San Gabriel Valley Boba Shop Bopomofo Will Open Bopo Go at Downtown Disney | Eater LA

"A Los Angeles smash-burger spot is expanding up the coast with its first location outside the city — a Santa Barbara outpost expected this May — and will bring menu staples such as a $4.35 cheeseburger, an $8 grain bowl, and an "excellent" fried chicken sandwich." - Rebecca Roland

This is such a cute little burger shop. I found it to be very well priced and the basic menu is perfect. Everything was VERY fresh and the staff were friendly. Was it mind blowing? No, but a solid delicious simple smash burger for sure. I’d skip their jalapeno sauce, IMO it’s just a vinegary watery mayo, with a hint of jalapeno. Their house sauce was good and their ice cream cones were also great!

I came here on opening day and waited two hours in line, but it was totally worth the wait. I got a free double cheeseburger with my order, so no complaints here! I like to taste the meat, so I ordered the sauce on the side. I highly recommend ordering it on the side, so you can control how much goes on the burger. It also helps in case you don’t like the taste, but the sauce here was decent. I didn’t realize they have a jalapeño aioli, so I’ll try that next time. The burger was seasoned well and delicious! It’s comparable to another place in town, that I won’t mention but at a lower price too. Definitely a win for me! The fries are light, crisp and not too salty. Nothing special, but they do taste good. I also tried the Arnold Palmer. I don’t normally order sodas or lemonades, but it looked good from what I seen. The lemonade was ok, but tasted a little artificial and too tangy for my taste buds. The tea helped balance it out though. Overall, I’m glad we have another option for smash burgers in town at an affordable price! Looking forward to trying more on the menu.

Google
If there’s a fried chicken sandwich on the menu, that’s my order. I’ve tried so many places around the area that are just okay. I finally got around to trying the Win-Dow downtown and… this is the ONE. By far the best in town and beyond. Simple, affordable, fresh, and delicious. I know burgers are the highlight here, but if you get the chance to try the fried chicken - do it!

Google
I do enjoy a good ole classic burger. So when I was in downtown Santa Barbara, I made it a point to stop on by the Win-Dow stand. First of all I want to note they automatically add 3% surcharge to your bill. You can decline it, but you have to tell them. They say it is not a gratuity but it is a way to provide sustainable earnings and benefits to their staff. Onto to talking about the food... The cheeseburger was pretty darn good. Hubs ordered it and I snuck a bite or two. Classic smash burger style. It's the size of the burgers at ... dare I say it (In n Out). The price wasn't bad either at $4.35. Hubs had the hand spun vanilla bean milkshake $6. It was topped with whipped cream. He luved it, saying it tasted like true vanilla bean and not artificially flavored. I had the fresh lemonade, it was sour tarty, sweet deliciousness. I don't know what got into me but I ordered the "$8 grain bowl". It had brown rice, six veggies, two seeds, and a soft egg. I went in blind not knowing what were the veggies and seeds. It was gorgeous and fresh looking. My tastebuds battled me on the first few bites (I think it wanted more of that cheeseburger) but gradually started to enjoy the taste and flavors. Fresh crisp veggies, fluffy nutty brown rice. Oh I have to mention the size of the soft serve cones. Sweet goodness, those were as tall as my Charlie Brown head. And gorgeous looking, works of art. Hubs and I did not get one, but almost everyone around me did. The seating is all outdoors. The patio could sure do with a power washing though. The trash cans were both full so a lot of folks left their trash on the tables to be carried off into the breeze. The seating is close quarters to each other. The afternoon I visited, it was a full house and overflowing with local teen spirit just hooting and hollering the afternoon away.

Google
We stopped here for lunch. Was super yummy and prices were fair. We paid 19$ for two burgers one fries and two lemonades. The homemade lemonade is to die for. The perfect balance between sweet and sour.

Google
Nice place to eat a nice burger, 🍔 with fresh mean “no frozen” the lemonade for a hot day is all you need, if you visit Santa Barbara is a quick stop to make

Rusty S.

Google
Decent affordable priced food. Friendly service. Outside order Window only along with Outside dining only. The burger patties are pre-pressed with onions which was a bummer so I opted for chicken sandwich as the menu is limited & parking is a 1 way street so be prepared if its your 1st visit. Quaint no frills burger joint

Jose M.

