It was our second time here. Food is definitely better the second time around. We initially went when they just opened, and understandably they needed to work on a few things. They now have prices on their menu. They also have decent sized portions. Staff were attentive and friendly. Love their huge pretzel! Prime rib was delicious!

I didn’t catch our servers name last night, but she was absolutely delightful. We had two other employees come and check how our food was, so 10/10 for staff. Our food came out in literally 5 minutes. Everything was flavorful, and we enjoyed the booth seating. We will definitely be back.

Food is phenomenal! We tried damn near everything on the menu! Wings- cooked to perfection! Cheese curds were so yummy (you get a variety of flavors)!! Wagyu bavette melts in your mouth!! Staff is so friendly and service was incredible. Owner is very involved and super friendly. Drinks were delightful and bar staff was hilarious! Sat outside and enjoyed the sun for a bit, it is the perfect spot to relax! Can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu 😋

My high school bestie and I went to The Windsor for lunch yesterday. I have been wanting to go there, but waited until it had been open for a bit. I was told that The Windsor was a little pricey, but, honestly, if the atmosphere is good, the service is good, I feel comfortable, and the food is good, I'm all in! The Windsor ticks all the boxes. The venue is large, airy, and bright. Our server, Cila, was cheerful and confident. She recommended some dishes and endorsed the ones she particularly liked. Neither my buddy nor I are big eaters, so we settled on the appetizer menu. She ordered the wings in honey BBQ sauce with ranch dip and was served 6 large wings, with dip and crisp celery and carrots. I chose the giant pretzel served with an excellent spinach artichoke dip. Wait...did I say giant? Try humongous and warm and tasty! I nibbled at the pretzel and managed to eat about one 8th. I asked for the rest in a to-go box. I brought the rest home in a pizza box, the only box large enough, and my hubby and I polished it off with soup for dinner! Well worth the price, I'd say. If you want cheap food and blah atmosphere, avoid The Windsor. I've included a few pictures, so take a look!

They bill themselves as a supper club but it's more like a kids place with a playground and a game room. I ordered the hanger steak but it was sliced with the grain so it was a bit chewy. It had a good flavor though. My wife ordered the fish fry but thought it wasn't anything special. Don't think we'll go back. Maybe if they become a real supper club we'll try again. Don't think that will happen.

Everything was phenomenal! We also got the cheese curds but we forgot to take a photo before we ate them all. Can’t wait to go back!

Ugh… this review is a hard one to write… after working in the service industry I NEVER complain hardly ever, but with this place being so new I think some improvements could greatly help! Starting from our first impression, we had a reservation at 6pm but wanted to enjoy cocktails by the bar before our reservation. It is advertised as a supper club but is nothing like a true Wisconsin supper club. Our bartender (older man) super rude… I am not sure if he takes the “super sarcastic” bartender route, but it absolutely was off putting. My boyfriend used his napkin to clean off the bar…. Problem #1 why was the bar dirty (mind you there were only 4 people sitting at the bar and the bartenders were chatting so not busy at that point). The bartender said “ugh now I have to give you a new napkin….” And my boyfriend replied “or just keep the bar clean and I wouldn’t have used it” this was after he complained that I ordered an old fashion while he was in the bathroom and when he came out he ordered the same and the bartender complained we didn’t order them together???? I worked in the service industry for four years during college bartending and waitressing. I would never make any of these rude comments to a customer…. He got the hint we were not impressed and he ignored us for the rest of our time at the bar. Another nice lady helped us and she was amazing! We ordered the prime rib when it arrived it was literally cold… not even lukewarm, cold… the waiter never returned after one of her coworkers dropped off our food so we ate cold prime rib. The only good part of the meal was the garlic mashed potatoes, and the mixed vegetables with some sauce was awful… We paid full price, and when the waiter only returned to drop off the check and asked how it was we kindly said our prime rib was cold… she didn’t offer to talk to the owner, just said oh okay…. No offer for maybe a free desert, or take a cocktail off our bill. Nothing. We weren’t expecting anything after being honest, but maybe an apology. We truly thought maybe the warming plates in the kitchen were broken or something (I don’t know)… It’s safe to say we unfortunately will not return.

We have been waiting to try the Windsor for a meal until the menu and prices were solidified. Decided to stop in for an early dinner and we were not disappointed. Had the prime rib which came with garlic mash potatoes and mixed vegetables while my wife had the Flank or Chefs Cut Steak. Everything was excellent and reasonably priced for what you get in my opinion. Service was good and overall it was a great experience that we would go back for. Minor feedback was that all the specials weren’t listed on the board including the Prime Rib or mentioned by the server. Either way would highly recommend others give it a try and continue to support this new business that is needed in the area.
