to try a wide range of their pies. You will not be disappointed! Crust was flaky, crunchy and delightful. Filling in the savory was exactly what you would want in comfort food. Delectable. The sweet was the perfect balance of crust to filling in all three that I tasted. You will not be disappointed by choosing whole pie!

I got to The Whole Pie at 6:00pm, 1 hour before closing, and the only sweet pie left was the apple. My dad had never been to The Whole Pie before, and he said after one bite, “this is the best pie I have ever had. The crust is amazing.” The baker puts her devoted time and effort into her baking every day, making sure every pie is cooked to perfection. She makes sweet and savory pies. I would recommend this wonderful place to every one of my friends.

Very cute pie place. Bright and airy feeling. There's a small patio with a couple of tables. They have both savory and sweet pies. The pie crusts are buttery and flaky. The sweet pies have different crusts depending on the recipe. Tried several and our favorite savory pie is the Lonewolf. The chocolate cream pie with raspberry was yummy.

Had the Hot Tamales personal pie and found the flavors good. The crust was a bit thicker than I personally prefer. I believe this place has potential and give it three stars as my "hot and ready" order was Luke warm. EDIT: Changed from 3 to 4 stars since I took home a family Songbird and the direction were clear leading to a wonderful bake! The pie was delicious and my family loved it!

Their pies are so good that I would even order a Banana creme pie here. Small pies and hand pies and savory lunch pies are awesome. You gotta order large pies ahead of time, and they also sell frozen pies you can bake at home.

Overall the food is really good. We had both savory and sweet pies and neither failed to impress. The atmosphere is nice, especially the outdoor area that looks out over the river. The staff was a bit cold but that could have been because we came in right before the end of the day.