Google
I stop to try since was not busy. I order the cheese burger fries and a strawberry shake. The met tastes good but the bread is cold. The sake was the only thing enjoyable. I don’t get the hype.

Sofi D.

Yelp
Good service milkshakes are delicious. Burgers are delicious. Everything is delicious. Very good food 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Yelp
This is officially my favorite Smashburger in town (sorry, Third Window)! Their prices are super reasonable and the food is delicious! The massive lines have gone down since this place first opened in Santa Barbara. I've also had the SB Grain Bowl made with brown rice, six veggies, two seeds, and soft egg which is pretty yummy too. I was still pretty hungry though after eating, it so next time I added a Patty. Parking can be difficult, but can usually be found on the street if the small parking lot which it shares with Lighthouse Coffee and other businesses is full.

Yelp
Been back here several times and it's still spot on for taste, quality, value, and customer service. The bun is so soft yet firm enough for the delicious burger, the fries are hot and crisp, the Peanut Buddy can't be beat, and the staff is always super friendly. Cute building and patio as well. Not many places have value AND quality. Love it!
google avatar

Yelp
I have been here several times now and it is consistently delicious!!! I love their classic cheeseburger! The bun and veggies are always so fresh and the burger is high quality! One of the best deals in SB for how delicious it is! The burgers come out fast and the employees are friendly! Love it here!!!

Yelp
I asked for no onion and was told it's not possible bc there's always onions on the grill. Pardon? How is it not possible to clear a space on the grill without any onions??? To me, that says lazy or unsanitary or both.
google avatar

Yelp
It was my first time trying Win-Dow! I ordered a cheeseburger and fries with a side of the house sauce. The cheeseburger was delicious and the fries paired perfectly with the house sauce. The staff were friendly and the outdoor seating area was clean. There's a small parking lot, plus street parking and a parking garage right across the street.
google avatar

Vanessa D.

Yelp
I wish this place was in a more convenient location because it's that good. Thankfully i got parking in the small lot behind it so didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I ordered at the front which faces Chapala. There is seating facing Chapala as well as on the side with tables and umbrellas. My burger was delicious. I devoured it! The fries quickly followed and i was in heaven. Perfect fast food burger and fries that didn't leave me feeling guilty. The shakes other customers had looked amazing but that treat will be saved for another day.

Yelp
Great burger spot in Santa Barbara!! Prices were very fair and there wasn't much of a wait on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the double cheeseburger, fried chicken sandwich, fries, and the mint oreo ice cream cone. All were SOLID! First off, the double cheeseburger was super juicy and loved the pickles and grilled onions. I ordered a double because I was worried that the patty would be super thin, but each patty was pretty thick for a $7 double burger! The fried chicken sandwich was also very good. Had a nice crisp to it, and loved the coleslaw on it. Didn't have the same wow factor as the burger, but was still very good. The fries were an amazing pair to the sandwiches. Got the jalapeno sauce with it which was very tasty. Didn't even need ketchup! The dipped ice cream cone was also amazing! Got the mint oreo and was happy that it wasn't very messy like how dipped cones can typically get. They have outdoor seating, but this could also be good for takeout. Will be back!!

Yelp
I already love The Win-Dow in Silver Lake so was thrilled to see a new location in Santa Barbara. I stopped for a late lunch on a Monday afternoon. You order at the window and they call your name when ready. My husband and I each ordered a cheeseburger with everything on it and a side of fries. Everything was ready within minutes. Burgers were flavorful and full of pickles, grilled onions, cheese and sauce - absolute perfection! Fries were fresh and crispy. At $14.50 for everything, totally worth the value. I really like this location as it has plenty of seating and is located in a cute corner lot alongside a plant shop and coffee shop. There's a small lot for parking, otherwise you can easily find street parking.

Yelp
Lives up to the hype! Cute location in SB with parking! Simple menu done right! Even had the chicken sandwich, which was also just as delicious in its own right! I had to get the s'mores shake and it was like drinking a chocolate pudding!!! Service was fast and great! Cool SB vibe! Fits right in!

Yelp
Absolutely delicious smash burgers, should have gone for the double. Perfectly good sear, crisp, and gooey ness. The fries were seasoned plainly with salt and the sauces were although both creamy, could use more flavor. The staff were super quick and friendly. Looks super busy. Really wish there were more shady spots to sit.

Yelp
Really great tasting burgers in a similar style to Shake Shack but only better tasting and much cheaper at $4.50 for a cheeseburger - can't beat that. No indoor seating. Only outdoor seating so if you get cold early bring a jacket during winter months. The service is walk-up only and the wait time with only 4 or 5 people in line was about average 5 or 6 minutes.

Yelp
I needed a break from the office one afternoon and decided to check out Win-dow in Santa Barbara--a quaint little walk-up counter burger spot I'd driven by a few times. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised and seriously impressed. It's a no-fuss setup: walk up to the counter, place your order, and they call your name when it's ready. There are a few tables out front and a side patio if you want to dine in. Parking is limited, so that's something to keep in mind--but honestly, it's worth the effort. The menu is super simple: smash burgers (single or double), a vegetarian option, and a chicken burger. The counter person recommended the double cheeseburger, noting that the singles were on the smaller side, and that turned out to be excellent advice. The double was the perfect size--similar to a standard burger anywhere else--but with way more flavor. My burger was topped with American cheese, their signature house spread, grilled onions, and pickles, all on a slightly sweet bun that brought everything together perfectly. I also ordered fries and a side of their jalapeño aioli, which was creamy and flavorful without being too spicy--absolutely delicious. Another plus? The food came out quickly after I ordered, which made it ideal for a lunch break. I took everything to go, and even by the time I got back to my office (just a few blocks away), the fries were still hot and crispy. A week later, my coworkers and I decided to go back. This time we ordered online, and it was super easy--we placed the order, drove over, and by the time we arrived, it was packed up and ready to go. Talk about convenience! Win-dow has definitely earned a spot on my go-to lunch list. Great food, fast service, easy online ordering, and seriously satisfying burgers. Don't skip the aioli!

Yelp
Great food . The smashed hamburgers were great but the chicken sandwich was excellent. Eating the fries with the jalapeños dip was also interesting but surprisingly good tasting We are taking points off for long wait after 20 mins we asked ; apparently they had given our order to someone else
google avatar

Yelp
Happy to have the Win-Dow in SB! We absolutely will go back. Very delicious smash burger, really amazing fries, quick polite service, tasty strawberry shake and fresh kale salad. - Next time I'll get the double cheeseburger va the single - I think the buns could use a little toast - The dry freeze strawberries don't really add anything to the shake - The kale salad had raisins in it and that's not listed on the menu, could have done without them
google avatar

Yelp
We have a new burger joint in town and the smash burgers are not only affordable, but they are delicious!! I came for opening day and waited in line for almost two hours. Was it worth the wait? In all honesty, yes it was because I got a free double cheeseburger with purchase. I had time to kill, and wasn't in a hurry. I would recommend waiting for the hype to die down before trying it. Although, they are offering daily specials right now, and the prices are tempting. The burgers sit between two soft pillowy pieces of bread. The meat Pattie's aren't too salty and perfectly seasoned. I always get the special sauce on the side, because I don't like an overly sauced burger. It tends to get messy and takes away from the taste of the meat. I'm not a huge fan of sauces on my burger, but the one here is pretty good. The fries aren't anything special, but I do appreciate that they weren't too salty. Lightly fried, crispy and they serve well paired on the side. For beverage, I tried the Arnold Palmer. The lemonade is a little tart, but sweet and the tea helps balance it out. It was refreshing and hit the spot with my food. I remember when this location was Ernie's Drive-in back in the day. It was a popular place to stop by and grab some food. I love how the Win~Dow has revived this place! The patio area with green umbrellas and wooden tables are retro cool. I also like the small desk like chairs in front for waiting or eating. Overall, I'm stoked we have another option for smash burgers in town and at very affordable prices!

Yelp
We came here for the first time while visiting Santa Barbara from the Bay Area. It was a short walk from our hotel and based on the good reviews we decided to give it a try. The price is very reasonable and the food was delicious. Staff was friendly and the food was served very quickly. I recommend giving this place a try if you haven't already.

Yelp
Yesterday I was able to check out the new burger hotspot. Every time I've driven by, the line(s) were just too darn long but that wasn't the case on this day. Service was great. The person who took my order was very polite and seemed happy taking my order. Although it wasn't totally packed--there were a number of people there, either sitting digesting their burger and fries or just people watching. The place is fairly new so the atmosphere and eating area were very clean. People seemed to be enjoying the whole experience. The hype about new food place can either make or break an experience. The burger was good-- basic, but good (maybe no cheese next time)! What I mean by basic is that it's definitely not going to keep me from going to other places in town instead. The fries were just a tiny bit over cooked and very very crunchy. With all that being said--on the flip side, if your budget is tight and you want a pretty tasty burger and fries. I would definitely suggest Win-Dow
google avatar

Chantel S.

Yelp
I really wanted to like Win-Dow but I was disappointed with the burgers. If you are an onion-lover, this may be more your thing. The burgers come with only pickles and onions as the toppings, so I asked for no onions and was told that there's no way to truly accommodate that since their whole grill is covered with them. I still wanted to see if it was worth the hype, they offered "light" onions, and then my burger proceeded to still be full of them. I think I would be surprised to see what a full serving of onions would be, but it is the dominating flavor of the burger regardless. Not my preference, especially when the onions were half raw still. The fries were crispy and the milkshake was okay, but seating is not comfortable in general. Not high on my list to return.
google avatar

Taylor H.

Yelp
Food was denk Service was aite, no complaints. Food takes a while as it is made to order and always fresh & delicious.
google avatar

Natalia W.

Yelp
The burger = great taste, great price. The fries are pretty mid and the shakes are okay in my opinion. I also have experienced a yucky avocado (over ripe or just a bad batch) on the side with my burgers that isn't pleasant to eat. Deducting stars because the stools in the seating area are just about the worst possible option I've ever sat on. The stool is a flat circle with the smallest diameter possible, and a terrible inch wide ledge to somehow rest your feet on?? Not sure if the intention here is to prevent long dining times with shitty seating, but man it's uncomfortable to eat your food while your feet can't even stay on the foot rest
google avatar

Yelp
Win-Dow Santa Barbara. Wow! What a crazy idea . After the NewsHawk article I realized this could be Lifechanging! So off I went. Upon arriving to a manageable line which moved quicker than I thought . I ordered the double cheeseburger fries and a cone dipped in chocolate Amazing. The smashBurger has got to be one of the best I've ever had. There's a unique buzz about the place with people chatting. Turns out I sat next to Jeff Goodman one of the masterminds behind the regional eatery. I have been there several times. I even grabbed a 5 dollar breakfast burrito that's available Saturday and Sunday morning . Thanks Win-Dow for picking Santa Barbara and an Iconic building. Good Luck my Friends Ronnie S

Yelp
Was in Santa Barbara for some errands and saw this place mentioned on Instagram and as much as I worked in SB and visited I never knew about this place. What a find! The Win-Dow offers a great walk up menu for dine out or take out with some delicious items. The smash burger was very tasty as well as the double cheese smash burger, good size, great sauce, crisp pickles and a perfect sized fresh light bun. We shared an order of French fries which is plenty for two people. And they were amazing, fresh hot perfectly cut and putting most of the fast food players to shame. Our strawberry shake was made fresh with local strawberries and you could taste them. The home run was the prices, all the items were very inexpensive, not cuts to quality as well as quantity to meet their reasonably priced items. I have to say I have had a few smash burgers and was very fond of a particular food truck gone brick and mortar and I have found my new favorite. So if you are in Santa Barbara and your looking for the most excellent burger or cheese burger look no further than the Win-Dow you will not be disappointed nor broke afterwards. Well done Win-Dow I will make the drive for your burgers and sides. Bravissimo e delizioso!

Yelp
Fresh and cooked to order. Great milkshakes! Fries were not greasy and the service was very friendly. Outdoor limited seating so if take out is an option, recommend.

Yelp
Stopped by on their opening week and decided to try their smash burger. Sadly for me the cons outweighed the good. I came in Friday afternoon during rush hour so I did wait 30 min just to place our order. If you plan on coming bring a hat or some shades because it is sunny waiting outside in line. It also took another 20 min to get our food once we ordered so be prepared to wait at least 1 hour during then opening week or during rush hours. It is very common for them to be busy on opening week but it could be a bit more organized. I think they should invest in having 2 ordering windows especially during summer time as people are in line waiting outside. The cashier was very friendly and spent $20 for 1 cheeseburger, 1 fried chicken sandwich, 2 fries, and 2 waters. They charge .10 cents for water cups and add a 3% optional fee to provide better wages for employees. You can have the charge removed as it is optional and I included a picture of our order. We also went on 1/2 off fry day and they will be hosting daily special this week. Sadly for me the taste and quality of the burger and fries was not there. The prices are very affordable but for me the burger was too salty and lacking some flavor. The fries were also overly done and too salty. Both fries were very dry and hard. I will say the fried chicken sandwich did have a great flavor so maybe opt for that choice instead.

Yelp
2nd day open and we ended up walking right by long line caught our attention. The hype is real! We ordered sat down and somehow Sat next to Mr.Paul owner. He was very friendly and told us this is there first location is Santa Barbara, they have several spots in LA. Right behind me was Martin potato bread and I automatically knew this will be a GREAT burger! Ready for the mental picture... fluffy/airy bunds with two juicy patty's and in between is melted American cheese. Topped with grilled onions and pickles! and the jalapeño sauce is more like a ranch and it's perfect with fried order a side of that sauce for .50 and skippp the ketchup!
google avatar

Diana L.

Yelp
Cheap alternative for a burger, fries and a shake. They offer smash style burgers for less the price others. They are a decent size and filling. The only downside is that it's too salty for my taste. The chicken sandwich is delicious as well. They are full and busy most of the time but fast. Try the sauces for a change from the usual ketchup. The fries are crispy but salty as well. I am curious to try the breakfast menu.
google avatar

Genezaret C.

Yelp
First time visiting Win-Dow and it was good. We arrived to a surprisingly short line and ordered quickly. Service was friendly and the wait took a bit of time, as there were lots of people waiting. My fried chicken sandwich was delicious but could've used a bit more seasoning. The fries alone deserve 5 stars, they tasted better than In-N-Out fries. I'll be back to try their burgers. We also tried their milkshakes -pretty sweet.

Yelp
Looking for casual inexpensive lunch in downtown Santa Barbara and Win-Dow is right at the street with great visibility as a burger stand. There menu is simple but offers healthy options as well as guilty pleasures like burgers and double cheeseburgers. They have healthy bowls and shakes. Service was fast and friendly. Ordered a fried sandwich but wish I added fries. Delicious. There's seating on high tops under umbrellas outside, along outdoor counters or single seats in front that are in the shade. Jealous of people who live or work nearby because they can go often and try the entire menu. Hope to be back.

Yelp
Ok, this place is so fun! Tried it out last night and their playlist was to die for. We sat outside at their high top tables, and the vibe was just so classic SoCal summer nights. Now on to the food lol. Their smash burger game is unrivaled imo. The meat had that perfect sear and the gooey cheese with their crunchy pickles and their special sauce is some serious umami heaven. Fries are crispy and just the right amount of salty. Oh and their prices are so reasonable! Ya gotta go!

Yelp
Was my first time there Insee there menu online I like on Saturday they open early I had a dbl chs was good the cashier was very friendly the outside was clean well kept. I skipped the fries but next time I will purchase

Yelp

Yelp
Window's cheeseburger is good, fries too, personal size portions Fresh lemonade is refreshingly good. We had a double burger too and the flavors are good. We ordered a milkshake and that took longer than expected I would grab a bite here again when I'm around this area, maybe a weekday ! finding parking on a busy weekend was a challenge, the line might be long but moves relatively quick Service is good , they are doing their best, be patient and kind Window it's giving that corner of Chapala a new look and I like it - chill ambiance in downtown
google avatar

Amanda L.

Yelp
This place is great! I've had the breakfast burrito with brisket, the double cheeseburger, fries, and the strawberry shake. Everything is very good and very fresh. My only complaint is the fries were slightly overcooked for my taste. Service is good and the workers are doing their best to handle the long lines during opening week. They actually gave me a cheeseburger instead of a double cheeseburger and corrected the mistake quickly once I told them what happened. They let me keep the single cheeseburger which was fantastic and exactly what other restaurants should do when they are at fault. The breakfast burrito is especially good because of the crispy potatoes (they actually crunch!) and the well seasoned, tender brisket. The burger is simple but tasty -- soft bun, well-seasoned patties, and pickles and onions that help tie it together. The strawberry shake has ample whipped cream and freeze dried strawberry as garnish. It's a bit sweet but that's what a milkshake is supposed to be. Overall, it's really delicious and features local strawberries. They have outdoor seating and the ambiance is very casual and coastal, like I'd expect from Santa Barbara. This is a great addition to downtown but I think it's a bit of a missed opportunity to close at 9 PM -- they should really be targeting the late night crowd as well.

Yelp
I've ordered from here twice and both times I got the kale salad. The first time I added a burger patty and the other a chicken cutlet. I love the salad but can't speak for the other food since I've only tried the salad. I recommend ordering online to get your food faster. It seems like a cool place to eat outside and people watch.

Jake C.

Yelp
Asked for a cheeseburger with no onions, gave me a hamburger with onions. Paid for a sprite, forgot to give us the Sprite then gave it to us 15 minutes later. Horrible!!!! Fries were crispy
google avatar

Mike J.

Yelp
Friendly guy at the front and the place is bright and clean. I had the double and a side of fries. The burger was good with a nice array of no frills toppings...sauce, pickles and grilled onions. The bun turned a bit gummy towards the end, not sure if they'd toast it for you. Fries were just OK, lukewarm yet crispy. I'm glad I tried it.
google avatar

Yelp
Withholding judgment until after my order is delivered, but I had to question why the $2.00 Small Order Fee (on orders less than $8.69) was charged to my $9.75 (sub-total before tax & delivery) order. I had no recourse but deduct it from my tip. Update: Not at all impressed by this new business. My order was canceled. They ran out of "a food item" (I'd ordered a cheeseburger and fries) sometime between 11:40AM and 12:11PM (lunchtime). Cannot speak for the food itself (although my boss raves about it), but the menu looks very similar to In-n-Out.

Brianna H.

Yelp
i love the window! Consistently such good burgers, great fast service, and a good spot.

Yelp
Sarah O the GM reached out to me. This was a much better experience. It came out fresh and hot tasted much better. Definitely a spot for smashburgers in the downtown area. I appreciate the follow-up from management as customer service these days in general is not what it used to be. Keep up the great work and congrats on the new location

Yelp
Ordered through GrubHub and half of our order was missing. Got a refund but would have appreciated the food more.

Yelp
Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Hype Tried the newly opened Win~Dow Smashburger in Santa Barbara and honestly, it was a major letdown. I spent 30 minutes just to order and another 30 minutes to get my food--an entire hour wasted for what's supposed to be "fast food." I ordered the Double Cheeseburger , and it was extremely underwhelming. The patties were bland yet somehow way too salty, and the pickles piled on top made it even saltier. There was zero balance in flavor--just salt and disappointment. On top of that, I asked the girl at the counter if she could serve my lemonade with my food so I could enjoy both fresh together. She flat-out said they can't do that and handed me the drink right away. By the time my burger finally came out, the lemonade had turned into watery slush from the melted ice. What's the point? Overall, this place does not live up to the hype. If you're expecting quality or efficiency, look elsewhere. Total waste of time.

Yelp
Had the burger and chicken sandwich. Both were really good. Fries are perfect and the strawberry shake was good. Only negative was no refills on the soda and a lot of ice so won't get a soda next time.

Yelp
Don't understand the hype. I guess it's because the place opened a month ago. Pretty basic, meat, cheese, pickle bun. They are more like sliders. Trust me when I say not to expect a decent sized burger. Not the place to come when you are hungry. If you are not from the area, I would recommend The Habit or In-N-Out for a better burger. What did surprise me was the fried chicken, well seasoned batter, but the portion disappoints. The lemonade game is mediocre, was extremely acidic and sour, and the drinks had more ice then anything. The line of customers is misleading.

Yelp
Delicious lemonade! Could use a bit more sugar. The burger is also a great price, it's hard to find a good thrifty burger these days.

Yelp
A colleague recommended this place, so I tried it (two days ago). I ordered a double cheese and fries. I was *singularly unimpressed. The only "cheese" available (for their cheeseburgers) is American. Spoiler alert: That's not real cheese Their "homemade Thousand Island dressing." Was disappointing--apparently made with dill relish , rather than sweet pickle relish (which is standard). The ONLY garnish available is sliced pickle--no lettuce, no tomato. Nothing The burgers were weird: mushy and flavorless. The fries were okay. Nothing to write home about. The jalapeno dip was wholly uneventful. To make matters worse, their ice cream machine was not working, which sucks, IMO. TBH, I've no idea why/how it is that this place is so popular (always a line, seemingly). One redeeming factor: VERY friendly/accommodating employees. They aim to please and to be of service. Bottom line, I would be willing to try it again, once. If I do, I will request well-done/"burned" burgers. And I will *try to remember to bring my own lettuce, tomato, and Thousand Island dressing. (Honestly, shouldn't have to.)
